Abstract – Dental injuries are common following facial trauma. This article presents a rare injury: the dislocation of a third molar into the maxillary sinus after complex mandibular and maxillary tuberosity fractures. The possible mechanism and clinical treatment are discussed.

Clinical Experience in TCM Differential Treatment of Fatty Liver

In recent years, with improvement of living standard, changes in dietary structure and technical progress in medical tests, the rate of detecting fatty liver has been rising, hence constant increase in its incidence. 速尿对整体大鼠肾11β-羟基类固醇脱氢酶活性的影响

目的　研究速尿对整体大鼠肾 11β -羟基类固醇脱氢酶活性的影响 ,探讨速尿引起低血钾可能的新生化机制。方法　大鼠给予速尿单次和多次 (bid× 2 0d)灌胃 ,HPLC法测定大鼠尿中脱氢皮质酮 (A)与皮质酮 (B)的比值。全自动生化分析仪测定给药后血K+ 、Na+ 、Cl-浓度。结果　速尿 (40、10 0、2 5 0mg·kg-1)单次和 (10、2 0、10 0mg·kg-1)多次给药后 ,尿中A/B比值分别下降了 2 9.0 %、5 8.6 %、6 0 .9%和 14 .4 %、36 .0 %、4 4 .9%。速尿 (2 0、10 0mg·kg-1)连续给药 2 0d ,血钾较对照组显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,血钾降低与A/B的降低呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　速尿在体给药可抑制肾 11β-HSD活性。此抑制作用可能是速尿引起低血钾的一个新的生化机制     

清热中药对大鼠下丘脑组织中AVP含量的影响

选用典型的清热中药黄芩、银花、连翘组成清热方,从体温调节中枢神经介质方面来探讨清热类中药的解热作用机制。实验表明影响体温调节中枢解热介质AVP代谢,增加其含量,从而抑制体温调定点上移是清热中药作用机理之一。     

我省流通领域阿莫西林制剂质量现状

目的:了解流通领域中阿莫西林制剂的质量状况。方法:在全省各市县的部分医药经营企业,抽取阿莫西林胶囊及干糖浆共54批样品,按国家药品标准进行全检后,对其检验结果进行统计分析。结果:不合格的项目有含量、胶囊剂溶出度、干糖浆粒度。该药物制剂的标示百分含量普遍偏低。结论:影响该产品质量的主要项目是含量和溶出度,含量偏低的主要原因是厂家的低限投料,应予以充分重视。     

A study on various symptoms of chronic hepatitis treated with radix astragali and its regulative effect to levels of serum hormone

Sixty-seven cases of chronic hepatitis were treated with Radix Astragali. After treatment (2-month course), the clinical improvement rate in 38 cases of the Stagnation of the Liver-Qi and Deficiency of the Spleen type was 92.1%, and in 26 cases of the Deficiency of Liver Yin and Kidney Yin type was 88.5%, more effective than in the control group (P<0.05). The regulative effect to the levels of serum hormone was observed in the patients of the Stagnation of the Liver-Qi and Deficiency of the Spleen type treated with this medicine. The results showed that the levels of serum triiodothyronine, estradiol (female) and testosterone (male) were increased after treatment (1.40±1.38 ng/dl, 129.30±1.23 pg/ml and 496.24±1.47 ng/dl). Pre-treatment levels were 1.22±1.49 ng/dl, 104.60±1.45 pg/ml and 398. 17±1.55 ng/dl respectively (P<0.05); however, the level of serum prolactin (2.75±4.46 ng/ml) was lower after treatment than before treatment (3.20±3.82 ng/ml,P<0.05). No obvious changes were observed in the levels of serum follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, thyroid stimulating hormone, thyroxine, triiodothyronine uptake ratio and cortisol after treatment.     

残胃癌的诊治探讨（附5例报告）

本文就宁夏医学院附属医院肿瘤外科1984～1994年6月收治的603例胃癌中的5例残胃癌患者，结合文献对其发病年龄，部位，发病率，生物学行为、临床表现、早期诊断以及残胃癌与胃大部切除术式的关系等进行了探讨，认为：1.以外科手术为主的综合治疗是残胃癌的治疗原则；2．定期随诊是早期发现残胃癌的关键，3．B-Ⅰ式吻合或Roux-en-Y式吻台取代B-Ⅱ式吻合，可避免十二指肠液返流入残胃，减缓残胃癌的发生。
