Gastrointestinal haemorrhage due to erosion of the duodenal wall by a biliary stent

Complications from improperly placed biliary stents are not uncommon. Free loose wires from the ends of an uncovered stent can irritate and damage adjacent mucosal surfaces. Effective management can be achieved via percutaneous placement of a second stent to alter the orientation of the original stent.

为了进一步揭示肉桂活性成分的化学物质基础,对肉桂进行综合利用开发.近几年,各国学者对其进行了较为系统的研究,结果发现肉桂中除含有桂皮醛、醋酸树皮酯、桂皮酸、黄酮类等已发现的物质外,还含有另外一种在抑制3T3-L1脂肪类固醇的过程中有类似胰岛素作用的羟基查耳酮类化合物.     

Caco-2 细胞对人参皂苷Rg3的摄取及代谢研究

目的 :研究Caco 2细胞对人参皂苷Rg3的摄取、代谢及其动力学变化。方法 :采用液相色谱质谱联用 (HPLC MS)检测方法测定细胞中Rg3及其代谢产物Rh2药物浓度 ,考察时间、pH值、温度、药物浓度及抑制剂对Rg3摄取速率及代谢物产量的影响。结果 :Rg3在Caco 2细胞上的摄取是时间及浓度依赖性的 ,其被动转运系数Kd 为 0 .0 7nmol·h-1·mg-1prot ;最大摄取速率Vmax为 3.32nmol·h-1·mg-1prot;Km是 16 .31μmol·L-1。加入代谢抑制剂叠氮化钠及2 ,4 二硝基酚时摄取速率明显降低 (与对照组相比P <0 .0 1)。结论 :Caco 2细胞模型适用于人参皂苷的吸收机制研究 ;Rg3在肠道中的代谢为其生物利用度低的原因之一。     

反相高效液相色谱法测定犬血浆中左氧氟沙星浓度及其犬体内药代动力学

目的 :建立测定犬体内左氧氟沙星血药浓度的反相高效液相色谱法 ,并测定其犬体内药代动力学。方法 :以环丙沙星为内标 ,采用 10 %高氯酸为沉淀剂处理犬血浆样品 ,色谱柱为DIKMADiamon silTM C18,5m ,15 0mm× 4 .6mm ,流动相为甲醇 PBS 三乙胺 异丙醇 (33 6 7 0 .14 0 .4 ,用磷酸调pH为 3.0 ) ,流速 1.2ml·min-1,柱温 2 0℃ ,荧光检测(λex=2 95nm ,λem=4 40nm)。结果 :血药浓度线性范围 0 .2 5～ 5 0mg·L-1(r =0 .9998) ,最低检测限浓度为 0 .0 2mg·L-1(S N >3) ,绝对回收率为 83.0 %～85 .6 % (n =5 ) ,方法回收率为 92 .10 %～ 10 6 .77%(n =5 ) ,日内和日间RSD分别为 1.3%～ 4 .0 %和1.8%～ 8.2 % (n =5 )。结论 :本方法简便、灵敏、精密度高 ,重现性好 ,适用于左氧氟沙星犬体内药代动力学研究及生物等效性研究     

高效毛细管电泳法分离测定不同种类甘草药材中甘草酸的含量

目的 应用高效毛细管电泳法(HPCE)测定不同种类甘草药材中甘草酸的含量。方法 缓冲液30mmol·L-1硼酸盐溶液,pH=9.2,未涂层弹性石英毛细管(75 μm×47.5 cm,有效分离长度40 cm)为分离通道,压力进样(250 Kpa·s),20 kV恒压电泳(25 C)分离,254 nm检测。结果 整个分析过程可以在7 min以内完成,甘草酸含量的线性范围为0~500μg·mL-1(r=0.999 7)。甘草酸的保留时间与甘草酸积分峰面积的RSD值分别为0.2％和3.4％。结论 该方法简洁、快速,重现性较好,适用于甘草药材中甘草酸含量的快速测定,也为进一步建立甘草药品的指纹图谱提供了可行性依据,并且,可以同时分析甘草酸的水解产物-甘草次酸,可用于进一步研究甘草类药物的代谢。

This report evaluates the possibility that atmospheric iodine (I) can make a significant contribution to I nutrition and concludes that the combustion of gas and oil can increase atmospheric H. Sedimentation treatment of water supplies extracts some I from raw water, and sewage plants concentrate I and return it to the environment via sewage effluent. The I cycle in nature is discussed, and it is concluded that minute amounts of I usually are present in the atmosphere but are not usually in significant enough amounts to contribute substantially to bodily I requirements.
