目的 通过对9084 颗种植体的临床观察分析,评价CDIC 系统种植体植入效果.方法 收集1987 年6 月至2011 年6 月接受种植治疗的患者4215 例,随访观察3 ~18 年,观察分析患者年龄、性别、种植部位及方法,牙龈和牙周状况,X 线平片表现.结果 4108 例患者中男2319 例,女1789 例,年龄22 ~70 岁,平均42.5 岁.上下后牙区植入5021 颗种植体,上前牙区植入3374 颗种植体,下前牙区植入689 颗种植体.上颌窦内提升(经牙槽嵴顶冲顶上颌窦提升)同期种植796 例,组织引导再生植骨同期种植1863 例,早期失败15 颗,均为修复后咀嚼食物不慎致种植体松动,5 年无松动脱落,8 年脱落74 颗,10 年脱落72 颗.结论 CDIC 系统临床应用操作简便,植入效果良好,10 年存留率96.6%. 相似文献

目的分析职业病网络报告系统用户权限管理现状和问题,为进一步加强权限管理提出建议。方法将截至2018年4月底在"中国疾病预防控制信息系统"的用户身份认证管理系统——"用户认证与授权管理系统"注册的、与职业病网络报告工作相关的系统管理员、业务管理员、本级用户、直报用户,使用SPSS 23.0软件对数据进行处理,对用户分布、用户所在机构设置的用户数、用户权限情况等进行分析。结果职业病与职业卫生信息监测系统共有各级各类用户35 144个,其中直报用户最多(24 788个,占70.53%),业务管理员用户最少(2 138个,占6.08%)。直报用户均设为县区级,绝大部分分布在卫生院(11 208个,占45.22%)和医院(8 435个,占34.03%),88.74%的直报机构仅有1个直报账户,3.06%的直报机构有3个及以上直报账户,个别机构直报用户数甚至超过10个。本级用户分布在3 140家职业病报告业务管理机构中,个别地市级和县区级职业病业务管理机构具有5个以上的本级用户。各类机构中大部分用户设置的角色数在5个以内;有15 022个(占60.60%)直报用户使用了"所有报告卡直报角色",主要分布在卫生院。存在的主要问题:基层尤其是县区级职业病防治机构、职业病报告业务管理机构能力不足;部分基层机构用户数设置过多;部分用户权限设置不合理,业务管理员管理欠规范。结论加强基层职业病报告业务管理机构的能力,进一步规范各级各类机构用户和权限管理,业务管理员严格授权,国家出台细化的用户和权限管理规范等措施来进一步加强权限管理工作。 相似文献

目的探讨分泌性中耳炎病人中耳积液及血清中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的变化情况。方法选取分泌性中耳炎病人80例为观察组,同期健康查体人员80例为对照组,检测两组中耳积液及血清炎性递质IL-1β、IL-5、IL-8及TNF-α水平并进行比较。结果观察组血清炎性递质IL-1β、IL-5、IL-8及TNF-α水平均高于对照组,差异有显著性(t=2.97~3.83,P<0.05)。观察组中不同分类及积液性质病人的血清及中耳积液IL-1β、IL-5、IL-8及TNF-α水平比较,差异均有显著性(F=3.97~10.06,t=2.73~3.93,P<0.05)。结论对分泌性中耳炎病人中耳积液及血清IL-1β、IL-5、IL-8及TNF-α水平进行检测有重要价值。 相似文献

The Gyrolab? xP is a microfluidic platform for conducting ligand binding assays (LBAs) and is recognized for its utility in discovery bioanalysis. However, few reports have focused on the technology for regulated bioanalysis. This technology has the advantage of low reagent consumption, low sample volume, and automated ligand binding methods. To improve bioanalysis testing timelines and increase the speed at which biotherapeutics are delivered to patients, we evaluated the technology for its potential to deliver high-quality data at reduced testing timelines for regulated bioanalysis. Six LBA methods were validated to support bioanalysis for GLP toxicokinetic or clinical pharmacokinetic studies. Validation, sample analysis, and method transfer are described. In total, approximately 4000 samples have been tested for regulated bioanalysis to support 6 GLP toxicology studies and approximately 1000 samples to support 2 clinical studies. Gyrolab? xP had high run pass rates (≥83%) and high incurred sample reanalysis (ISR) pass rates (>94%). The maximum total error observed across all QC levels for a given assay was <30% for all six LBAs. High instrument response precision (CV ≤5%) was observed across compact discs (CDs), and methods were validated to use a single standard curve across multiple CDs within a Gyrolab? xP run. Reduced bioanalysis timelines were achieved compared to standard manual plate-based methods, and methods were successfully transferred across testing labs, paving the way for this platform for use in late-stage clinical development. 相似文献

Non‐syndromic cleft lip with or without cleft palate (NSCL/P) is a complex disorder, and it results from both of the genetic modifiers and environmental factors, with genetic modifiers contributes to it more than environmental factors. GWASs made great progress in identifying the candidate genes for NSCL/P, but the findings need to be replicated in other populations. In this study, we selected eleven SNPs from recent GWASs and GWAS meta‐analysis to investigate their associations among 308 NSCL/P trios (134 non‐syndromic cleft lip only (NSCLO) trios and 174 non‐syndromic cleft lip with cleft palate (NSCLP) trios) from Han Chinese population. All SNPs were genotyped using SNPscan method and analyzed the data with FBAT, PLINK, and R package. Allelic TDT analysis showed that allele A at rs12543318 was associated with NSCLO trios (P = .0032, OR = 0.57, 95% CI: 0.39‐0.83), and parent‐of‐origin effect analysis indicated that allele A at rs12543318 was significantly maternally undertransmitted among NSCLO (P = .0046), which implied the potential influence of genomic imprinting; global TDT further confirmed this association. Individual genotypic TDT showed homozygote C/C at rs12543318 was overtransmitted among NSCLO (Z = 3.79, P = .00015) and NSCL/P groups (Z = 3.83, P = .00013), which indicated that it could increase the risk to have cleft babies. Our findings indicated that rs12543318 was associated with NSCLO from Western Han Chinese population, which will give new scientific evidence for later researches in the etiology of NSOCs. 相似文献

Nobiletin, a bioactive polymethoxylated flavone (5,6,7,8,3',4'‐hexamethoxyflavone), is abundant in citrus fruit peel. Although nobiletin exhibits antitumor activity against various cancer cells, the effect of nobiletin on glioma cells remains unclear. The aim of this study was to determine the effects of nobiletin on the human U87 and Hs683 glioma cell lines. Treating glioma cells with nobiletin (20–100 µm ) reduced cell viability and arrested the cell cycle in the G0/G1 phase, as detected using a 3‐(4,5‐dimethylthiazol‐2‐yl)‐2,5‐diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay and propidium iodide (PI) staining, respectively; however, nobiletin did not induce cell apoptosis according to PI‐annexin V double staining. Data from western blotting showed that nobiletin significantly attenuated the expression of cyclin D1, cyclin‐dependent kinase 2, cyclin‐dependent kinase 4, and E2 promoter‐binding factor 1 (E2F1) and the phosphorylation of Akt/protein kinase B and mitogen‐activated protein kinases, including p38, extracellular signal‐regulated kinase, and c‐Jun N‐terminal kinase. Our data also showed that nobiletin inhibited glioma cell migration, as detected by both functional wound healing and transwell migration assays. Altogether, the present results suggest that nobiletin inhibits mitogen‐activated protein kinase and Akt/protein kinase B pathways and downregulates positive regulators of the cell cycle, leading to subsequent suppression of glioma cell proliferation and migration.
