类风湿关节炎(Rheumatoid Arthritis,RA)是一常见的以关节组织慢性炎症性病变为主要表现的全身性自身免疫性疾病.多发性骨髓瘤(Multiple Myeloma,MM)是浆细胞异常增生,产生单克隆免疫球蛋白,并导致多发性溶骨性损害的一种最常见的浆细胞病.二者合并发生在临床上少见,国内尚无报道,国外报道的多为老年女性,类风湿关节炎病史较长者合并多发性骨髓瘤[1~4].我院于1997~1998年收治了2例类风湿关节炎合并多发性骨髓瘤的病人,现报道如下.  相似文献

目的 :探讨p2 1WAF1/CIP1和P5 3蛋白在子宫平滑肌肿瘤 (USMTs)的表达和意义。方法 :应用免疫组织化学法检测 2 0例普通型子宫平滑肌瘤 (UL) ,18例子宫平滑肌肉瘤 (LMS)及 70例交界性子宫平滑肌瘤 (BLM) :包括 4 0例富于细胞型子宫平滑肌瘤 (CL)、13例奇异型子宫平滑肌瘤 (BL)、4例核分裂活跃型子宫平滑肌瘤 (ML)、10例不典型子宫平滑肌瘤 (AL)及 3例恶性潜能未定型子宫平滑肌瘤 (STUMP)的p2 1WAF1/CIP1和P5 3蛋白的表达。结果 :LMS组p2 1WAF1/CIP1蛋白表达阳性率明显高于UL组 (P <0 .0 1)和BLM组 (P<0 .0 1) ;LMS组P5 3蛋白表达阳性率显著高于UL组 (P <0 .0 1)和BLM组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :LMS的发病机制涉及P5 3基因功能的丧失 ;p2 1WAF1/CIP1在USMT细胞的增殖和灭活中可能起到不同的作用  相似文献

目的 分析单纯性肥胖儿童的25羟维生素D3[25(OH)D3]和TSH水平以及两者的关系.方法 比较单纯性肥胖儿童(观察组,91例)和正常体重儿童(对照组,36例)血清25(OH)D3及TSH水平.分析观察组不同肥胖儿童血清25(OH)D3和TSH水平的相关性.结果 两组儿童血清25(OH)D3均存在不同程度的降低;观察组血清25(OH)D3水平低于对照组(P<0.05),而血清TSH水平高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组轻中度肥胖儿童25(OH)D3与TSH水平无明显相关性(P>0.05),但重度肥胖儿童25(0H)D3与TSH水平呈正相关(r=0.360,P<0.05).结论 单纯性肥胖儿童存在血清25(OH)D3水平降低和TSH水平升高,二者在重度肥胖儿童中存在正相关关系.  相似文献

The transformation behaviors of Fe-bearing minerals in coals of Xinjiang (XJC) and Shenhua (SHC) were investigated in an O2/CO2 atmosphere containing H2O in a drop-tube-furnace (DTF). The solid products were characterized using XRD, Mössbauer spectroscopy, particle size analyzer and SEM-EDX techniques. The results show that the change in the combustion atmosphere does not significantly alter the main phases of Fe-bearing minerals in the coal ashes, but does affect their relative contents. The ratio of Fe2+-glass to Fe3+-glass in the ashes produced from the O2/CO2 combustion atmosphere was significantly increased. During the XJC combustion and under different combustion conditions examined, the content of Fe-glass phases remained almost unaltered. However, in SHC samples, combustion under O2/CO2 atmosphere resulted in a higher amount of iron melting into Fe-glass phases and less amount of iron oxide formation. This could be attributed mainly to the presence of Fe-bearing minerals mostly included in nature in SHC samples, which more easily interacted with clays or other silicates inside coal-formed Fe-glass phases. Increasing the O2 level of the O2/CO2 atmosphere during SHC combustion could promote the formation of iron oxides. In O2/CO2 atmosphere, with the same oxygen level, the replacement of 10% of CO2 with H2O promoted the formation of iron oxides, regardless of the occurrence form (included or excluded) of iron minerals in coal. Furthermore, the addition of steam resulted in an increase in the size of the particles in ash, resulting probably in a decrease in the deposition and slagging propensity of coal ash.

The ratio of Fe2+-glass to Fe3+-glass in ashes from O2/CO2 atmosphere is significantly increased. The iron oxides (hematite or magnetite) formation of included iron minerals may be delayed in O2/CO2. H2O promotes iron oxides formation.  相似文献

目的:分析原发性高血压患者不同动态血压负荷(BPL)对左室结构及左室收缩和舒张功能的影响。方法:将106例原发性高血压患者根据动态血压负荷值分为三组,计算左室重量指数(LVMI)、相对室壁厚度(RWT)和左室功能参数。应用单因素方差分析来比较不同组间各参数的差异。结果:LVMI和RWT在动态血压负荷增高组增大,左室收缩功能(mFs代表)与左室舒张功能(E/A比值代表)随动态血压负荷增高而渐次降低。结论:动态血压负荷异常增高加重了左室肥厚和心功能损害程度,40%和70%的动态血压负荷值可作为高血压左室结构和功能的危险分层指标。  相似文献

目的分析足月妊娠临产前发生自发性胎膜破裂(SROM)的昼夜频数情况。方法回顾性分析256例足月妊娠临产前发生SROM的病历资料。结果足月妊娠临产前SROM的发生存在着一个显著的24 h节律性,30.1%孕妇在凌晨0:00—4:00时发生SROM(chi-square 57.5,P<0.001)。结论妊娠临产前发生SROM及其随后自然发动的临产存在着24 h节律性。  相似文献

It has recently been suggested that neuronal cell death in response to many brain insults may be mediated by the upregulation of tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) family members and their ligands. In the present study, we investigated whether the expression of the TNFR family death domain receptor, Fas, and its ligand, FasL, is altered in association with neuropathology and activated caspase markers in Alzheimer disease (AD) brain, and Abeta-induced neuronal cell death in vitro. To evaluate this hypothesis, we examined Fas and FasL expression in AD and control brain, and Abeta-treated primary neurons, using immunocytochemistry and Western blots. Neurons in both AD brain and Abeta-treated cultures exhibited FasL upregulation and changes in immunoreactivity for Fas receptor. Further, FasL expression was remarkably elevated in senile plaques and neurofilament-positive dystrophic neurites, and in association with caspase activation and neuritic apoptosis in AD brain. Based on these and previous data regarding protection of primary neuronal cultures from Abeta(1-42)-induced apoptosis by blockade of Fas-associated death domain signaling, we also tested the hypothesis that dynamic regulation of Fas and FasL may contribute to Abeta-mediated neuronal cell death. Accordingly, neuronal cultures derived from mice carrying inactivating mutations in Fas (Faslpr) or FasL (Fasgld) exhibited protection from Abeta(1-42)-induced cell death. These findings suggest that Fas-FasL interactions may contribute to mechanisms of neuronal loss and neuritic degeneration in AD.  相似文献

Abstract Rationale. CRF1 antagonists may be effective in the treatment of anxiety disorders while having fewer side effects compared with classical benzodiazepines. Objectives. The effects of a small molecule selective CRF1 antagonist DMP696 on anxiety-like behaviors and stress-induced increases in corticosterone in rats exposed to a novel environment and on locomotor activity and motor coordination were determined in rats. These effects of DMP696 were compared with those produced by the classical benzodiazepine chlordiazepoxide (CDP). Methods. DMP696 or CDP were administered PO, 60 minutes before behavioral testing in rats. Their effects on latency to exit a dark chamber and stress-induced increase in corticosterone in the Defensive Withdrawal test (an animal model of anxiety), locomotor activity, and rotorod performance (measure of ataxia) were determined. Results. DMP696 significantly reduced exit latency and reversed the stress-induced increase in corticosterone in the Defensive Withdrawal test at doses of 3.0–10 mg/kg and higher. In contrast, CDP significantly decreased exit latency at 10 and 30 mg/kg, but not at 100 mg/kg, due to concurrent non-specific side effects. Unlike DMP696, CDP had no effect on the stress-induced increase in corticosterone at lower doses, but resulted in a significant increase at higher doses. DMP696 did not reduce locomotor activity or impair motor coordination at doses up to 30-fold higher than doses effective in the Defensive Withdrawal model. In contrast, CDP produced significant sedation and ataxia at the same doses that were effective in reducing exit latency. Conclusions. These data suggest that the CRF1 antagonist DMP696 might retain the therapeutic benefits of classical benzodiazepines but have fewer motoric side effects. Electronic Publication  相似文献

目的 分析儿科抗菌药物应用实施干预措施的效果。方法 比较安徽医科大学第二附属医院抗菌药物应用实施措施干预前(2015年)与干预后(2016年)儿科住院患儿抗菌药物的品种、数量、金额的使用情况。结果 儿科抗菌药物使用率、销售总金额占总药品比例和使用金额比例分别由80.84%、65.96%、95.34%下降至73.78%、53.37%、92.82%;静脉用抗菌药物品种数和品规数分别由21和41下降至19和27;用药频度(DDDs)由1.48×104下降至1.19×104;头孢呋辛的金额排序与DDDs排序比=1。结论 儿科抗菌药物应用日益趋于合理,但仍需持续监管。  相似文献
