Due to the wide applications of blue and red photodetectors, dual-wavelength (blue/red) photodetectors are promising for future markets. In this work, a dual-wavelength photodetector based on vertical (In,Ga)N nanowires and graphene has been fabricated successfully. By using the transparent graphene, both blue and red responses can be clearly detected. The rise time of response can reach 3.5 ms. Furthermore, the underlying mechanism of double responses has also been analyzed. The main reason contributing to the dual-wavelength response could be the different diameters of nanowires, leading to different In components within (In,Ga)N sections.A dual-wavelength (blue/red) photodetector based on vertical (In,Ga)N nanowires and graphene has been fabricated successfully, which is promising for wide applications. Osteopontin (OPN) is an important protein for mediating cell behaviour on biomaterials. However, the interactions between the chemical groups on the biomaterial surface and OPN still need to be further clarified, which has restricted the application of OPN in biomaterial functionalization. In the present study, we developed different self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) with specific chemical groups, including SAMs-OH, SAMs-OEG, SAMs-COOH, SAMs-NH2, and SAMs-PO3H2, to study the behavior of OPN on these SAMs. The results showed that SAMs-NH2 could strongly adsorb OPN, and the amount of protein was highest on this material. Meanwhile, the lowest amount of OPN was present on SAMs-OEG. Interestingly, the unit-mass trend of bound OPN monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) on the SAMs was opposite to the OPN adsorption trend: lowest on SAMs-NH2 but highest on SAMs-OEG. In vitro cell assay results showed that mouse bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (mBMSCs) on SAMs-COOH, SAMs-NH2, and SAMs-PO3H2 with pre-adsorbed OPN showed promoted behaviour, in terms of spreading, viability, and the expression levels of αv and β3 genes, compared with the other two SAMs, demonstrating the higher bioactivity of the adsorbed OPN. PbSe films deposited by chemical bath deposition (CBD) technology were sensitized in various atmospheres to distinguish the role of iodine and oxygen in the sensitization process. No infrared (IR) photo response was observed in samples sensitized in pure oxygen, showing the O element cannot trigger the infrared response of PbSe. However, a high detectivity of 1 × 1010 was achieved in the sample sensitized in a N2/I2 atmosphere, which demonstrates iodine is a key element for inducing an IR response. The role of iodine was analyzed from the morphological evolution, phase composition transformation and resistance change during the sensitization process. The XRD and FESEM results show a PbI2 3D network forming around the PbSe grains in the sensitization process, playing the role of photo-generated electron transporting channels, which is key to inducing the IR response of PbSe detectors. The 3D network conducting model can explain well the charge separation mechanism of PbSe IR photoconductive detection. As the transporting channels for the photogenerated electrons, the integrity and densification of the PbI2 3D network structure distributed in the interfaces between PbSe crystalline grains dominates the performances of PbSe detectors. 相似文献

Our previous study found that the combination of halofuginone (HF) and artemisinin (ATS) synergistically arrest colorectal cancer (CRC) cells at the G1/G0 phase of the cell cycle; however, it remains unclear whether HF-ATS induces cell death. Here we report that HF-ATS synergistically induced caspase-dependent apoptosis in CRC cells. Specifically, both in vitro and in vivo experiments showed that HF or HF-ATS induces apoptosis via activation of caspase-9 and caspase-8 while only caspase-9 is involved in ATS-induced apoptosis. Furthermore, we found HF or HF-ATS induces autophagy; ATS can''t induce autophagy until caspase-9 is blocked. Further analyzing the crosstalk between autophagic and caspase activation in CRC cells, we found autophagy is essential for activation of caspase-8, and ATS switches to activate capase-8 via induction of autophagy when caspase-9 is inhibited. When apoptosis is totally blocked, HF-ATS switches to induce autophagic cell death. This scenario was then confirmed in studies of chemoresistance CRC cells with defective apoptosis. Our results indicate that HF-ATS induces cell death via interaction between apoptosis and autophagy in CRC cells. These results highlight the value of continued investigation into the potential use of this combination in cancer therapy. 相似文献

Background:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:To collect relevant literature, we will research following databases: Medicine, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wan-Fang Database, Chongqing VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodicaols Database, and China Biomedical Database; the time is from its creation to May 2021, and the language is limited to Chinese and English. In addition, we will retrieve other literature resources, including the Chinese Clinical Trial Register and conference articles. Two reviewers will independently complete the literature screen and data extraction and quality assessment of the included studies will be independently completed by two other researchers. The primary outcomes included the Modified Ashworth scale and the simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment scale. The Modified Barthel Index, the China Stroke Scale, and adverse reactions as secondary outcomes were assessed. RevMan V.5.4.1 software will be used for meta-analysis, and the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation (GRADE) will be used to assess the quality of evidence.Results:This systematic review will provide a high-quality synthesis to evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke, providing a reference for the safe and effective treatment of hemiplegia after stroke.Conclusion:This study provides evidence that acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation therapy is effective.Ethics and dissemination:The protocol of the systematic review does not require ethical approval because it does not involve humans. 目的 :为了认识神经肌炎的临床、神经电生理等方面特点 ,探讨其与多发性肌炎的关系。方法 :选取我院近 10年间收治的较典型的 11例神经肌炎病人 ,随机选取同期收治的多发性肌炎病人 2 9例 ,对此两组病人的临床表现、心脏并发症、对激素治疗的疗效、肌电图以及肌肉活检的结果给予对比研究。结果 :在神经肌炎组中 ,有 8例感觉障碍 (6例呈末梢型感觉障碍分布 ;2例呈多发性神经根神经炎表现 ) ;神经传导速度检查中 ,10例有运动传导速度明显减慢或引不出 ,1例电位波幅明显降低 ,呈轴索样损害的表现 ;多发性肌炎组病人均无感觉障碍 ,神经传导速度检查均正常。两组在其他临床表现及激素治疗效果上 ,血清CK增高 ,肌活检、肌电图方面无明显差异(P >0 0 5 )。结论 :神经肌炎是多发性肌炎中一种少见的特殊类型 ,除具有多发性肌炎的表现之外 ,同时还具有周围神经病的表现 ,两者间是很难区分的 相似文献

Based on the colorimetric analysis of gold nanoparticles and a smartphone readable strategy, a stable, sensitive, and visual method was established for rapid detection of acetamiprid residues in agricultural products. By optimizing the key parameters, the detection process only took 40 minutes with good specificity. The acetamiprid aptamer can help AuNPs to resist salt-induced aggregation. Conversely, in the presence of acetamiprid, the anti-protection is weakened and the AuNPs aggregated with the color change of the solution. The photographs of the solution are recorded by the smartphone and analyzed through image processing. In the range from 25 to 300 μM the method can realize a quantitative analysis of acetamiprid, and the detection limit is about 3.81 μM. Excellent recoveries are taken in samples of cucumber, cabbage, and river water, ranging from 96.78% to 129.95%. These results show no significant difference from the results obtained by the microplate reader. What''s more, the method employs a smartphone to read without the assistance of professional equipment, which greatly reduces the cost of detection, and shows a promising application prospect for on-site rapid detection of acetamiprid.Based on the colorimetric analysis of gold nanoparticles and a smartphone readable strategy, a stable, sensitive, and visual method was established for rapid detection of acetamiprid residues in agricultural products. 相似文献
