The prospects for developing a new noninvasive medical diagnostic technique, such as optical (laser) tomography of biological tissues largely depend on the feasibility of designing an adequate mathematical model for the reconstruction of images of the spatial structure of objects that are in the highly scattering medium (HSM). The basic difficulty is that it is necessary to effectively describe the physical properties and the propagation pattern of photons of different types in such a medium. This review considers methods for describing the distribution of laser ultrashort pulses in HSM with particular emphasis on a new nonstationary two-flux model of radiation transfer.  相似文献

The paper presents the results of the physicochemical properties and corrosive activity of the new chlorine-containing compositions Ciaref and DP-1. Various microbiological, biochemical, and biophysical studies were conducted to examine different aspects of the mechanism of action of Ciaref and DP-1 on vegetative (Francisella tularensis) and sporal (Bacillus turingiensis) microorganisms. Suspension, test-surface irrigation, and aerosol techniques were employed under close industrial conditions to study the disinfecting properties of the agents in bacterial and sporal contamination.  相似文献

Clinical course of acute nonspecific lymphadenitis of the face and neck is studied in 241 patients aged 1-14 years in order to improve the diagnosis and therapy of this condition. General clinical examinations were supplemented by laser biophotometry and assessment of the activities of some local defense factors (lysozyme, beta-lysine, secretory and serum IgA). Multiple-modality treatment for the first time included magnetic laser therapy (MLT), and its efficacy is assessed. Results of biophotometry helped define objective criteria for the diagnosis and evaluation of treatment efficacy in children with acute lymphadenitis of the face and neck. MLT proved to be a highly effective treatment modality, decreasing the inflammation and correcting local (oral) defense factors. Use of MLT accelerated all phases of the inflammatory process, promoted its regression at the serous stage, and decreased the incidence of suppurative forms of acute lymphadenitis by 40%.  相似文献

In the experiment with guinea pigs at contact sialoadenitis reproduction (karragenine inflammation of soft tissues of the oral cavity) it was established that in DNA of salivary glands cells and the neighbouring tissues the content of 5-methylcytosine was decreased, it being normalized at "Triovit" antioxidant complex together with cvercitynum correction. The content of DNA 8-hydroxyguanine is characterized by a wide range of data and in absolute values increases in inflammation, but decreases after antioxidant correction. Time course of healing of standard osseous defects by introduction of polyacrylamide gel (PAG)-based materials was studied in rat experiments. PAG did not prevent the formation of soft-tissue and osseous regenerate in bone defects. Addition of hydroxyapatite, bactericidal agent, and lysozyme to PAG-based composition led in some cases to development of chronic inflammation and giant-cell reaction in osseous wound and to inhibition of the reparative processes.  相似文献
