实验性应激对STZ昆明小鼠血糖水平影响的对照研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
目的 :了解慢性实验性应激对 STZ昆明小鼠血糖水平的影响和作用特点。方法 :取 STZ鼠 4 0只 ,正常昆明小鼠 2 0只 ,按血糖、性别配对后分为四组。实验性应激方法为限制、旋转和拥挤 ,为时六周 ,实验后每两周复查一次血糖。结果 :慢性应激可使雄性 STZ昆明小鼠血糖明显升高。药物、应激与性别单一因素对血糖的作用均不明显 ,药物与应激的交互作用对第 4、 6周血糖作用明显 ,药物、应激与性别三者的交互作用对第 6周血糖作用明显。结论 :慢性实验性应激刺激能使 STZ鼠血糖显著升高 ;雄鼠对应激的血糖反应性比雌鼠敏感。  相似文献

本文随机选择60例服131Ⅰ治疗的甲亢(甲状腺机能亢进)患者对其服131Ⅰ前1天、服131Ⅰ后第6天、2个月和6个月分别进行SCE频率和染色体畸变率的检测。结果是服131Ⅰ前1天、服131Ⅰ后第6天、2个月和6个月患者的淋巴细胞SCE频率和染色体畸变率分别为:445±072,028±009;761±124,077±018;694±118,037±013;453±062,034±011。经过统计分析(t检验)服131Ⅰ前1天和服131Ⅰ后第6天SCE频率和染色体畸变率均有非常显著性差异,服131Ⅰ2个月后SCE频率和染色体畸变率有所下降,与服131Ⅰ前一天比较SCE频率仍具有显著性差异,染色体畸变率无显著性差异;服131Ⅰ6个月后SCE频率和染色体畸变率恢复到服131Ⅰ前一天的水平,两者之间均无显著性差异。因此我们认为治疗剂量(平均为222MBq)的131Ⅰ对甲亢患者的染色体具有一定的损伤,但这种损伤可在6个月内得到恢复。  相似文献

We have studied IL-12p35-deficient (IL-12p35(-/-)) mice to evaluate the role of IL-12 in resistance against Listeria monocytogenes. In the absence of bioactive IL-12p75, mutant mice acquired higher bacterial organ burden than wild-type mice and died during the first week following infection with normally sublethal doses of Listeria. Moreover, blood IFN-gamma levels were strikingly reduced in mutant mice at day 2 post-infection. These results suggest that in IL-12p35-deficient mice impaired production of IFN-gamma which is crucial for activation of listericidal effector functions of macrophages leads to defective innate immunity against Listeria. In contrast to mice deficient for IFN-gamma or IFN-gamma receptor which are unable to resist very low infection doses of Listeria, IL-12p35(-/-) mice resisted up to 1000 c.f.u. and were able to eliminate Listeria. Spleen cells from mutant mice re-stimulated with heat-killed Listeria produced considerable amounts of IFN-gamma, suggesting that at low dose infection sufficient IFN-gamma is produced independently of IL-12. Subsequent challenge of these immunized mice with high doses of L. monocytogenes resulted in sterile elimination demonstrating efficient memory responses. These results demonstrate for the first time that at low doses of Listeria IL-12 is neither critical for innate immunity nor for the development of protective T cell-dependent acquired immunity.  相似文献

Two novel translocations disrupt the RUNX1 gene in acute myeloid leukemia   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Translocations involving 21q22 are commonly observed in both de novo and therapy-related acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). They often result in the disruption of RUNX1 and give rise to fusion genes consisting of RUNX1 and different partner genes, which contribute to leukemogenesis. To date, at least 21 such translocations are known from the literature. Here we report two novel translocations involving the RUNX1 gene: t(1;21)(q12;q22) in a 53-year-old woman with AML-M5b and t(11;21)(q13;q22) in a 65-year-old man with AML-M2. The abnormalities revealed by R-banding karyotypic analysis were confirmed with interphase and metaphase fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), chromosome painting, and M-FISH.  相似文献

我们试验了利用VR技术进行虚拟咬合仿真制作的全部过程。首先,采用光学三维测量仪对上下颌石膏模型进行数字化,通过预处理获取有效的三角网格曲面模型;其次,对咬合运动模型进行合理的简化,分解为一系列的平移运动和旋转运动;通过动态刷新完成开闭口运动、侧移运动的计算机运动仿真,可视化地观察咬合运动;然后利用模型碰撞检测算法动态地计算咬合接触位,并详细地分析了咬合接触时的咬合点位置分布和咬合剖切面上的咬合点接触关系;最后讨论了目前虚拟咬合仿真存在的问题和今后研究的方向。  相似文献

复杂手术常需多科医生协商制定综合性治疗方案,网络协同三维可视化软件可使方案制定直观而精确。我们采用VTK工具包对DICOM格式CT图像数据进行三维重建并作网格简化,将结果所得多边形网格模型无缝集成到用HOOPS/3DAF所开发的图形系统进行显示,并用HOOPS/Stream工具包转成适合网络传输的HSF无损压缩流文件,再用HOOPS/NET工具包实现基于Client/Server架构的协同三维交互可视化系统。所得三维重建结果清晰,协同三维可视化操作实时度高。本研究实现了一个协同手术仿真开发平台,该架构易于进一步添加模拟手术操作与修复体设计功能。  相似文献

目的:探讨颈内动脉岩内段形态位置变化的规律及其与毗邻结构的关系.方法:对66侧正常成人颅底高分辨率CT连续图像进行分析,测量颞骨气房体积,建立定位颈内动脉岩内段及其毗邻结构的参照系,对其位置和形态进行测量,运用偏相关分析方法求出它们形态位置的变化规律及其影响因素.结果:在男性,颈内动脉垂直段更偏外侧,其水平段长度也大于女性.颞骨气化好,则颈内动脉垂直段更偏后移.颈内动脉垂直段与颈静脉球的位置变化表现为同步.垂直段的内外移位相应地使水平段与中线的夹角发生变化.颈内动脉水平段的方位与蜗轴方向相关,蜗轴偏离中线的角度越小,则颈内动脉水平段偏离中线的角度越大,反之亦然.结论:影响颈内动脉岩内段形态位置变化的因素是复杂和多重的,包括性别因素、颅底发育状态、颞骨气化程度以及毗邻结构发育状态均可能是影响因素.  相似文献

Possible roles of KIR2DL4 expression on uNK cells in human pregnancy   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
PROBLEM: To investigate possible roles of the natural killer (NK) cell receptor killer immunoglobulin-like receptor (KIR)2DL4 expressed on uterine NK (uNK) cells during pregnancy, we investigated KIR2DL4 expression on uNK cells isolated from patients with early recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) and normal early pregnancy women, and functions of KIR2DL4 was analyzed in vitro. METHODS OF THE STUDY: Semi-quantitative RT-PCR analysis was introduced to detect KIR2DL4 messenger RNA (mRNA) expression on uNK cells. Cytotoxicity and cytokine production as the result of interaction of KIR2DL4 and its ligand human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-G were analyzed in vitro with lactic dehydrogenase releasing method and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, respectively. RESULTS: No significant difference in KIR2DL4 mRNA expression was observed, while the KIR2DL4 protein level in isolated uNK cells is much higher in normal controls than that in RSA patients. Data showed that HLA-G transfection could not reverse the lysis of uNK against HLA-G transfected K562 cells but induced cytokine production. Furthermore, we demonstrated that, via KIR2DL4, membrane-bound HLA-G could induce high cytotoxicity and cytokine production in a high cytotoxic, IL-2 dependent human NK cell line NK-92 cells. CONCLUSION: Our data suggest that KIR2DL4 might play a crucial implication for human pregnancy.  相似文献

OBJECTIVES:

Patients with Type I neurofibromatosis scoliosis with intra-canal rib head protrusion are extremely rare. Current knowledge regarding the diagnosis and treatment for this situation are insufficient. The purpose of this study is to share our experience in the diagnosis and surgical treatments for such unique deformities.

METHODS:

Six patients with Type I neurofibromatosis scoliosis with rib head dislocation into the spinal canal were diagnosed at our institution. Posterior instrumentation and spinal fusion without intra-canal rib head resection via a posterior-only approach was performed for deformity correction and rib head extraction. The efficacy and outcomes of the surgery were evaluated by measurements before, immediately and 24 months after the surgery using the following parameters: coronal spinal Cobb angle, apex rotation and kyphosis of the spine and the intra-canal rib head position. Post-operative complications, surgery time and blood loss were also evaluated.

RESULTS:

Patients were followed up for at least 24 months post-operatively. The three dimensional spinal deformity was significantly improved and the intra-canal rib head was significantly extracted from the canal immediately after the surgery. At follow-up 24 months after surgery, solid fusions were achieved along the fusion segments, and the deformity corrections and rib head positions were well maintained. There were no surgery-related complications any time after the surgery.

CONCLUSIONS:

Systematic examinations are needed to identify patients with Type I neurofibromatosis scoliosis with rib head dislocation into the canal who can be treated by posterior-only spinal fusion without rib head resection.  相似文献

Internet addiction is the inability to control one's use of the Internet and is related to impulsivity. Although a few studies have examined neurophysiological activity as individuals with Internet addiction engage in cognitive processing, no information on spontaneous EEG activity in the eyes-closed resting-state is available. We investigated resting-state EEG activities in beta and gamma bands and examined their relationships with impulsivity among individuals with Internet addiction and healthy controls. Twenty-one drug-naïve patients with Internet addiction (age: 23.33 ± 3.50 years) and 20 age-, sex-, and IQ-matched healthy controls (age: 22.40 ± 2.33 years) were enrolled in this study. Severity of Internet addiction was identified by the total score on Young's Internet Addiction Test. Impulsivity was measured with the Barratt Impulsiveness Scale-11 and a stop-signal task. Resting-state EEG during eyes closed was recorded, and the absolute/relative power of beta and gamma bands was analyzed. The Internet addiction group showed high impulsivity and impaired inhibitory control. The generalized estimating equation showed that the Internet-addiction group showed lower absolute power on the beta band than did the control group (estimate = − 3.370, p < 0.01). On the other hand, the Internet-addiction group showed higher absolute power on the gamma band than did the control group (estimate = 0.434, p < 0.01). These EEG activities were significantly associated with the severity of Internet addiction as well as with the extent of impulsivity. The present study suggests that resting-state fast-wave brain activity is related to the impulsivity characterizing Internet addiction. These differences may be neurobiological markers for the pathophysiology of Internet addiction.  相似文献
