Background:Since the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), with the improvement of diagnosis and treatment level in various countries, more and more patients have been discharged after systematic treatment. In order to effectively promote the overall recovery of patients’ physical and mental function and quality of life (QOL), the focus of clinical work should be gradually shifted to rehabilitation treatment. Dance-based mind-motor activities were defined as coordinated upright mind-motor movements that emphasize dynamic balance, structured through music or an inner rhythm (e.g., breathing) and distinctive instructions or choreography, and that involve social interaction. It has positive effects on motor function, lung function, psychological mood and other aspects, so it can be used as a safe alternative therapy for patients recovering from COVID-19. At present, there are no relevant articles for systematic review.Methods:From its inception until March 2021, we will conduct a comprehensive electronic search, including Cochrane Library, MEDLINE, PubMed, Springer, EMBASE, Chinese Science Citation Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Chinese Scientific Journal Database, Wan-fang database. Two independent researchers will conduct article retrieval, screening, quality assessment, and data analysis through the Review Manager (V. 5.3.5).Results:The results of this study will evaluate the effectiveness and safety of dance-based mind-motor activities for the improvement of QOL in COVID-19 patients during the recovery period.Conclusion:The conclusion of the study will provide an evidence to judge whether dance-based mind-motor activities is effective and safe for COVID-19 in recovery period.Ethics and dissemination:This protocol will not evaluate individual patient information or infringe patient rights and therefore does not require ethical approval.PROSPERO registration number:CRD42021232995. 相似文献

An inherited predisposition to acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) is exceedingly rare, but the investigation of these families will aid in the delineation of the underlying mechanisms of the more common, sporadic cases. Three AML predisposition genes, RUNX1, CEBPA and GATA2, have been recognised, but the culprit genes in the majority of AML pedigrees remain obscure. We applied a combined strategy of linkage analysis and next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology in an autosomal-dominant AML Chinese family with 11 cases in four generations. A genome-wide linkage scan using a 500K SNP genotyping array was conducted to identify a previously unreported candidate region on 20p13 with a maximum multipoint heterogeneity LOD (HLOD) score of 3.56 (P=0.00005). Targeted NGS within this region and whole-exome sequencing (WES) revealed a missense mutation in TGM6 (RefSeq, :c.1550T>G, p.(L517W)), which cosegregated with the phenotype in this family, and was absent in 530 healthy controls. The mutated amino acid was located in a highly conserved position, which may be deleterious and affect the activation of TGM6. To ensure efficient and timely replication of genomic DNA, organisms in all three kingdoms of life possess specialized translesion DNA synthesis (TLS) polymerases (Pols) that tolerate various types of DNA lesions. It has been proposed that an exchange between the replicative DNA Pol and the TLS Pol at the site of DNA damage enables lesion bypass to occur. However, to date the molecular mechanism underlying this process is not fully understood. In this study, we demonstrated in a reconstituted system that the exchange of Saccharomyces cerevisiae Poldelta with Poleta requires both the stalling of the holoenzyme and the monoubiquitination of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA). A moving Poldelta holoenzyme is refractory to the incoming Poleta. Furthermore, we showed that the Poleta C-terminal PCNA-interacting protein motif is required for the exchange process. We also demonstrated that the second exchange step to bring back Poldelta is prohibited when Lys-164 of PCNA is monoubiquitinated. Thus the removal of the ubiquitin moiety from PCNA is likely required for the reverse exchange step after the lesion bypass synthesis by Poleta. 相似文献

A novel 3D Cd(ii) coordination polymer {[Cd(ddpa)(2,2′-bpy)]·H2O}n (1) (H2ddpa = 5,10-dioxo-5,10-dihydro-4,9-dioxapyrene-2,7-dicarboxylic acid, 2,2′-bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine) is hydrothermally synthesized in situ, and the influencing factors and mechanism for the in situ reaction are briefly discussed. The synthesis of 1 requires the formation of a new C–O ester bond. This current study confirms that metal ions and N-donor ligands play important roles in the domination of the in situ ligand from 6,6′-dinitro-2,2′,4,4′-biphenyltetracarboxylic acid (H4dbta). Mechanical stretch is thought to play an important role in remodeling atrial and ventricular myocardium and may produce substrates that promote arrhythmogenesis. In the present work, neonatal rat ventricular myocytes were cultured for 4 days as confluent monolayers on thin silicone membranes and then subjected to linear pulsatile stretch for up to 6 hours. Action potential upstrokes and propagation velocity (theta) were measured with multisite optical recording of transmembrane voltage of the cells stained with the voltage-sensitive dye RH237. Expression of the gap junction protein connexin43 (Cx43) and the fascia adherens junction protein N-cadherin was measured immunohistochemically in the same preparations. Pulsatile stretch caused dramatic upregulation of intercellular junction proteins after only 1 hour and a further increase after 6 hours (Cx43 signal increased from 0.73 to 1.86 and 2.02% cell area, and N-cadherin signal increased from 1.21 to 2.11 and 2.74% cell area after 1 and 6 hours, respectively). This was paralleled by an increase in theta from 27 to 35 cm/s after 1 hour and 37 cm/s after 6 hours. No significant change in the upstroke velocity of the action potential or cell size was observed. Increased theta and protein expression were not reversible after 24 hours of relaxation. Nonpulsatile (static) stretch produced qualitatively similar but significantly smaller changes than pulsatile stretch. Thus, pulsatile linear stretch in vitro causes marked upregulation of proteins that form electrical and mechanical junctions, as well as a concomitant increase in propagation velocity.
