本文采用Waters ILC-1离子液相色谱仪,IC-PAK A50×4.6mm色谱柱,pH6.61×10-3mol/L邻苯二甲酸溶液为流动相,430型电导检测器检测,由外标法和外标单点校正法同时测定了葡萄糖酸钙及其杂质(Cl-,SO42-)的含量。方法简便、快速,测定结果与中国药典法一致。外标法和外标单点校正法测定Cl-,SO42-的平均回收率为100.8%和100.2%,相关系数分别为0.9951(n=8)和0.9961(n=8)。  相似文献

We describe an integration strategy for arbitrary sensors intended to be used as biosensors in biomedical or bioanalytical applications. For such devices ease of handling (by a potential end user) as well as strict disposable usage are of importance. Firstly we describe a generic array compatible polymer sensor housing with an effective sample volume of 1.55 μl. This housing leaves the sensitive surface of the sensor accessible for the application of biosensing layers even after the embedding. In a second step we show how this sensor housing can be used in combination with a passive disposable microfluidic chip to set up arbitrary 8-fold sensor arrays and how such a system can be complemented with an indirect microfluidic flow injection analysis (FIA) system. This system is designed in a way that it strictly separates between disposable and reusable components- by introducing tetradecane as an intermediate liquid. This results in a sensor system compatible with the demands of most biomedical applications. Comparative measurements between a classical macroscopic FIA system and this integrated indirect microfluidic system are presented. We use a surface acoustic wave (SAW) sensor as an exemplary detector in this work.  相似文献

Metastases are the most frequent malignant tumors of the skeleton. Breast cancer is the most frequent primary tumor with osseous metastases followed by renal cell carcinomas, bronchial carcinomas, and thyroid tumors. The predominant localization of bone metastases is the spine, followed by the pelvis, femur, ribs, skull, sternum, and humerus. The overall incidence of bone metastases has increased due to improved diagnosis, prolonged survival by adjuvant therapy, and improved follow-up. Osseous metastases of the pelvis are usually diagnosed only late in the course of the disease because of their considerable delayed onset of clinical symptoms. Therefore, treatment is usually focused on a palliative approach to reduce pain and to improve the quality of life. We introduce three patients with bronchial, renal cell, and cholangiocellular carcinoma in an incurable tumor stage with osseous metastases in the pelvis. The metastatic osteolyses caused pain and symptoms of instability. Despite high doses of opiate analgesics, the patients were neither free of pain nor could they be mobilized. The palliative treatment included preoperative tumor embolization followed by tumor resection and implantation of a hip prosthesis. The preoperative embolization reduced intraoperative bleeding and made tumor resection, osteosynthesis, and implantation of the hip prosthesis possible. Mobilization with moderate pain could be achieved in these three patients for the rest of their lives.  相似文献

Radioimmunoimaging of fresh canine venous thrombi with a murine monoclonal antibody specific for human and dog fibrin has been reported. Successful imaging of canine deep venous thrombi 1, 3, and 5 days old at the time of antibody injection is reported. Images were positive in all dogs, and the uptake of fibrin-specific antibody was equivalent to that of fresh thrombi.  相似文献

The effect of age on lesion pathophysiology in the context of thrombectomy has been poorly investigated. We aimed to investigate the impact of age on ischemic lesion water homeostasis measured with net water uptake (NWU) within a multicenter cohort of patients receiving thrombectomy for anterior circulation large vessel occlusion (LVO) stroke. Lesion-NWU was quantified in multimodal CT on admission and 24 h for calculating Δ-NWU as their difference. The impact of age and procedural parameters on Δ-NWU was analyzed. Multivariable regression analysis was performed to identify significant predictors for Δ-NWU. Two hundred and four patients with anterior circulation stroke were included in the retrospective analysis. Comparison of younger and elderly patients showed no significant differences in NWU on admission but significantly higher Δ-NWU (p = 0.005) on follow-up CT in younger patients. In multivariable regression analysis, higher age was independently associated with lowered Δ-NWU (95% confidence interval: −0.59 to −0.16, p < 0.001). Although successful recanalization (TICI ≥ 2b) significantly reduced Δ-NWU progression by 6.4% (p < 0.001), younger age was still independently associated with higher Δ-NWU (p < 0.001). Younger age is significantly associated with increased brain edema formation after thrombectomy for LVO stroke. Younger patients might be particularly receptive targets for future adjuvant neuroprotective drugs that influence ischemic edema formation.  相似文献

The chemokine stromal cell-derived factor-1 (SDF-1) regulates neuronal development via the chemokine receptor CXCR4. In the adult brain the SDF-1/CXCR4 system was implicated in neurogenesis, neuromodulation, brain inflammation, tumor growth, and HIV encephalopathy. Until the recent identification of RDC1/CXCR7 as the second SDF-1 receptor, CXCR4 was considered to be the only receptor for SDF-1. Here we provide the first map of CXCR7 mRNA expression in the embryonic and adult rat brain. At embryonic stages, CXCR7 and CXCR4 were codistributed in the germinative zone of the ganglionic eminences, caudate putamen, and along the routes of GABAergic precursors migrating toward the cortex. In the cortex, CXCR7 was identified in GABAergic precursors and in some reelin-expressing Cajal-Retzius cells. Unlike CXCR4, CXCR7 was abundant in neurons forming the cortical plate and sparse in the developing dentate gyrus and cerebellar external germinal layer. In the adult brain, CXCR7 was expressed by blood vessels, pyramidal cells in CA3, and mature dentate gyrus granule cells, which is reminiscent of the SDF-1 pattern. CXCR7 and CXCR4 overlapped in the wall of the four ventricles. Further neuronal structures expressing CXCR7 comprised the olfactory bulb, accumbens shell, supraoptic and ventromedial hypothalamic nuclei, medial thalamus, and brain stem motor nuclei. Also, GLAST-expressing astrocytes showed signals for CXCR7. Thus, CXCR4 and CXCR7 may cooperate or act independently in SDF-1-dependent neuronal development. In mature neurons and blood vessels CXCR7 appears to be the preponderant SDF-1-receptor.  相似文献

背景: 不同地区骨峰值和标准差不同,对骨质疏松诊断率有较大影响。探讨建立一完整数据库为中国人骨质疏松诊断准确性提供依据。 目的:探讨青年人腰椎骨密度和标准差正常参考值影响骨质疏松症检出率的程度。 设计、时间及地点:调查分析,于1997-01/1999-12分别在北京、上海、广州、南京、嘉兴和成都市完成。 对象:采用前瞻性及回顾性方法对全国6个中心骨密度参考数据库中11 418人进行调查统计分析;男3 666人,女7 752人;年龄20岁~90岁;分别来自北京(2 385人)、广州(1 178人)、上海(1 404人)、南京(2 938人)、成都(1 425人)、嘉兴(2 088人),受试者来源于社区调查、健康体检和健康志愿者。 方法:用GE-Lunar公司的DXA仪测量骨密度,调查全国6个中心11 418人L2~L4腰椎后前位和髋部骨密度,建立了骨密度参考数据库。6个中心的仪器内部精度0.3%~0.7%,仪器间的精度1.1%。 主要观察指标:①6个中心不同年龄组腰椎骨密度分布。②青年人群骨密度及其标准差值对骨质疏松症检出率的影响。 结果:中国汉族女性以腰椎进行骨质疏松症诊断的青年人群的骨密度和标准差值,6个中心,最大差值分别为0.098 g/cm2和0.027 g/cm2。用6个中心及总体各自的青年人平均骨密度和标准差值为参考标准,对同一人群计算T-score和获得的骨质疏松症检出率不相同;发现青年人平均骨密度每变化0.01 g/cm2,则骨质疏松症检出率变化1.6%(呈正相关),其标准差值每变化 0.01 g/cm2,则骨质疏松症检出率变化4%(呈负相关)。 结论:青年人平均骨密度和标准差值不同引起骨质疏松症检出率也不相同。为了让不同中心的骨质疏松症检出率有可比性,建议同一个类型的骨密度仪,同一个种族,同一个地区用一个设计较完善大样本的参考数据库,以其青年人正常参考值计算T-score。  相似文献
