社会能力评定量表的编制及信效度检验

目的：编制社会能力评定量表并检测其信度和效度。方法：在全国五大行政区用社会能力评定量表评估1605例正常人(男性814名，女性791名)，分析量表的信效度。结果：全量表的Cronbach's α系数为0．88-0．92，三个分量表的d系数为0．81～0．88；量表的分半信度为0．76～0．87，量表的重测信度为0．67～0．86，量表评分者信度为0．91～0．97，表明量表具有较好的内部一致性和稳定性；各条目与总分的相关系数0．49-0．80，分量表与总分的相关系数为0．76～0.89，通过因子分析，证实了量表的结构效度；全量表总分和职业能力得分与被试单位提供的实际社会能力评分呈高度相关，与韦氏智商呈中低度相关。结论：量表编制符合心理测量学要求，具有良好的信度和效度。     

中药提高AIDS患者免疫功能的研究

艾滋病在我国已进入快速传播期，积极开展中医药治疗艾滋病研究具有重要意义。中医学理论认为，艾滋病的病因不外“正虚”、“邪侵”两端。即邪毒入侵和精亏气虚；病机为脏腑虚损和气血津液失常；临床和实验研究已发现一批治疗艾滋病有效的中药，作用机理主要是抑制艾滋病病毒，调整免疫功能和控制机会性感染；其中以增强患者免疫功能最具有中医特色。     

危重型毛细支气管炎抢救体会：附31例分析

231例毛细支气管炎,危重型38例占16.4％,抢救成功31例占81.6％。本文讨论了危重型毛细支气管炎并多器官功能衰竭的发生与预后及平喘药物的合理选用。认为早期应用免疫疗法、迅速平喘、保护重要器官功能及合理治疗并存症是抢救成功的关键。     

应用电子计算机计算血液流变学的正常值及分析

为评价血流粘滞诸因素生理与病理的异常,对济南地区338例正常人血液流变学的各项指标进行了检测,统计了血液流变学各项指标的总平均及男女的平均值和正常范围,并计算了血液流变学各项指标间的相关系数。     

经腹及经阴道B超监测卵泡发育的评估

应用经腹及经阴道B超对68名不孕症妇女,139个月经周期进行卵泡发育及排卵监测。卵泡检出率TAUS为90.6％,TVUS为98.0％,显著高于前者,P<0.05。成熟卵泡特征影象(卵丘等)在TVUS显象率较高。TVUS监测卵泡发育更实用可靠。

一种较好的RNA分离制备方法及其在人胚RNA提取中的应用

以钒基核苷酸复合物为核酸酶抑制剂,从人胚组织中制备总RNA,所得产品几乎不含DNA和蛋白质,经过分离Poly(A)~ mRNA,证明制品有合成cDNA的完整功能,方法比较简捷,适于大量制备以满足分离mRNA 之需,并讨论了此法的优缺点。     

Return of fertility following discontinuation of an injectable contraceptive — Norethisterone oenanthate (NET EN) 200mg dose

The return of fertility following discontinuation of norethisterone oenanthate (NET EN) 200 mg injectable contraceptive after use for a minimum period of six months or more was studied in 69 women who discontinued the method for planning pregnancy. Former users of copper intra-uterine device (CuT 200) were enrolled as a control group. Another 161 women who had discontinued NET EN due to other reasons (e.g. amenorrhoea, excessive bleeding or personal reasons) were also studied for return of fertility after ensuring that they were not using any other method of contraception and were exposed to the risk of pregnancy. The subjects from both groups were followed for a period of one year. The cumulative conception rates at one year were 72.5 and 83.6 per 100 subjects for ex-NET EN and ex-CuT 200 users who had discontinued the method for planning pregnancy and this difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). The median time for conception for ex-NET EN users was 7.8 months as compared to 3.7 months in ex-CuT 200 users but the cumulative conception rates at the end of one year show that future return of fertility in NET EN users does not appear to be adversely affected.

In 51 subjects who had discontinued NET EN due to amenorrhoea, the return of fertility was predictably slower and less. The return of fertility in subjects who discontinued NET EN for other reasons (e.g. excessive bleeding and other personal reasons) was similar to ex-NET EN and ex-CuT 200 users.     

148例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤的临床统计及随访观察

本文将我科1974年至1983年收治的148例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤就性别、年龄、发病部位、肿瘤性质以及所随访的102例口腔领面部恶肿瘤的存活率与肿瘤性质、部位、治疗等的关系进行了统计分析,并评价了冷冻治疗及颈淋巴结根治术。同时阐明了唇癌、皮肤癌淋巴结根治术的指征。     

刺五加冲剂中异秦皮素的薄层扫描

刺五加冲剂中异秦皮素的测定法为:先用氯仿回流提取,在硅胶G薄层板上用环已烷-氯仿-95%乙醇(4∶12∶1)为展开剂,将异秦皮素与其它成分分离后。再用岛津CS-910型双波长薄层扫描仪进行荧光扫描(激发波长365nm,发射波长500nm)。回收率为101.6%(n=5),变异系数为3.6%。
