脐带缠绕与新生儿窒息及分娩方式

目的 探讨脐带缠绕与新生儿窒息及分娩方式的关系。方法 回顾性分析2001年5月于2002年4月脐带缠绕246例，与同期分娩的无脐带缠绕者800例进行对照性研究。结果 脐带缠绕组新生儿窒息和剖宫产率高于对照组，差异有显著性（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）；脐带越长，脐带缠绕率越高；脐带长度正常，新生儿窒息率低，脐带过长及过短，新生儿窒息率高；脐带缠绕周数越多，新生儿窒息率越高，差异有显著性（P＜0．01）。结论 脐带缠绕与脐带长度有关，脐带缠绕可导致新生儿窒息，故对脐带缠绕者应加强产前诊断及产时监护。     

肾脂肪肉瘤(附三例报告及文献复习)

本文报道三例肾脂肪肉瘤,并结合文献复习,讨论了其病理,临床表现、影像学特征、诊断和治疗。     

~(125)碘-绒毛膜促性腺激素的电泳纯化及分析

标记抗原在贮存过程中,由于受幅射分解和脱碘影响而使免疫活性和生物活性降低。我们对自制的~(125)碘-绒毛膜促性腺激素进行了实验观察。结果显示:贮存1月后,其免疫活性和生物活性分别降低了33.1％和44.0％;经电泳纯化后的标记物的免疫活性和生物活性明显提高,分别达到了最初的90.5％和95.3％。     

Influence of Qingdai Compound Capsule on the expression of c-myc in psoriatic keratinocytes) on the expression of c-myc in psoriatic keratinocytes

In this immunohistochemical study, the authors detected the expression of c-myc in keratinocytes (ECK) from 30 psoriatics before and after Qingdai Compound Capsule (QDCC) treatment and 12 normal subjects for control. The results showed that the ECK of patients before treatment was significantly higher than that in the normal control group, and its level was correlated with histopathological changes of affected skin. After treatment the ECK was normalized. It is believed that QDCC could decrease the ECK in psoriatics and this effect was probably mediated by inhibiting c-myc expression. This study provided an experimental evidence for the application of QDCC in treating psoriasis.

本文总结了北京大学口腔医学院3届八年制口腔医学专业学生口腔固定修复学临床前期实习教学的经验,针对实习中出现的典型问题进行了分析,采取了相应的对策和方法,取得了良好的效果.     

聋幼儿情绪状态对认知发展的影响

为促进聋幼儿各方面的正常发展，使其早日回归主流社会，我们对聋幼儿进行了认知和情绪表现的研究。通过问卷调查、观察和实验研究得知，聋幼儿的认知发展和良好情绪的培养是分不开的，认知内容适中有利于聋幼儿良好情绪的培养，而良好积极的情绪又可促进聋幼儿认知的发展。对此，我们实验并总结了培养聋幼儿积极情绪和促进认知发展的方法。     

医技人员血源性疾病感染情况调查

医务人员的医院内感染逐渐被人们所关注，其中血源性疾病的感染更应引起大家的重视。为了了解医务人员中医师、检验人员的医院感染发生情况，笔者对某中心医院的医师和检验人员的2002年度体检结果进行了统计分析，现报告如下。

An Integrated Technique for Identification of Differential Genes Expressed in Patients with Cancer

Summary: To develop a method for identification of differential gene expression between different cell populations, several convenient techniques of molecular biology, including subtractive hybridization, suppression PCR, T/A cloning and sequencing, were used to identify genes expressed differentially in CD45^- and CD45^- cells isolated from U266 cell line of multiple myeloma. Our results showed that the levels of abundant genes scale down 20 times through subtractive hybridization.Plasmid DNA from CD45^- cell clones was hybridized with forward or backward cDNA probes synthesized from CD45^- and CD45 cells, respectively. A few of differentially expressed genes reconfirmed by RT-PCR were identified from 500 expressed clones of CD45^- cells. It is concluded that a strategy for gene expression identification developed from conventional molecular biological methods can be used in different laboratories.
