Objective To investigate the myocardial damage in rats fed with corn from Keshan disease area added with bean puree. Methods Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups according to their body weights, and fed with corn, corn from Keshan disease area added with bean puree, corn from non-endemic area. The GSH-Px activity of vena cardalis blood was examined in 1 and 3 months, rats were sacrificed after being fed for 6 months to examine the heart changes with HE stain. Results The three groups of GSH-Px activity were different in 1 and 3 months respectively(F=23.60,72.46, all P<0.01); GSH-Px activity was (181.58±22.15), (44.76±28.59)U/L in rats fed with corn, was (195.03±17.66), (30.38±3.35)U/L in those fed with corn added with bean puree from Keshan disease area, lower than the group fed with corn of non-endemic area[(340.90±95.42), (125.17±13.64)U/L, all P < 0.01]. But the difference of GSH-Px activity between simple corn group and corn adding bean puree groups of Keshan disease area was not obvious(P>0.05). Myocardial damage incidence of the three groups was 3/9,1/9,2/7. Difference among three groups did not have statistical significance(χ2=1.33, P> 0.05). Conclusions Only corn from Keshan disease area may induce myocardial damage pathology change. Adding bean puree into corn does not increase damage. 相似文献

目的:探讨脑梗死后24 h内外周血白细胞动态变化的规律及白细胞变化与发病时间的关系。方法:纳入急性脑梗死患者200例,记录外周血白细胞及亚型细胞变化、发病时间等临床资料,分析外周血白细胞变化与发病时间的关系。结果:200例患者中白细胞计数升高52例(26%),中性粒细胞计数升高及淋巴细胞计数减少者分别为86例(43%)和39例(19.5%)。根据发病时间的将所有患者分为4组:0~3 h组,3~5 h组,5~8 h组和8~24 h组,4组间外周血白细胞总数、中性粒细胞计数和中性粒细胞比例、淋巴细胞比例差异有统计学意义(P0.05);0~3 h组白细胞总数和中性粒细胞数明显低于其他3组(P0.05);8~24 h组中性粒细胞比例高于0~3 h组和5~8 h组(P0.05),8~24 h组淋巴细胞比例低于0~3 h组和5~8 h组(P0.05)。结论:脑梗死急性期外周血白细胞变化与发病时间可能有关。 相似文献

Renal subcapsular abscess is a very rare entity that is defined by a suppurative process localized to a space between the renal capsule and the renal parenchyma. The pathogenesis and aetiology of this entity remain speculative. To our knowledge, only five cases have been reported in the English literature. BACKGROUND: Eruptive vellus hair cysts are uncommon developmental anomalies of vellus hair follicles that are observed in young patients. Two patients were evaluated for asymptomatic flesh-coloured papules appearing on the chest, abdomen and axillae. Lesions of both patients were diagnosed histologically as eruptive vellus hair cyst, which is a disorder with no standard treatment option. OBJECTIVE: To introduce an alternative treatment and diagnostic technique for eruptive vellus hair cysts and to evaluate this technique's effectiveness histopathologically. MATERIALS AND METHODS: We treated the lesions by using cautery and a standard dissecting forceps under topical anaesthesia. After puncturing the overlying skin in the centre using the sharp-tipped cautery point, we grasped the base of the cyst using a standard dissecting forceps and we extracted the cysts out. In patient 1, extracted cysts were sent for histopathological examination; in patient 2, microscopic examination of the extracted material was performed in potassium hydroxide preparations. RESULTS: Over 150 cysts were extracted with this technique in two patients. The technique was simple, quick and tolerated well. No lesion recurrence was observed after 4 months. On histopathological examination, extracted cysts were observed to have cyst walls. In patient 2, the diagnosis was made within minutes by microscopic examination of the potassium hydroxide preparations of the extracted material. CONCLUSION: Our extraction technique is a simple and effective treatment option for these cysts. It can be regarded as curative since the cyst walls were also extracted. Microscopic examination of the potassium hydroxide preparation of the extracted cysts suggests that this technique can also be used as a simple diagnostic procedure. 相似文献

目的:获取一株重组人白细胞介素4选择性剪接变异体(IL-482)蛋白的高效表达菌株,为研究变态反应性疾病的发病机制以及阻滞IL-4的生物学效应奠定基础。方法:分离人外周血琳巴细胞,提取mRNA,RT- PCR获得人IL-482基因后,克隆入大肠杆菌表达载体,构建高效表达人IL-482的重组菌株。结果:成功构建了人IL-482的高效表达菌株(TNFHis-hIL-482),序列测定与文献报道一致。SDS-PAGE分析显示此菌株所表达的目的蛋白产物的相对分子质量为3.4×104,与预期结果相符。光密度扫描重组hIL-482蛋白质占细菌总蛋白的30%。结论:在大肠杆菌中成功地表达了hIL-482基因。 相似文献
