本文研究了去除金属离子的金属硫蛋白(ApoMT)对镉金属硫蛋白(CdMT)肾毒性作用的影响。结果发现,与单独给予CdMT比较,ApoMT能降低尿蛋白量和尿碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性,并能促进尿Cd的排泄。肾组织形态学结果显示肾近曲小管损伤程度明显减轻。提示ApoMT对CdMT肾小管损伤具有保护作用。 相似文献

年龄小于45岁原发性慢性闭角型青光眼的显微手术治疗 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
目的探讨原发性慢性闭角型青光眼年轻患者临床治疗的经验和体会。方法对临床收治的41例52眼、年龄〈45岁、临床确诊为进展期或晚期原发性慢性闭角型青光眼的病例进行抗青光眼显微手术处理的病例进行回顾性分析。结果随访时间平均(32.50±5.08)个月;男16例,女25例;进展期28眼,晚期24眼;52眼均行抗青光眼手术-复合式小梁切除手术治疗;眼轴长平均(22.40±1.63)mm,其中〈21mm占17.31%,小眼球占13.46%;前房深度平均(1.90±0.39)mm,其中〈1.9mm占61.46%;超声生物显微镜检查高褶虹膜构型占59.62%,其中睫状突位置靠前者10眼;术前平均眼压(41.73±12.26)mmHg,末次术后平均眼压(12.03±4.57)mmHg,术前后眼压差异有统计学意义(t=3.520,P〈0.001)。术后并发症主要有浅前房,恶性青光眼。恶性青光眼手术处理方式包括玻璃体抽液、前段玻璃体切割以及超声乳化白内障吸除加人工晶状体植入术治疗。4眼因眼压控制不理想,行二次抗青光眼手术治疗。结论年轻原发性慢性闭角型青光眼患者,女性多见,多伴有眼轴短、前房浅等特点,抗青光眼复合式小梁手术治疗要注意防治术后浅前房、恶性青光眼的发生。术前详细检查、手术操作精细以及有效处理术后并发症将有助于提高手术成功率和减少并发症。 相似文献

Optic axons are added to the retinal nerve fibre layer of fish along its vitreal border in a chronotopic manner. Likewise, the optic tract of all vertebrate species acquires axons preferentially along the superficial surface of the pathway. We have examined the developing retina of fetal ferrets (Mustela putorius furo) aged between embryonic day 27 (E27) and E34 to see whether a similar segregation of growth cones is apparent within the mammalian retinal nerve fibre layer. The distributions of growth cone, "wrist" (thick trailing portion of the growth cone), axonal, and glial profiles were determined from electron micrographs, and expressed as a percentage of neural profiles for several retinal locations. The retinal nerve fibre layer of fetal ferrets contains radially elongated bundles of fibres composed of axonal, wrist, and growth cone profiles. Glial processes of varying density divide the adjacent bundles, occasionally subdividing them in the plane of the retina, and give rise to endfeet lining the basal lamina and separating the optic axons from the latter. Growth cones within the developing fibre layer represented about 2.4% of profiles at E28, while at later developmental stages (E34), this value fell to about 0.6%. During this period of axonal outgrowth, growth cones were not preferentially segregated toward the vitreal basal lamina or the glial endfeet within the nerve fibre layer. Rather, they were found scattered throughout the axon bundles of the fibre layer. While there were differences in the proportion of immature profiles found within the vitreal half compared to the scleral half of the fibre layer, such that more growth cones and wrists were found vitreally, there was no clear accumulation of them in association with features of the vitreal margin. The present results show that young and old optic axons course together throughout the depth of the nerve fibre layer. A chronotopic mode of pathway genesis such as seen in the optic fibre layer of fish or in the optic tract of mammals is not present in the nerve fibre layer of ferrets. Differences in growth cone behaviour in the optic fibre layer and tract indicate that the mechanisms governing pathway formation differ along its course. 相似文献

BACKGROUND: Although beef is a main source of protein in Western diets, very little has been published on allergic reactions to beef or the main allergens implicated in these reactions. The aim was to evaluate the IgE antibody response to beef in suspected meat-allergic subjects and assess cross-reactivity of beef with other vertebrate meats. METHODS: Fifty-seven sera from suspected meat-allergic subjects were tested by grid blot for specific IgE antibodies to vertebrate meats (beef, lamb, pork, venison, and chicken), and the patterns of recognition of meat proteins were assessed by immunoblot studies. RESULTS: A 160-kDa band, identified as bovine IgG, was detected in raw beef in 83% (10/12) of beef-allergic subjects but in only 24% of the beef-tolerant subjects. IgE reactivity to a band of similar mol. mass was detected also in lamb and venison, but rarely in pork or chicken. Complete inhibition of the IgE reactivity to the bovine IgG was obtained with lamb, venison, and milk. IgE reactivity to this band also completely disappeared when beef or lamb extracts were separated under reducing conditions, indicating conformational epitopes. CONCLUSIONS: Bovine IgG appears to be a major cross-reacting meat allergen that could predict beef allergy. Further studies with oral IgG challenges should be performed to document the conclusion that in vitro reactivity correlates with clinical hypersensitivity. The role of bovine IgG in other bovine products such as milk, dander, or hair must also be studied, and the hypothesis that it is a cross-reacting allergen with other mammalian products validated. 相似文献

目的通过对57例妊娠分别使用二维、三维超声测量相关参数估计胎重,并作统计学比较,从而评价三维超声对于估测胎儿体重、诊断胎儿发育迟缓及巨大胎的优势和价值。方法对2005年10月至2006年3月间在我院分娩的57例妊娠,研究组用三维超声测胎儿股容积估计胎重,对照组用二维超声同步测量相关参数估计胎重。结果对两组估重结果与胎儿实际出生体重作相关统计学分析,研究组相关系数为0.983,对照组为0.906(P〈0.05),前者与实际体重关系更密切。结论三维超声测量胎儿股容积估测胎儿体重,较传统二维超声具有更大优势,对于发现胎儿发育迟缓(FGR)及巨大胎意义重大,有利于指导临床冶疗、选择分娩方式。 相似文献
