胆囊小隆起性病变的诊断及治疗

报告37例胆囊小隆起性病变，其中良性颈变34例，胆囊癌3例。结果：本组23例有临床症状，多表现为反复发作的右上腹疼痛或不适；病灶部位，大小，多少，有无合并胆石及病变性质与临床症状有关；B-us,OCG,CT的诊断符合率例如辚33／37，9／24和5／10（x^2=18.75,P<0.005)。认为对胆囊小隆起性病变的病灶≥10mm，有增大趋势，呈恶性图像，合并胆石或血清CEA升高的病例应及早手术治疗。     

环丙沙星治疗急性细菌性痢疾29例临床疗效观察

食源性急性菌例２９例中２８例大便培养为弗氏２ａ志贺氏菌。经２天吡哌酸加ＴＭＰ短程快速治疗，２９例无一例治愈。依据药敏试验改用环丙沙星治疗，其中１１例感染严重者先予静脉点滴，每１２小时２００ｍｇ，１￣２天，症状好转即改口服，每１２小时２５０ｍｇ。另１８例口服，疗程均为４天。用药后，平均退热时间１．３２天，大便次数恢复正常时间平均２．１０天，大便常规正常时间平均２．８６天，２８例大便培养阳性者，平均阴     

Presence of antibodies reacting specifically with structural proteins of mouse mammary tumor virus (MMTV) among antibodies composing circulating immune complexes in breast cancer patients

健康和病变人声带振动特性声门图

本文用多功能声门图仪测定了健康受试者(男46名,女34名)和不同喉病患者(男134名,女87名)声门图的波形及其特征参数。根据测出的正常声门图及其参数分布研究了恶性喉病变、声带麻痹、喉内关节病变、功能性声门发声障碍、声带息肉、声带小结、喉炎和早期喉病的临床声门图表现及其与声带振动模式变异之间的关系,并探讨了上述病变声门图的鉴别诊断指标和用声门图对喉病手术治疗、药物治疗和功能治疗的疗效进行定性和定量评价。研究结果证实:声门图方法能准确、定量、灵敏地反映声带振动模式及其变异;在喉病诊治中具有重要的应用价值。     

Controlled release of antiseptic drug from poly(3-hydroxybutyrate)-based membranes. combination of diffusion and kinetic mechanisms

A polymeric system based on biocompatible and biodegradable poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) (PHB) is proposed for controlled release of furacilin (Frc). The kinetics of Frc release from PHB membranes containing 0.5–5.0 wt% Frc into a model aqueous medium at 25°C have been studied using a UV spectroscopy technique. The drug release profiles present a combination of diffusion and kinetic components. The diffusion component of the release kinetics has been analyzed and the dependence of the diffusivity on the drug concentrations has been determined. The rate constant of the release kinetics depends on the Frc concentration and is related to the hydrolytic destruction of PHB. The PHB hydrolysis is most clearly demonstrated in long-term experiments (after the first week of drug release). The obtained results are useful for the development of new controlled drug delivery systems containing several drugs, which provide a combined action on tissues and organs of the organism. __________ Translated from Khimiko-Farmatsevticheskii Zhurnal, Vol. 41, No. 12, pp. 30–33, December, 2007.     

Nucleotide changes around the splicing acceptor of intron 24 in the factor VIII gene and its impact on splicing.

Nucleotide 6724 of the factor VIII gene harbors a polymorphism of low frequency. A report from Taiwan claimed that 97.9% of the 83 alleles examined were of the A nucleotide at this position, which is quite different to the data from Western populations. Furthermore, this nucleotide is the start of exon 25, located in juxtaposition to the splicing acceptor of intron 24. We wonder if the nucleotide change at this location might have any effect on the splicing process of pre-mRNA. Using genomic DNA with direct sequencing of the polymerase chain reaction-amplified intron 24/exon 25 junction site, we found that 59 of the 60 patient samples were of the GTG sequence at nucleotides 6724-6726. The polymorphism is similar between populations in Taiwan and Western countries. The sequence of intron 24 around the splicing acceptor was always TCCAACTCTATTGCCCTCAG (-20 to -1), except for one hemophiliac patient who had a mutation in which the absolute consensus AG doublet of the intron 24 splicing acceptor changed to the AA dinucleotide. Owing to the mutation, exon 24 was erroneously spliced to exon 26, and exon 25 was skipped. This finding further testifies to the importance of the invariant AG dinucleotide in the example of the factor VIII gene.
