奎的平与氯氮平治疗精神分裂症对照研究

目的：探讨奎的平、氯氮平对精神分裂症的疗效及副作用。方法：80例患者随机分为两组，分别应用奎的平或氯氮平治疗6周，采用四级临床疗效评定标准、阳性症状与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效及副反应。结果：奎的平组有效率87．5％，氯氮平组有效率82．5％。治疗第一周末，奎的平组PANSS量表总分较治疗前差异有显著性(P＜0．05)。奎的平组副反应低于氯氮平组。结论：奎的平与氯氮平疗效相似，但奎的平起效较快，副反应较轻。     

Localization of heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein in the interphase nuclear matrix core filaments and on perichromosomal filaments at mitosis.

Although heterogeneous nuclear RNA (hnRNA) has been localized to the core filament substructure of the nuclear matrix, its precise location in the filament network has been unknown. The fA12 monoclonal antibody can localize, at high resolution, hn ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs) and, presumably, hnRNA. Gold bead immunolabeling of resinless electron microscopy sections showed the fA12 antigens were in the fibrogranular material enmeshed in the filament network and not in the filaments themselves. At mitosis, hnRNP antigens became dispersed into a halo surrounding the chromosomes and spindle poles. Immunogold staining showed fA12 stained fibrogranular material associated with perichromosomal and pericentriolar filaments distinct from the mitotic spindle fibers. fA12 also labeled the midbody remaining after cytokinesis.     

变应性鼻炎、哮喘患者血白细胞介素的循证医学研究

目的 评价变应性鼻炎、哮喘患者血清中白细胞介素IL-4、IL-6、IL-8检测指标的意义。方法 检索策略:通过中国生物医学文献数据库(CBMdisc)、中文全文数据库全面检索国内已发表的相关文献。选择标准:中国成人变应性鼻炎、哮喘患者与对照组血清白细胞介素IL-4、IL-6、IL-8水平检测。资料收集和分析:由2位评价者按照上述检索策略收集文献。排除那些不符合选择标准要求的试验。结果 经Meta分析,发作期、缓解期变应性鼻炎患者血清中IL-4水平分别较对照组上升129.45 ng/mL(95％CI 124.95～133.96)、35.00 ng/mL(95％CI 32.01～39.78),有显著统计学意义(P<0.000 01):缓解期IL-6水平较对照组上升21.87 ng/mL(95％CI 19.83～23.91),有显著统计学意义(P<0.000 01);发作期、缓解期IL-8水平分别较对照组上升41.75 ng/mL(95％CI 29.14-54.36)、98.94 ng/mL(95％CI 96.48-101.41),有显著统计学意义(P<0.000 01);发作期IL-4水平较缓解期上升129.99 ng/mL(95％CI 125.00～134.99),有显著统计学意义(P<0.000 01)。结论 IL-4、IL-6和IL-8参与了变应性鼻炎、哮喘的发生和促进了变态反应性疾病的发展,有必要开展更广泛研究和更深层的原因探索。     

原位杂交法检测卵巢上皮癌中诱导型一氧化氮合酶mRNA

目的 :研究卵巢上皮性癌诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (iNOS)的转录水平。方法 :原位杂交法检测 71例卵巢上皮性癌 ,13例卵巢良性肿瘤及 11例正常卵巢组织中iNOSmRNA表达水平。结果 :卵巢上皮性癌中iNOSmRNA高于正常卵巢组织和卵巢良性肿瘤 ,P<0 .0 5。但卵巢上皮性癌Ⅲ ,Ⅳ期与Ⅰ ,Ⅱ期比较无显著差异 ,P>0 .0 5。分化程度比较 ,中、低分化组明显高于高分化组 ,但中、低分化组织间差异无显著性。结论 :诱导型一氧化氮合酶转录水平的升高 ,是引起诱导型一氧化氮合酶水平升高的主要原因 ,在卵巢上皮性癌发生、发展中发挥一定作用     

Neuronal adrenergic and muscular cholinergic contractile hypersensitivity in canine jejunum after extrinsic denervation

Extrinsic denervation may be responsible for motor dysfunction after small bowel transplantation. The aim of this study was to examine the role of extrinsic innervation of canine jejunum on contractile activity. An in vitro dose response of cholinergic and adrenergic agonists was evaluated in canine jejunal strips of circular muscle at 0, 2, and 8 weeks in a control group and after jejunoileal extrinsic denervation (EX DEN). Neurons in circular muscle were quantitated by means of immunohistochemical techniques. Adrenergic and cholinergic responses did not differ at any time in the control group. However, at 2 and 8 weeks, extrinsic denervation caused an increased sensitivity to the procontractile effects of the cholinergic agonist bethanechol at the level of the smooth muscle cells, and increased sensitivity to the inhibitory effects of the adrenergic agent norepinephrine mediated at the level of the enteric nervous system. Immunohistochemical analysis showed a reduction in all neurons and a complete lack of adrenergic fibers in the EX DEN group after 2 and 8 weeks. Extrinsic denervation induces enteric neuronal cholinergic and adrenergic smooth muscle hypersensitivity in canine jejunal circular muscle. 低强度超短波对小鼠体质及智力的影响

本实验探讨了低强度超短波对小鼠连续三代辐射,对学习、记忆、拉力、运动耐力和周围血象的影响。用81MHz,10～12V/m 的超短波进行辐射,每天辐射2小时,每周6天。结果表明:经过超短波辐射的各代小鼠与对照组相比,学习能力、记忆能力、拉力及运动耐力有明显的降低,且运动耐力有进行性降低的趋势,而经过辐射的三代小鼠红细胞、血红蛋白含量及白细胞数均明显增高,每个红细胞的血红蛋白含量则低于对照组。     

5种拟钉螺酯酶同工酶酶谱的比较研究

采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳技术，对湖北和四川两省５种拟钉螺的酯酶同工酶酶谱进行比较研究，并以湖北钉螺作对照，５种拟钉螺酯酶同工酶共分离出８条酶带，酶谱可分成３区，即ＥＳＴ－１、ＥＳＴ－２、ＥＳＴ－３，其基本特征与钉螺显著不同，很容易通过酶谱将拟钉螺与钉螺区分开，同时，５种拟钉螺的酯酶同工酶酶谱之间均存在一定的差异，说明拟钉螺种间酯酶同工酶存在多态，而种间差异程度似与地域隔离的远近有关。结果提示拟钉螺酯酶同工酶的酶谱特征既有助于拟钉螺属的鉴定，又有助于拟钉螺近缘种的区分，从而对拟钉螺的分类有较大的参考价值。     

精囊腺炎的超声诊断

本文报道了６２例精囊腺炎经腹与经直肠超声检查，二种方法各有其优缺点，经直肠优于经腹超声，应合理选择，超声检查是检测精囊腺炎的一种可靠方法，值得推广。     

PPARδ基因多态与有氧能力及训练敏感性的关联研究

目的探讨过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体δ(PPARδ)基因第四外显子的单核苷酸多态(C294T)是否与有氧运动能力及训练敏感性相关联。方法对102名中国北方地区汉族男性青年进行为期18周的耐力训练(每次5000米、每周3次)。强度以个体通气无氧阈(VT)对应的心率(HRVT)为标准,前10周采用95%通气无氧阈对应的心率(HRVT±3),后8周采用105%通气无氧阈对应的心率(HRVT±3)。递增负荷运动实验测定受试者训练前后VO2max及相关指标和跑节省化时的心率(HR)、通气量(VE)和摄氧量(VO2)。采用限制性片断长度多态(PCR-RFLP)法测定PPARδ基因C294T位点。结果三种基因型的分布频率分别为CC基因型9人(0.09)、CT基因型37人(0.36)和TT基因型56人(0.55),符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡。按基因型分组后,CC基因型训练前的VO2max相对值显著性高于CT基因型和TT基因型(P<0.05);携带不同基因型群体的VO2max、跑节省化测试中的各项指标的变化率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论PPARδ基因第四外显子的单核苷酸C294T多态与VO2max相对值的初始值相关联,但与有氧耐力训练效果不关联。
