hCG/ATP-induced Leydig cell calcium channel reaction at different extracellular calcium ion concentration

Objective: To study the calcium channel reaction of human Leydig cells induced by hCG/ATP at different extracellular calcium ion concentrations. Methods: The Leydig cell calcium ion concentration was examined with laser confocal microscope, when the cells were stimulated with hCG/ATP at different extracellular calcium contrations. Results: With calcium-containing extracellular fluid, the Leydig cells were sensitive to hCG stimulation and when the extracellular fluid was calcium-free, the Leydig cells did not respond to the stimulation. However, the Leydig cells did respond to ATP stimulation no matter the extracellular fluid contained calcium or not. Conclusion: In human Leydig cells, there are calcium channels sensitive to hCG and ATP. The extracellular calcium ion concentration plays an important role in the regulation of Leydig cell metabolism by hCG/ATP.     

数字化成像后小儿增殖腺肥大临床与X线改变

目的:总结2岁~12岁小儿增殖腺肥大平片表现介绍测量方法;材料与方法:25小儿增殖腺肥大患儿常规摄鼻咽部侧位片均匀吸气拍照,采用鼻咽增殖腺厚度最突出部与鼻咽腔宽度比值;结果:鼻咽顶部咽后壁软组织增厚,鼻咽气道狭窄,腺/咽比值>0.8,3例;>0.7,16例;>0.6,6例;结论:均匀吸气时摄片,观察增殖腺大小形态方法简单、准确可靠。     

Application of median-effect in quantitative analysis of antitumor drugs in vitro

Objective: To analyze quantitatively the synergistic and antagonistic effects of combined oxymatrine (OMT) and 5-fluorouracil (5-GU) on a cell line of human liver cancer (HepG2) with median-effect principle in vitro. Methods: The median-effect principle and MTT method were used in the quantitative analysis of effects of the two drugs. Results: Cytotoxic activity of the individual drugs enhanced as drug concentration increased. As fa=0.41, a CI equal to 1 indicated additivity; fa<0.41, a CI less than 1 indicated synergy; and fa>0.41, a CI greater than 1 indicated antagonism. The sequence of administration did not influence the cytotoxic activity of the combined antitumor drugs. The ratio of drug concentration was a factor that can influence the killing effect. Conclusion: The combined drugs interaction (CI<1) was synergistic at lower concentration and antagonistic at higher concentration. The ratio of drug concentration is a factor that can influence the killing effect. 流式细胞术检测非小细胞肺癌患者骨髓微转移

目的　应用流式细胞术检测非小细胞肺癌患者骨髓中的微转移。方法　骨髓经Ficoll梯度离心分离单核细胞后,用细胞角蛋白 19(Cytokeratin, CK19)单克隆抗体染色,应用流式细胞仪检测。结果　检测了 96例肺癌患者骨髓,发现 25例患者骨髓中有微转移。20例肺良性病变患者、10例正常人骨髓均无微转移。肺癌患者阳性率与患者病理分期、分化程度和细胞组织学类型密切相关 (P<0. 05)。结论　应用流式细胞术检测非小细胞肺癌患者骨髓中的微转移,有助于肺癌的综合治疗。     

佩尔地平治疗妊娠高血压病人的护理管理路径

目的探讨护理管理路径在应用佩尔地平治疗的重度子痫前期病人的效果，以期达到最佳的治疗效果，并减少并发症的发生。方法将用佩尔地平针治疗的重度子痫前期的病人486例随机分为两组，一组按常规护理，另一组按制定的护理管理路径护理。结果患者依从性对照组为168例，占70％；观察组为228例，占92．68％，P〈0．05，其差异有统计学意义。胎死宫内发生率对照组为9．16％，观察组为0．81％，P〈0．05，其差异有统计学意义。血压的稳定性对照组为36．3％，观察组为97．6％，P〈0．05，其差异有统计学意义。结论护理管理路径可以提高重度妊娠高血压疾病的治疗效果，减少并发症的发生。     

The Receptor Role of Glycophorin A during the Invasion of Erythrocytes by Plasmodium Falciparum

Under the condition of in vitro culture,the effects of glycophorin A(GPA)of human erythrocyte membrane,anti-GPA IgG,α_1-acid glycoprotein,ovomucoid,wheat germ agglutinin,etc.on the invasion of erythrocytes by P.falciparum were observed in this study.The results show that the combination ofGPA with P.falciparum merozoites has high specificity,high affinity and atendency to saturation,and produces specific biological effects.These confirm forthe first time from the characteristics of the ligand-receptor interaction that GPAis a receptor recognized and bound by P.falciparum merozoites.     

神经活素对Pc12细胞作用的初步观察

从胎脑、颌下腺、肌肉组织中制备神经活素。其性能同脑活素一样：可促进Ｐｃ１２细胞的突起生长，提高其胞浆内乳酸脱氢酶活性，电泳显示二者有相同的三条带。提示：神经活素有可能替代脑活素应用于临床。     

多源耐药基因表达水平的检测在儿童白血病中的临床意义

应用逆转录ＰＣＲ结合同位素定量分析，对３２例儿童白血病患者的多源耐药基因表达水平进行了研究。结果显示，初发病人的表达均较低，复发病人表达较高，缓解期病人表达程度介于两者之间，为探讨多源耐药基因表达水平与临床化疗之间的相关性及逆转克服多源耐药性药物的应用，提供了一定的理论依据。
