目的 提出重睑术后粘连畸形的概念及其治疗原则,总结各种治疗方法的临床效果。方法 将本组30例重睑术后粘连畸形者的临床表现进行了分度,根据其形成特点,采用抽除缝线、眶隔脂肪瓣移位、眶隔部眼轮匝肌下移、睑板前齿轮匝肌瓣移转、自体脂肪组织游离移植和缩短上睑提肌肌健的方法治疗。结果 术后进行3个月至2年的随访,除隔部眼轮匝肌下移、睑板前眼轮匝肌瓣多转治疗效果欠佳外,其它方法均获得满意效果。结论 治疗重睑要后连畸形应在彻底松解局部粘连的基础上,根据局部条件采用隔断粘连区的方法,可以获得满意的长期效果, 相似文献

Astragalus injection were determined and compared with those in sham operated rats and in captopril(CAP) treated rats.Results: MC and ratio of MC I /IE of non-in-farcted region in the myocardial infarction rats was higher than that in the sham group.
Both AS and CAP could restrain the ascending trend of these parameters.Conclusion: Astragalus is effective in lowering the elevation of MC after infarction and changing the MC I /H ratio, therefore, is beneficial

目的:探讨超敏C-反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,hsCRP)与血管内皮功能不全的关系。方法:随机选取复旦大学附属金山医院心血管内科住院病人69例,行hsCRP检测,浓度≥3mg/L为hsCRP升高组;浓度<3mg/L为 hsCRP正常组。同时用高分辨率彩色多普勒超声测定每个病例血流介导的肱动脉扩张(flow mediated dilation,FMD),肱动脉内径变化率被用来评估血管内皮功能。结果:比较hsCRP升高组与正常组FMD变化率,结果显示hsCRP升高组 FMD变化率(1.4±1.3)低于正常组(4.0±3.9),具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:炎症与血管内皮功能不全相关。 相似文献

Microdeletions at 11q13.1 are very rare. At present only two patients with 11q13.1 deletion involving neurexin 2 (NRXN2) have been reported. Both patients exhibited autistic features, which supported the role of NRXN2 in autism pathogenicity. It is currently unknown whether heterozygous deletion of NRXN2 is of high penetrance or if it is sufficient to result in autism behaviors. Here we reported a 2-year-9-month old boy with developmental delay, short stature, significant language delay and other congenital anomalies. In contrast to previously reported cases, the boy did not present with autistic behaviors and did not meet the clinical diagnosis of autism. A de novo 921?kb microdeletion at 11q13.1 was detected by chromosomal microarray analysis (CMA). Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) was also employed for our patient. The deletion was confirmed and no additional pathogenic variants were detected. We compared our patient's genomic information and clinical features with those of two previously reported individuals. Three patients shared similar deleted intervals and had similar clinical features except for autistic behaviors. This study suggested that NRXN2 gene had incomplete penetrance for autistic behavioral phenotype. The finding is of interest for genetic counseling and clinical management to patients with NRXN2 defects. 相似文献

A specific and accurate bioassay for determining the biological activity of human interleukin-12 (hIL-12), an important typical Th1 cytokine in both innate and adaptive immunity, is extensively required for biomedical and clinical study. In this paper, we used a new established NK cell line NKG cells as the responder to hIL-12 stimulation by detecting their IFN-γ production. It was found that NKG cells produced high level of IFN-γ when simulated by hIL-12, and the dose-response curve became the best Sigmoid curve (R(2)=0.9977, p<0.0001) when stimulated for 24h. The intra-assay CVs (<10%) and inter-assay CVs (<5%) demonstrated that the bioassay was precise and reproducible. Furthermore, no obvious cross-effects of other cytokines such as IL-2 and IL-18 was observed on the bioassay. Addition of the neutralizing anti-hIL-12 antibody to the bioassay significantly inhibited the IFN-γ production in a dose dependent manner, indicating that the bioactivity was actually mediated by hIL-12. The bioassay by using NKG cells was also suitable for determining the biological activity of recombinant hIL-12 in the form of purified product or culture supernatant by CHO-hIL-12 cell line. In conclusion, a reliable hIL-12 bioassay for determining its biological activity was established by using NKG cells as a responder and measuring their production of IFN-γ. 相似文献

Objective
To understand the different patterns of cue-induced craving and physiological reactions among recently abstinent and long-abstinent heroin-dependent patients.Method
26 healthy adult controls (HC), 29 long-abstinent (more than 1 year, LA), and 26 recently abstinent (less than 1 month, RA) heroin-dependent individuals were exposed to heroin-related and neutral video cues, one video per session, on different days in random order. Self-reported heroin craving by a 10-point visual analog scale (VAS), physiological reactions [skin conductance (SC), muscle electromyography (MEG), skin temperature (TEMP)] and cardiovascular arousal [heart rates (HR), systolic blood pressure (HBP) and diastolic blood pressure (LBP)] were assessed at baseline and after exposure.Results
Both heroin-abstinent groups showed increased heroin craving, SC, MEG, HR, SBP and LBP after exposure to heroin-related video, compared to the control group and compared to exposure to the neutral video. Except the RA group showed more HR changes, changes of heroin craving, SC, MEG, HR, SBP and LBP after exposure to the heroin cue video were not different between the LA and RA groups.Conclusions
Abstinent heroin-dependent patients had elevated craving and physiological reactions after exposure to videos containing heroin-related cues and the cue induced responses still occurred in long-abstinent patients. The identification of developmental stages in natural killer (NK) cells, especially in human NK cells, has lagged for decades. We characterize four novel populations defined by CD11b and CD27, which can represent the distinct stages of human NK cells from different tissues. Nearly all NK cells from peripheral blood are CD11b(+) CD27(-) populations whereas NK cells from cord blood have CD11b(+) CD27(-) and CD11b(+) CD27(+) populations. Interestingly, we have found large CD11b(-) CD27(-) populations of NK cells from deciduas. We also demonstrate that each population could be characterized by unique functional and phenotypic attributes. CD11b(-) CD27(-) NK cells display an immature phenotype and potential for differentiation. CD11b(-) CD27(+) and CD11b(+) CD27(+) NK cells show the best ability to secrete cytokines. CD11b(+) CD27(-) NK cells exhibit high cytolytic function. We demonstrate that human NK cells at different developmental stages have special functions and describe a new model of human NK cell differentiation. 相似文献
