Glucose microsensor based on electrochemical deposition of iridium and glucose oxidase onto carbon fiber electrodes1

Miniaturized glucose biosensors, prepared by electrochemical deposition of iridium and glucose oxidase (GOx), are characterized. The iridium network offers good retention of GOx and efficient preferential electrocatalytic detection of the liberated hydrogen peroxide at potentials lower than those of common interfering substances (the ascorbic acid signal actually shifts to a higher potential). The remarkable selectivity thus achieved towards the detection of glucose is coupled to a very fast response. Unlike analogous preparations of noble metal carbon fiber biosensors, a two-step electrodeposition process is required for the fabrication of Ir/GOx microelectrodes. The dependence of the biosensor response upon electrodeposition parameters, such as amounts of GOx and iridium or plating time is examined and optimized. Scanning electron microscopy is used to characterized the growth patterns of the iridium and Ir/GOx layers. The high selectivity associated with electrodeposited iridium matrices makes them very attractive for localizing other hydrogen-peroxide-liberating oxidases.     

红霉素对犬幽门括约肌压力影响及其与胃动素,生长抑素的关系

为探讨红霉素对犬幽门括约肌的作用及其机理，及其与血浆胃动素，生长抑素的关系。方法采用胃压力测量仪及放射免疫法，同步监测观察了１０条犬静脉滴ＥＭ前后和使用拮抗剂后的幽门压力、血浆ＭＴＬ，ＳＳ的变化，结论：ＥＭ具有增高犬胃幽门压力的作用，其作用机理除与血浆ＭＴＬ有着密切的关系外，血浆ＳＳ也可能共同参与了其调节机制。     

人IL_2活性测定及其影响因素的探讨

作者建立了小鼠胸腺细胞MTT比色分析法并检测了33份正常人的IL_2活性。探讨了影响人IL_2活性测定的因素并与~3H-TdR掺入法进行比较。结果表明,该法简便,稳定,可行,与~3H-TdR掺入法比较二者有较好的一致性,认为本法可用于临床IL_2样本的检测。     

Features of head injury in a developing country--Taiwan (1977-1987)

Certain features of head-injured patients admitted to the Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan during the period 1977 to 1987 were reviewed. The most common causes of injury were motorcycle accidents (56.3%) and street accidents with pedestrian injury (29.47%). The age groups with the greatest incidence of injury were aged 16-20 years, 21-25 years, and 25-30 years. The pedestrian group involving the highest incidence of injury was less than 10 years of age. Overall mortality was 17.26%. The injured pedestrian group had the highest mortality (19.1%). Initial clinical assessment was recorded using the Glasgow Coma Scale. Head-injured patients with a GCS less than 8 had a mortality in the injured pedestrian group of 46%, whereas the mortality rate in the motorcycle accident group was 41%. Additional features studied were time of occurrence of injury and pattern of injury. Information gathered from this study would suggest the need to establish a Head Injury Prevention Program in Taiwan. This of course implies major cooperation among the providers of health care delivery, the medical profession, legislators, and the government at all levels.     

松龄血脉康抑制肺动脉高压的实验研究

为观察松龄血脉康胶囊对肺动脉高压大鼠肺动脉压的影响，取１００只健康Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠，其中６０只背部注射野百合碱ｍｏｎｏｃｒｏｔａｌｉｎｅ，ＭＣＴ８０ｍｇ／ｋｇ复制出肺动脉高压模型。再将其分为两组，各３０只，其中一组以标准饲料喂养，另一组加用松龄血脉康胶囊１．５ｇ·ｋｇ－１·ｄ－１。其余４０只健康大鼠做为正常对照组，在实验当天、７天、１４天、２１天、２８天、３５天从各组中随机抽取５只行右心导管测肺动脉压。结果：注射ＭＣＴ后肺高压组２８天时达高峰，但加用松龄血脉康组上升幅度明显小于未用药组。结论：松龄血脉康有显著抑制大鼠肺动脉高压发展的作用     

High resolution electron paramagnetic resonance imaging of biological samples with a single line paramagnetic label

The application of electron paramagnetic resonance imaging (EPRI) to obtain information from biological samples has been limited by the lack of ideal single line radical labels. The commonly used nitroxides exhibit multiple lines causing either hyperfine-based limitations in the maximum obtainable image resolution or hyperfine-based artifacts in the reconstructed image. The use of a novel single-line triarylmethyl paramagnetic label that enables marked enhancement in image quality and resolution is reported. This label exhibits a single line EPR spectrum that is sharp (linewidth ～60 mG in the absence of oxygen) and relatively stable in tissues. The potential of this label in enabling high resolution EPR imaging of biological samples was demonstrated in a series of phantoms and isolated biological organs such as the rat kidney. The images demonstrate that resolutions better than 100 μm could be obtained at L-band on samples of up to 20 mm in size.     

中老年人前列腺体积增长的城乡差异

为了解国人中年以后前列腺的生长情况及其可能的影响因素，对北京、河北、湖北等地四个社区的城乡居民前列腺体积进行了经腹Ｂ超测量。结果表明城区居民的前列腺体积明显大于相应年龄段的农村居民，城区居民的前列腺增长速率比农村居民高二倍。生活环境和饮食习惯的不同可能为其原因之一。     

一期正位尿道下裂修复术：附342例报告

总结１９８６年７月～１９９５年１０月行一期正位尿道下裂修复术３４２例，手术成功率９５．６％。其中阴茎型１５６例，阴茎阴囊型１０２例，阴囊型６８例，会阴型１６例。采用阴囊纵隔血管蒂皮瓣成形尿道加阴茎头腹侧高位Ｖ形切口，将成形尿道口做到阴茎头顶端，对１８４例病人采用保留导尿替代传统的尿液转流。本法最适宜治疗阴茎型和阴茎阴囊型尿道下裂。由于皮瓣血供良好，皮管翻转固定后，其缝合面紧贴阴茎海绵体腹侧，极少发生尿瘘及尿道狭窄等术后常见并发症。     

应用同种动脉治疗主动脉根部病变

报告５例采用同种动脉（ＨＡＶ）治疗５例主动脉根部病变（主动脉瓣狭窄１例，关闭不全４例）。男３例，女２例；年龄１３～４７岁。病因为细菌性心内膜炎２例（包括先天主动脉瓣二瓣化畸型１例），Ｍａｒｆａｎ综合征２例，风湿性主动脉瓣关闭不全１例。术中采用同种主动脉全根置换３例（Ｂｅｎｔａｌｌ手术），其中１例用ＨＡＶ上的二尖瓣前叶加宽主动脉瓣环（Ｍａｎｏｕｇｕｉａｎ手术），余２例用自体肺动脉移置主动脉根部，另取同种肺动脉做原位移置（Ｒｏｓｓ手术）。结果死亡１冽，４例存活，且无并发症发生。术后超声心动图提示主动脉根部良好，无主动脉瓣反流。随访２．５～３．５年疗效满意。     

猪血中脱色球蛋白的制备及其功能性研究

比较了几种拆分剂分离猪血红细胞中血红蛋白的效果，其中羧甲基淀粉（ＣＭＳ）得到最佳效果。脱色球蛋白的功能性实验证实其有良好的起泡和乳化性能，氨基酸分析显示其赖氨酸和组氨酸的含量较高，适合作为婴儿的营养强化剂。
