应用单克隆抗体检测肺癌病人外周血中T细胞亚群

本文应用单克隆抗体检测33例原发性肺癌病人治疗前后外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群变化。结果提示:肺癌病人外周血中T细胞亚群明显有别于正常人,主要表现为T_H细胞降低和T_S细胞升高以及T_H/T_S比值明显倒置。短期观察结果表明,肺癌病人外周血中T_S细胞持续升高和T_H/T_S比值持续降低者,预后不良。临床检测T细胞亚群变化及它们的动态变化可作为判断宿主抗肿瘤免疫功能状态、病情发展和预后的敏感指标。

Further studies on interactions between periaqueductal gray, nucleus accumbens and habenula in antinociception.

Previous findings from this laboratory with the intracerebral microinjection technique suggested that the periaqueductal gray (PAG), nucleus accumbens, and habenula might constitute a unidirectional loop to play their roles in pain modulation. In the present study we demonstrate that intra-habenular injection of naloxone antagonizes the analgesia elicited by morphine injected into the periaqueductal gray (PAG) and that intra-accumbens injection of naloxone is capable of attenuating the analgesic effects of morphine injected into the habenula. These results indicate that the relationships between these nuclei may be more complex than the putative unidirectional loop.     

The first case of Pseudallescheria boydii meningjitis in China — Electron microscopic study and antigenicity analysis of the agent

Summary Reported in this paper is the first case of isolation ofPseudalle-Scheria boydii from cerebral spinal fluid of a boy with meningitis in China. Morphology and culture were observed by light microscopy, electron scanning microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. In addition, mycelium antigen prepared by SDS-PAGE was compared with that of the other strain of Scedosporium apiospermum. Both of the strains showed more than 40 peptide lines. Their molecular weight was very similar. On the CS-930 Dual-Wavelength TLC Scanner the peaks of both antigens showed to lie in nearly the same position. It could be concluded thatPseudallescheria boydii andScedosporium apiospermum belong to the same genus, but they are of different strains and reproductive phases.

胆红素具有重要药用价值,一般用化学方法从胆汁中提取,本试验根据胆红素在人体内的代谢过程和胆结石的成因,而是利用大肠杆菌产生的β葡萄糖醛酸酶从胆汁中提取胆红素。     

Research on the relation between intrauterine infection and intrauterine growth retardation]

To investigate the relationship between intrauterine infection and IUGR, the following studies have been carried out: (1) measurement of specific antibodies of Toxoplasma (Toxo) and Cytomegalovirus (CMV) in the umbilical serum samples from 30 cases of IUGR with 26 normal newborn infants as controls; (2) follow-up exam on 14 positive cases in 17-25 months. The results showed that in 30 IUGR cases 14 were found to have Toxo and CMV infection, with an incidence significantly higher than that in the control group. One third of the infected patients were found to have retarded growth afterbirth and 63.63% of them appeared to have an increase in BAEP. This suggested that regular follow-up is indicated in these cases.

Recently, a long-acting, somatostatin analogue, SMS201-995(SMS), has been developed and extensively investigated. It has been proved to be remarkably effective in treating many diseases, including active acromegaly. We observed the effect of SMS on gallbladder contractility in normal adults using the fatty meal test. Our results show that gallbladder contractility was inhibited significantly for 6 hours after the subcutaneous injection of SMS in dosages of 50, 25, 12.5, and 5 micrograms. We conclude that it is not practical to avoid gallbladder disfunction during long-term SMS treatment by decreasing the dosages of SMS.     

THE EFFECT OF ACUPUNCTURE ON PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF ISCHEMIC ARRHYTHMIA AND THE RELATION BETWEEN EFFECT OF ACUPUNCTURE AND CHOLINERGIC MUSCARINE-LIKE RECEPTORS

For investigating the effect of acupuncture on ischemic arrhythmia and its mech-anism, adult albino rats with ligated anterior descending branch of coronary artery as experimentalmodel were treated with or without acupuncture, and others with imitative operation but without bothcoronary artery ligation and acupuncture treatment were used as control. It was found in acupuncturegroup that the fibrillation-liability of ischemic myocardium was efficiently decreased, the affinity ofAch-M receptors on membranes of ischemic myocardium was markedly increased, and the tolerance ofischemic myocardium to atropine was elevated in the experiment of atropine inducing fibrillation.These results indicate that acupuncture may play a therapeutic role on ischemic arrhythmia throughactivating the activity of muscarine-like receptors of cholinergic nervous system.
