食管钡餐连续摄影用于诊断早期食管癌的初步临床应用

目的 :介绍食管钡餐连续摄影用于诊断早期食管癌的初步临床应用。方法 :用德国产的数字化胃肠机检查并诊断了 6例早期食管癌病人。与常规食管双重对比造影类似 ,病人立位口服钡剂 ,同时进行连续摄影 ,速度为 2帧 s,持续约 10s。观察不同的时相 ,包括充盈相、黏膜相和双对比相。结果 :在 6例病人中可见食管功能的改变及黏膜皱襞的病变 ,用连续摄影诊断后经内镜及病理检查确诊。 4例病人有轻度扩张受限 ,2例病人有痉挛性收缩 ,1例有钡剂滞留。 6例病人中均可见增粗的或中断的黏膜。 5例病人可见小溃疡。结论 :食管钡餐连续摄影可提供更全面的信息。用此法更可提供食管功能性的改变。     

Phosphatidylcholine does not affect peritoneal transport of intact rabbits

Ultrafiltration and solute transport during 60-min peritoneal dialyses of normal rabbits with intraperitoneal administration of phosphatidylcholine were compared to control values. The ultrafiltration rate of 0.27 mL/Kg/min did not increase when phosphatidylcholine was added. This agent had no effect on the ultrafiltration coefficient, sodium mass transport or solute clearances. Previously reported beneficial results with this agent could be due to repletion of a deficiency or an effect of the organic solvent. More studies of safety and efficacy of phosphatidylcholine are warranted before widespread clinical use.

不同时期军队疗养员消化性溃疡的流行病学调查分析和对比

目的分析对比不同时期军队疗养员消化性溃疡（PU）的患病情况。方法采用相同的病史采集和问卷调查法，以胃镜检查资料为确诊手段，对1990年和2005年两个年度的疗养员进行消化性溃疡流行病学调查。结果1990年军队疗养员消化性溃疡的患病率为158／1168人（13．53％）；2005年为56／1239人（4．52％），二者相比有显著性差异P〈0．01。结论由于保健意识、生活方式和药物治疗的干预，十五年间，军队疗养员消化性溃疡的发病率显著下降。     

Lack of evidence for an impairment of tuberoinfundibolar dopaminergic neurons in aged male rats of the Sprague-Dawley strain

Circulating prolactin (PRL) levels, dopamine (DA) content, in vitro basal and stimulus-evoked endogenous DA release from arcuate-periventricular nuclei median-eminence fragments were studied in young (4 months) and old (24-25 months) male rats of Sprague-Dawley strain. Serum PRL levels did not differ in young and aged animals. In addition DA tissue content, basal and K+- or d-amphetamine evoked endogenous DA release did not show age-related differences. These results suggest that in male rats of the Sprague-Dawley strain the activity of tuberoinfundibular dopaminergic (TIDA) neurons does not change during senescence, unlike what happens in other strains of rats.     

Palliation of cardiac malformations associated with right isomerism (asplenia syndrome) in infancy

Right isomerism is characterized by the combination of an obstructed pulmonary outflow tract and a total anomalous pulmonary venous connection (TAPVC), which is obstructed in nearly half of the patients. Fourteen patients less than 2 years of age with right isomerism have been seen in our unit. Thirteen of them underwent palliation consisting of a systemic-pulmonary shunt (10 patients) or a combination of shunt and TAPVC repair (3). There were 7 hospital deaths (54%). The presence of obstructed pulmonary venous drainage was the major risk factor in the surgical treatment of these complex cardiac anomalies (p less than .02). Guidelines for the palliative management of right isomerism are suggested.
