目的:探讨腰椎间盘病变在64排螺旋CT三维及多平面重建的影像学特征,提高腰椎间盘病变的诊断率。方法:对79例腰椎间盘病变部位行64排CT螺旋扫描(其中14例先行椎管造影),并进行三维重建、矢状重建及轴位重建。结果:对腰椎、骶椎共79例病变部位行矢状重建,其中腰间盘膨出31例,腰间盘突出44例,正常4例。64排螺旋CT三维重建的影像学特征为立体显示腰椎的整体形态;矢状重建的影像学特征为类似MR的图像,纵向显示脊椎的排列情况及椎管的整体形态,造影后矢状图像可以清晰地显示脊髓情况。结论:64排螺旋CT能提供三维立体图像及类似MR的腰椎图像,对腰椎间盘病变的诊断具有重要价值。 相似文献

Although human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) specific CD4 T-helper cells are vital in mediating antiviral defence, little is known concerning the influence of HIV-1 antigenic variation on CD4 T-cell responses. In this study, the amino acid sequences of 5 synthetic HIV-1 envelope peptides used for in vitro stimulation (T2, P18 MN, P18 IIIB, T1 and TH4.1) were compared to the corresponding amino acid sequences of the gp 160 region of viruses isolated from HIV-1 infected children to determine whether variation in the envelope region of HIV-1 was associated with the ability to detect Env-specific T-helper cell responses. Although the T2 region appeared to offer some evidence as to the role antigenic variation may have played in class II-restricted CD4 T-cell responses between those children who showed a detectable Env-stimulated T-helper cell response and those who did not, the other regions studied showed no evidence of being more conserved among those children who showed detectable responses. The combined amino acid variation across the specific peptide regions studied was not associated with peripheral levels of HIV-1, nor did the degree of amino acid variation dictate the clinical category into which the children had been classified, although there was a tendency towards HIV-1 isolates from the younger children showing a greater degree of amino acid variation than isolates from the older children. These results suggest that HIV-1 specific CD4 responses may be somewhat tolerant of viral variation, although further studies are required to fully elucidate the effect of antigenic variation on immune recognition. 相似文献

The assembly and function of respiratory-competent mitochondria in
eukaryotic cells depends on collaboration between the nuclear and
mitochondrial genomes, but the molecular mechanisms underlying such
cross-talk are poorly understood. Microcell-mediated chromosome transfer
has been used to transfer intact chromosomes from one mammalian cell to
another, helping to map loci implicated in different diseases and in the
senescence process. In the present work, we show that microcells have a
significant number of mitochondria which can be transferred to another cell
simultaneously with a limited number of chromosomes. By fusing microcells
from a colon carcinoma cell line with a mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA)-less
osteosarcoma cell line, we were able to isolate transmitochondrial hybrids
containing only one of three selectable chromosomes and mtDNA from the
donor cell. The proportion of transmitochondrial hybrids containing one
chromosomal marker with respect to the total transmitochondrial hybrids and
cybrids was approximately 1% and no hybrids were isolated containing more
than one nuclear marker. The genetic data correlated well with the
composition and structure of the microcell preparations, which showed the
presence of cytoplast-like structures and microcells containing
mitochondria surrounding the micronuclei. Microcell-mediated mtDNA and
chromosome transfer can be used to identify nuclear factors implicated in
mtDNA maintenance and gene expression, as well as to investigate nuclear
factors which modulate clinical phenotypes in mitochondrial disorders.
