乳母血清泌乳素水平与泌乳量关系的观察

用放射免疫法测定产后40天和60天乳母血清泌乳素基础水平和吸吮后泌乳素最大反应性增值,发现其与乳母泌乳量、婴儿吸吮频率、吸吮时间之间均不存在正相关关系,推测引起泌乳素分泌除吸吮外,还存在其他机理。     

Experimental study on the bone cement-precoated implant in arthroplasty

Canine hip joints, in vitro and in vivo, were used for arthroplasty: one side was replaced by a bone cement-precoated femoral head prosthesis and the other side by a non-cement-precoated one. Results showed that the interfacial shearing strength between both the implant-cement and the cement-bone interfaces of the cement-precoated ones was obviously stronger than that of the non-cement-precoated ones. Thus, the stability of the prosthesis was remarkably increased in the former than the later.     

Targeting of "T" lymphocytes against human hepatoma cells by a bispecific monoclonal antibody: role of different lymphocyte subsets.

In an attempt to construct bispecific monoclonal antibodies (bimAbs) able to target cytotoxic T lymphocytes against human hepatoma cells, an HGPRT-deficient mutant of the Hepama-6 hybridoma, which produces an antihuman-hepatoma mAb, was directly fused with splenocytes from Balb/C mice immunized by a polyclonal cytotoxic T-cell line. Hybrid hybridomas were selected in HAT medium, and their supernatants were directly screened for the ability to induce IL-2-cultured cytotoxic T lymphocytes to kill hepatoma cells in a 51Cr-release assay. The selected hybrid hybridoma, termed DQ-33, secretes a bimAb, which reacts with a CD3-associated determinant. When resting peripheral-blood lymphocytes were used as effector cells, virtually no cytolytic activity could be induced by DQ-33, whereas phytohemagglutinin-activated lymphocytes that had been expanded in vitro in IL-2-containing medium could be efficiently targeted against hepatoma cells. Targeting by DQ-33 bimAb was analyzed on different subsets of IL-2-cultured lymphocytes. It was evident that CD+4-8+ TCR alpha/beta+ and CD3+4-8-TCR gamma/delta+ lymphocytes were efficiently induced by bimAb to lyse human hepatoma cells, whereas no induction of cytolysis could be observed when CD3 + 4 + 8-TCR alpha/beta+ cells were used as effectors. DQ-33 bimAb was also able to induce lymphokine secretion (IL-2, GM-CSF and TNF-alpha) by all the different subsets of lymphocytes analyzed in the presence of target cells expressing the relevant antigen, independent of the expression of cytolytic activity.     

带血管蒂岛状筋膜瓣移植治疗晚期类风湿性髋关节炎

目的：阐明带血管蒂岛状筋膜瓣移植治疗晚期类风湿性髋关节炎的疗效。材料和方法：对４２例４８髋晚期类风湿性髋关节炎病人采用以旋股外侧血管降支为蒂的股前外侧筋膜瓣移植行患髋成形术。结果：术后随访４～１０．５年，平均４．５年，髋关节活动范围术前平均１６．５°，术后２２８．６°，按照Ｃｈａｒｎｌｅｙ和吴之康人工髋关节置换术后的疗效评定标准，优良２９髋、很好１３髋、好６髋，尚可、差、很差无。结论：患者年龄在１５～４０岁之间为合适的治疗年龄。与人工髋关节置换术相比，本方法对髋关节正常结构破坏小；一旦手术失败仍可选用其它治疗方法弥补；且并发症少、费用低、远期效果好。     

Tongqiao Huoxue Tang and Buyang Huanwu Tang for Treatment of Vascular Dementia -A report of 36 Cases

To study the effects of Tongqiao Huoxue Tang (通窍活血汤) and Buyang Huanwu Tang (补阳还五汤) onvascular dementia (VaD), 36 VaD patients in thetreatment group were treated with the two decoctions,which were compared with 28 cases in a controlgroup treated with Duxil.     

土地供给市场化是实现土地资源向土地资本转变的关键

由于传统计划经济形成的政府替代市场的土地审批定价模式存在，我国土地供给的市场机制并没有真正建立，市场在国家宏观调控下对土地资源配置起基础性作用的问题并没有解决，由此已经产生很大的诸如国有资产流失等经济外部性问题。目前改革的重点、难点应集中在审批定价和招标拍卖并存的双轨制方面。当前，为促进土地资源向土地资本转变，政府土地管理体制的改革首当其冲。要以土地供给市场化为核心来设计改革的突破口。     

口腔黏膜下纤维性变S100蛋白表达

OBJECTIVE: To study the expression of S100 in oral submucose fibrosis(OSF). METHODS: Immunohistochemistry assay was performed on 10 cases of OSF, 10 cases of oral epithelial dysplasia (OED) and 8 cases of normal oral epithelium using monoclonal antibody against S100 protein. RESULTS: S100 did not express in the normal oral muscosal epithelium. The S100 positive nuclear staining was found in 50% of the OSF and OED cases, which was significantly higher than that in the normal oral epithelium (P < 0.05). But the positive staining in the OSF and OED cases had no difference (P > 0.05). CONCLUSION: S100 expression is closely related to the development of OSF and OED. The positive staining expression in the OSF and OED cases is the same.
