老年2型糖尿病患者胰高血糖素对血糖、血压变化的反应

The response of glueagon to the change of glucose and its relation to blood pressure in 71 eidely patients with type 2 diabetes was investigated. The results showed that the postprandial increment of glucagon in the group of patients with postprandial 2h plasma glucose increment<2.5 mmol/L was significantly higher than that in the group with plasma glucose inerement≥ 2.5 mmoi/L (P<0. 05). The postprandial increment of glucagon in patients with normal blood pressure was significantly higher than that in patients with hypertension (P<0.05). The results suggest that the decreased response of glucagon to the change in plasma glucose in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes is related to increased blood glucose and high blood pressure.

不同Na^＋浓度及热量食物对2型糖尿病患者醛固酮、心房利钠肽及内啡肽影响的研究

目的研究饮食中Na^＋浓度及热量对糖尿病患者醛固酮（ALD）、心房利钠肽（ANP）及内啡肽（EM）分泌的影响。方法57例T2DM患者,分别于禁食12h后的两个清晨给予高钠低热量及低钠高热量的食物,用放免法检测空腹和餐后2h血浆ALD、ANP及EM的浓度。结果在摄入高钠低热量食物2h后,血浆ALD、EM浓度无明显变化,ANP显著增高;而摄入低钠高热量食物2h后,血浆EM、ALD显著降低,ANP无明显变化。在两次试验中,空腹状态下EM均与ANP、ALD呈正相关。结论（1）T2DM患者血浆ALD对食物中摄入的Na^＋增加反应不敏感,ANP显著增高;（2）EM主要调节患者能量摄入,当患者摄入高热量食物后EM血浆浓度显著降低。     

慢性宫颈炎临床护理效果观察

目的：观察分析慢性宫颈炎患者的临床护理效果，总结有效的护理方法。方法：选取在我院收治的60例慢性宫颈炎患者，在进行微波治疗的过程中配合术前、术中、术后的精心护理，观察患者的临床护理结果。结果：所有患者的护理效果满意，患者的治疗有效率高达95.0%，仅有3例患者护理无效。结论：慢性宫颈炎治疗的过程中配合科学合理的护理措施，可以有效提高患者的临床疗效，有利于患者的快速恢复。     

中药治疗静滴地塞米松所致顽固性呃逆2例

数字化曲面体层摄影机的应用和比较

目的:探讨DR曲面体层摄影机的优点和发展.方法:随机各取经DR和CR曲面体层摄影机拍摄的50例全景牙片,有范围的经DR曲面体层摄影机和普通牙片机拍摄的60例单颗牙片,就出图时间、图像质量等级、图像的调节与后处理及牙医评分等进行综合评分比较.结果:DR曲面与CR曲面全景牙片综合评分有明显差异(x2=18.1,P＜0.05...     

甘草人参煎剂对长期服用激素患者的撤退观察

<正> 自从甘草人参煎剂(以下简称煎剂)治愈产后脑垂体前叶机能减退症的方法介绍以来,5年来收治患者60余例,其中15例系长期依靠补偿疗法维持。我们使用煎剂进行撤除疗法试验,其中12例成功,连续随访1～2年疗效巩固,现报告于下。临床资料年龄:15例中23～34岁10例,35～38岁4例,40岁1例。分娩情况:15例中均有分娩大失血经过(300～2000毫升不等),其中4例为第一胎。15例出血原因分别为:胎盘早期剥离5例,双胎2例,一胎三子1例,胎盘滞留2例,臀先露1例,脐带绕颈2例,2例原因不明。病程:14年1例,6～7年5例,4～5年3例,1～3年6例。
