Management of chronic lunotriquetral ligament tears

Treatment of chronic disruptions of the lunotriquetral (LT) ligament is not well-defined. Eleven patients treated by LT fusion with use of a compression screw are reported. The injury frequently resulted from hyperextension of the wrist. Pain on the ulnar side of the wrist, limited motion, and tenderness over the LT joint exacerbated by ballottement were present. Standard radiographs were normal. Arthrography showed the ligamentous tear in all cases. After operation, immobilization was continued until fusion was apparent radiographically. Fusion was achieved in all cases between 2 and 5 months. Four patients were free of pain, four patients had pain only at the extremes of motion, and three patients had persistent pain. Mean wrist motion was as follows (preoperative/postoperative): flexion (53 degrees/45 degrees), extension (60 degrees/49 degrees), radial deviation (17 degrees/21 degrees), and ulnar deviation (25 degrees/18 degrees). Maximum grip strength as a percentage of the uninjured side was 73% preoperatively and 59% postoperatively. LT tears can exist de novo or as part of the ulnar impaction syndrome; a method for differentiation is presented.     

对中国药典诺氟沙星对照品在不同溶媒中的稳定性研究

目的：考察不同溶媒配制的诺氟沙星对照品溶液能否保存。方法：用紫外分光光度法分别对5℃放置的使用不同溶媒的对照品溶液在0d、10d、20d、30d、40d测定最大吸收波长、吸收值。结果；以0．4％NaOH溶液为溶媒的诺氟沙星对照液于5℃放置40d，最大吸收波长、吸收值均未发生变化（无显著性差异P＞0．05）。而以pH4.0醛酸缓冲液、pH7．4磷酸盐缓冲液为溶媒的两种对照液5℃放置40d，最大吸收波长未发生变化，但吸收值明显降低（有显著性差异P＜0．05）。结论：用0．4％NaOH溶液配制的诺氟沙星对照品溶液在适宜的条件下（5℃，避光密闭）保存，40d内是稳定的，可继续使用。而用pH4．0醋酸缓冲注和pH7．4磷酸盐缓冲液配制的诺氟沙星对照品溶液则不能保存使用，必须临用新配。

Long-term expression of the c-fos protein during the in vitro differentiation of cerebellar granule cells induced by potassium or NMDA.

Levels of the c-fos protein were assayed in mouse cerebellar granule cells during their in vitro development under different culture conditions. When grown in media favoring both their survival and differentiation, i.e. in the presence of 30 mM K+ or 12.5 mM K+ plus 100 microM N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA), the c-fos protein becomes detectable in the nucleus of granule cells on and after 6 days and persists to high levels until the culture begins to decline. The protein c-fos appears therefore after the critical period described for the survival effect of K+ depolarization or NMDA receptor stimulation which corresponds to days 2-5 after plating. The c-fos protein remains however scarcely detectable or undetectable throughout the life-span of cells cultured under conditions providing poor survival and differentiation, i.e. in the presence of low K+ (5 or 12.5 mM) alone or when the effect of NMDA is blocked by the NMDA receptor antagonist MK-801. Interestingly, in cortical and striatal neurons, the survival and differentiation of which being not affected by depolarizing media, no c-fos protein is detected whatever the culture conditions tested at least during the first 18 days in vitro. This suggests that long-term expression of the c-fos gene might be related to some aspect of the late in vitro differentiation process of cerebellar granule cells.     

脉动真空灭菌器内室气体流向监测报警装置的研制

本文针对XGI型脉动真空灭菌柜出现的蒸汽倒流故障设计出一种内室气体流向监测报警装置，对管道中的蒸汽流向和空气流向进行监测。当出现倒流现象时，报警装置发出报警信号，提醒工作人员采取措施排除故障。经在两台灭菌柜上使用，证明此方案是一种行之有效的方法。

本文报道￣９９ｍＴｃ－新半乳糖白蛋白（￣９９ｍＴｃ－ＮＧＡ）与大鼠肝细胞膜进行体外结合试验。结果表明：￣９９ｍＴｃ－ＮＧＡ系与肝细胞膜上的高亲和力低容量（Ｋ＿１：８．４０８９×１０￣９Ｌ／ｍｏｌ；Ｒ＿１：１．７３５０×１０￣（－１２）ｍｏｌ／ｍｇ）和低亲和力高容量（Ｋ＿２：２．０８２７×１０￣８Ｌ／ｍｏｌ；Ｒ＿２：６．９５３０×１０￣（－１２）ｍｏｌ／ｍｇ）２个结合位点相结合，其结合表现出高特异性、可饱和性及对细胞膜蛋白浓度的线性依赖性，具备受体介导结合的基本特征。￣（９９ｍ）Ｔｃ－ＮＧＡ是一个很有希望的肝受体显像剂。     

双氢杨梅树皮素对兔胸主动脉条平滑肌收缩反应的影响

用兔胸主动脉条研究双氢杨梅树皮素对去甲肾上腺素（NE）、KCl和CaCl2所致兔胸主动脉条收缩反应量效曲线的影响。双氢杨梅树皮素能显著地抑制NP、KCl和CaCl2所致兔胸主动脉杂的收缩，量效曲线右移，最大反应降低，对高K 所致兔胸主动脉条收缩的抑制作用明显大于NE所致兔胸主动脉条收缩的抑制作用。双氢杨梅树皮素对NE引起的依赖内Ca2 释放的收缩有明显抑制作用，而对NE依赖细胞外Ca2 性收缩区在较高浓度时才显示抑制作用，提示双氢杨梅树皮素可能对电压依赖性钙通道（PDC）有选择性阻滞作用。     

硫酸镍对红细胞毒性研究

健康小鼠腹腔注射硫酸镍10.0,5.0,2.5mg/kg,导致外周血中红细胞增高,血红蛋白不变或降低,红细胞中点彩红细胞和碱粒红细胞占有比值明显增高,网织红细胞含量升高、提示镍对外周血红细胞有毒性损害。
