提出了多波长数据线性双组合法计算解析苯酚和间苯二酚混合物的同步荧光光谱,考察了△λ=λ_em-λ_ex,pH,光路中光照时间对二种酚的荧光强度影响,建立了同时测定混合物中苯酚和间苯二酚的新方法。用于复方雷琐辛涂剂中苯酚与间苯二酚的同时测定,平均回收率分别为:苯酚98.5%±1.4%;间苯二酚98.8%±1.3%。     

Novel approaches to the nutritional management of the allergic infant

The increased prevalence of atopic diseases, i.e. atopic eczema, allergic rhinitis and asthma, has been described as the epidemic of the 21st century in Western societies. New approaches in the fight against allergic diseases are clearly called for, the target being the persistence of the allergic responder pattern beyond infancy. The advantage afforded by elimination diets lies in the silencing of specific allergic inflammation induced by an offending food. Novel nutritional approaches, beyond the treatment of food allergies, have recently attracted research interest subsequent to the identification of the immunomodulatory potential of specific dietary compounds. Dietary lipids as immunomodulators may prevent allergic sensitization by down-regulating inflammatory response whilst protecting the epithelial barrier. Probiotic bacteria have been shown to reinforce the different lines of gut defence: immune exclusion, immune elimination and immune regulation. On this basis, the strategy against allergic disease proposed here is based on the administration of tolerogenic gut-processed peptide fragments of a specific protein, in addition to the use of specific dietary compounds such as fatty acids and antioxidants, and introducing a microbial stimulus for the immature immune system by means of cultures of beneficial live micro-organisms characteristic of the healthy infant gut microbiota.

The dutch national alcohol and drugs database: progress in monitoring, monitoring in progress

The Dutch Alcohol and Drug Information System (LADIS) has been operational since 1986 and covers 95% of all alcohol and drug treatment out-patient services in the Netherlands. From 1994 it has been operating as a population-based register in which contact episodes of individual clients can be linked over time with a unique code made anonymous by encryption methods. With the acceptance of the welfare law in 1998, the flow of various categories of data (diagnostic, demographic, treatment and evaluation) and the continuity of LADIS have been secured. Data capture, processing and quality control are highly automated. The information from LADIS concerns annual reports as well as numerous profiles of various groups of clients. The implementation of LADIS and the high degree of standardisation of the data collected have been strongly facilitated by the use of the underlying institutional application ADDICTIS. Within the LADIS framework, almost 95% of the (European) Treatment Demand Indicator Protocol data set on drugs can be collected.     

Coralline hydroxyapatite bone graft substitutes: preliminary report of radiographic evaluation

A new bone graft substitute made by conversion of the calcium carbonate exoskeleton of reef-building sea coral into hydroxyapatite has recently become clinically available. The normal radiographic appearance of two forms of this material is described. In the immediate postoperative period, the exoskeletal architecture of these implants is readily appreciated. With graft incorporation over the ensuing months, their intrinsic structure is gradually lost in association with poor marginal definition. Evolving radiographic findings reflect the biocompatible nature of these implants, which provides the potential for ingrowth of native bone with preservation of the coralline scaffold, resulting in enhanced biomechanical properties.

从百部科黄精叶钩吻属植物金刚大(Croomia japonica Miq)的根部分得五个成分,分别为粉蕊黄杨胺A(pachysamine A,Ⅰ)、金刚大啶(croomionidine,Ⅱ)、金刚大碱(croomme,Ⅲ)、脱氢金刚大碱(didehydrocroomine,Ⅳ)和β-谷甾醇。应用波谱(IP,MS,¹HNMR和¹³CNMR等)分析、理化数据测定和化学转化,确定丁它们的结构,其中金刚大啶为新甾体生物碱。     

Chronic hepatitis ascribed to the use of sotalol]

In a 68-year-old woman with severe chronic hepatitis an extensive investigation revealed no other cause than the use of sotalol for 10 months due to atrial fibrillation. Once the use of the medication had been discontinued the patient's symptoms quickly disappeared and the liver function disorders normalised within 5 months. Sotalol is a beta-adrenergic receptor blocking and anti-arrhythmic agent. It is widely used in patients with supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmias. An adverse effect in terms of liver damage is not known. The pathogenesis of the observed hepatitis remained an enigma because sotalol is a hydrophilic substance which is not metabolized by the liver and is cleared by the kidneys unchanged.
