头孢霉AL031真菌次生代谢产物的抗菌活性研究

采用滤纸片法 ,以 11株革兰氏阳性或阴性细菌为指示菌 ,对从头孢霉AL0 31真菌次生代谢产物中分离到的 14个化合物进行了体外抗细菌活性筛选。结果表明 :新化合物 :S ( ) 5 羟基蜂蜜曲菌素、S ( ) 7 羟基蜂蜜曲菌素和已知化合物 :蜂蜜曲菌素、2 ,4 -二羟基 3,6 二甲基苯甲酸、3,6 二羟基 2 ,4 二甲基苯甲酸、琥珀酸具有广谱的抗细菌活性 ,采用杯碟法 ,以三种细菌为指示菌 ,测定了具有抗菌活性的 6个化合物的最低抑菌浓度 (MIC) ,其MIC为 0 0 312 5～ 0 5mg/ml。     

Phacoemulsification in eyes with corneal opacities after deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty

To evaluate the maneuverability and efficacy of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens (IOL) implantation in eyes with corneal opacities after deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty (DALK), twelve eyes of 12 patients with mild to moderate corneal opacities after DALK and coexisting cataracts were analyzed retrospectively. Phacoemulsification and IOL implantation assisted with anterior capsule staining, as well as non-invasive optical fiber illumination, were performed on all eyes. No intraoperative or postoperative complications were noted. Mean corrected distance visual acuity (logMAR) improved from 1.24±0.17 to 0.73±0.22. Post-phaco intraocular pressure was maintained between 13 to 20 mm Hg in all cases throughout the follow-up period. Mean endothelial cell density decreased from 2258.42±205.94 to 1906.25±174.23 cells/mm2. Phacoemulsification and IOL implantation are safe and valid in eyes with mild to moderate corneal opacities after DALK and coexisting cataracts when assisted with anterior capsule staining and non-invasive optical fiber illumination.     

Early changes in corneal densitometry after FS-LASIK combined with accelerated corneal cross-linking for correction of high myopia

AIM: To observe the effects of femtosecond laser-assisted excimer laser in situ keratomileusis combined with accelerated corneal cross-linking (FS-LASIK Xtra) on corneal densitometry after correcting for high myopia. METHODS: In this prospectively study, 130 patients underwent FS-LASIK or FS-LASIK Xtra for high myopia. Their right eyes were selected for inclusion in the study, of which 65 cases of 65 eyes in the FS-LASIK group, 65 patients with 65 eyes in the FS-LASIK Xtra group. Patients were evaluated for corneal densitometry at 1, 3, and 6mo postoperatively using Pentacam Scheimpflug imaging. RESULTS: Preoperative differences in corneal densitometry between the FS-LASIK and FS-LASIK Xtra groups in different ranges were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Layer-by-layer analysis revealed statistically significant differences in the anterior (120 μm), central, and total layer corneal densitometry between the FS-LASIK and FS-LASIK Xtra groups at 1 and 3mo postoperatively (all P<0.05), the FS-LASIK Xtra group is higher than that of the FS-LASIK group. Analysis of different diameter ranges showed statistically significant differences between the FS-LASIK group and the FS-LASIK Xtra group at 1mo postoperatively in the ranges of 0–2, 2–6, and 6–10 mm (both P<0.05); At 3mo postoperatively, the FS-LASIK Xtra group is higher than that of the FS-LASIK group in the ranges of 0–2 and 2–6 mm (P<0.05). At 6mo postoperatively, there were no statistically significant differences in corneal densitometry between the FS-LASIK group and the FS-LASIK Xtra group in different diameter ranges (all P>0.05). CONCLUSION: There is an increase in internal corneal densitometry during the early postoperative period after FS-LASIK Xtra for correction of high myopia. However, the densitometry values decreased to the level of conventional FS-LASIK at 6mo after surgery, with the most significant changes observed in the superficial central zone.

淫羊藿甙对家兔血管平滑肌细胞凋亡相关基因表达水平的影响

目的：观察葡萄糖调节蛋白基因78（GRP78）在动脉粥样硬化组织中的表达,探讨淫羊藿甙防治动脉粥样硬化的可能机制。方法：淫羊藿甙诱导培养的兔血管平滑肌细胞凋亡,组织原位杂交观察凋亡基因GRP78在兔斑块组织中的表达水平。结果：兔斑块组织原位杂交显示该基因片段在动脉粥样硬化斑块组织中表达水平增高。结论：葡萄糖调节蛋白78基因在AS细胞质中表达增高,可能是淫羊藿甙作用靶点之一,如上调该基因促进则可促进平滑肌细胞凋亡,将对动脉粥样硬化治疗产生一定作用。     

正交试验法优选火麻仁油中大麻酚类化合物的提取工艺

目的:优选火麻仁油中大麻酚类化合物的提取工艺.方法:采用正交实验的方法,以大麻酚和Δ9-四氢大麻酚的含量为指标,来考察提取时间、提取次数和溶剂量对火麻仁油中大麻酚类化合物的提取效果的影响.结果:提取时间每次15 min,提取两次,每次加5 mL溶剂为最佳提取工艺.结论:该工艺合理、稳定可行,且方法简便.

高血压病心脏受累早期超声诊断指标探讨

目的探讨超声心动图上心脏升主动脉前壁与室间隔所形成的夹角(简称心夹角)变小的机理及对高血压病心脏受累的诊断价值。方法临床确诊的Ⅰ、Ⅱ期高血压病患者共62例,同时选择年龄、性别相匹配的健康者58例作为对照组,然后应用彩超仪,测量有关数据。最后将有关数据输入微机应用Excel软件处理。结果高血压病组心夹角(105.89±8.9)度较对照组(123.88±10.46)度明显变小,但这一改变与年龄、性别无关(P>0.05),而与左室舒张功能、升主动脉内径、左室重构有关(P<0.01)。结论心夹角变小可作为高血压病患者心脏受累早期的超声诊断参考指标。     

Buyang Huanwu Decoction promotes growth and differentiation of neural progenitor cells: using a serum pharmacological method

Buyang Huanwu Decoction (BYHWD), a traditional Chinese medicine, has been developed as a drug to be used for treatment of stroke for hundreds of years. However, the underlying mechanisms remain unknown. In this study, a serum pharmacological method was employed to investigate the effects of BYHWD on growth and differentiation of cultured neural progenitor cells derived from embryonic hippocampus. In culture medium containing BYHWD, the average neurite length of neural progenitor cells grew significantly longer than in control serum without BYHWD. Moreover, more neurofilament (NF) positive cells and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) positive cells were detected in the presence of BYHWD. The concentration of intracellular Ca(2+) in progenitor cells cultured with BYHWD was significantly lower than that cultured without BYHWD. These results suggest that BYHWD may promote growth and differentiation of neural progenitor cells.     

多焦点人工晶状体的临床应用研究

目的　探讨多焦点人工晶状体 (MIOL)在白内障治疗中的作用。方法　在小切口超声乳化白内障吸除术中 ,30例 (36只眼 )白内障患者植入MIOL(试验组 ) ,32例 (40只眼 )白内障患者植入单焦点人工晶状体 (SIOL) (对照组 )。观察患者的术后视力、焦距深度、角膜散光度数、对比敏感度和眩光敏感度、手术并发症及视觉不良症状 ,随访时间 6 0～ 18 0个月。结果　术后 6个月裸眼近视力≥ 0 5者试验组占 80 6 % (2 9/36 ) ,对照组占 2 5 0 % (10 /4 0 ) ,两组比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;矫正近视力和远视力、裸眼远视力两组比较 ,差异均无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。在 1 0 0～ - 1 0 0D调节范围内 ,视力≥ 0 5者试验组占 97 2 % (35 /36 ) ,对照组占 97 5 % (39/4 0 ) ,差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ;在 - 1 5 0D和 - 2 5 0～ - 3 5 0D调节范围内 ,视力≥ 0 5者试验组 [97 2 % (35 /36 )、88 9% (32 /36 ) ]明显多于对照组 [0 0 % (0 /4 0 )、0 0 % (0 /4 0 ) ](P <0 0 5 )。在视力≥ 0 5的术眼中 ,焦距深度试验组为4 5 0D ,对照组为 2 0 0D。术后 1周、1个月、3个月、6个月两组角膜散光度数与术前比较 ,差异均无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。低频段对比敏感度和眩光敏感度试验组 (2 8 4 9± 6 4 5和
