目的：建立用ＨＰＬＣ测定寒痹停片中士的含量的方法。方法：氰基柱;流动相－甲醇－水－三乙胺－乙酸（９８００：１５５：１５：３０）;紫外检测波长２５４ｎｍ。结果：在４～２０ｕｇ／ｍｌ范围内,标准曲线回归方程为：Ｙ＝－２８０３＋８９６７ｘ（ｒ＝０．９９９７）,ＲＳＤ＝１．６５％?加样回收率的平均值为９９．８２％。结论：实验表明,这是一个适用于生产控制和产品质量检验的简单、快速、准确的方法。     

Chondrodysplasia punctata after warfarin in early pregnancy. Case report and summary of the literature

A third case of chondrodysplasia punctata after exposure to warfarin alone in early pregnancy is described. The clinical course of the child during the first 18 months is outlined. The use of warfarin in early pregnancy must be avoided because of its established teratogenic effects in causing this syndrome, in addition to an overall increase in perinatal mortality.     

Muscle necrosis in the extremities: evaluation with Tc-99m pyrophosphate scanning--a retrospective review

A retrospective review was done of 34 extremities studied between 1981 and 1985 with technetium-99m pyrophosphate scanning; 22 were subsequently amputated. Results of detailed pathologic examination or immediate postoperative examination of the resected extremity were available in 16 cases. In these cases, scanning had allowed correct prediction of the level of amputation and of the specific areas of muscle infarction in 13 cases. In the one case in which amputation was performed for infection rather than muscle necrosis, the lack of necrosis was correctly predicted with the scan. The limited results of this study indicate that the Tc-99m pyrophosphate scan allows the location of necrotic muscle to be predicted accurately and may therefore be a useful adjunct in determining the best level for ultimate amputation. Special caution is required in those cases in which muscle necrosis is due to acute causes (e.g., traumatic thrombosis) rather than chronic vascular disease.     

Molecular species identification for multiple carnivores

Species identification is crucial for carnivore conservation and ecological studies. We present a simple molecular genetic test that amplifies DNA of 16 wild carnivore species from three continents. The test is based on co-amplification of two mitochondrial DNA fragments and scoring of the resulting species-specific size patterns. We evaluated the performance of this method using 332 known tissue, blood, hair and fecal samples from 23 carnivore and 11 potential prey species. Results demonstrate that this test can distinguish many Caniform species but not members of Felidae. The test can be performed with a single PCR and capillary sequencer run for cost-effective processing of large sample numbers typical of non-invasive genetic projects.     

The role of pancreatic venous sampling in the localization of occult insulinomas

The palpation and enucleation of occult insulinomas (less than 15 mm) can be a difficult surgical problem even with good arteriographic localization. In the authors' limited experience, confirmation of arteriographic findings by pancreatic venous sampling provided little additional localizing information. However, if arteriography is negative or equivocal, venous sampling can indicate the segment of pancreas to be "blindly" resected if the adenoma is not palpable. Venous sampling may be misleading in polyendocrine syndromes because of the frequency of multiple adenomas and variable hormone production.
