采用按容量比例概率抽样法(PPS)随机抽取深圳市南山区30个居委会的210名8~24mon龄儿童,以被抽中儿童及其父母作为调查对象,对他们进行问卷调查。调查内容包括:儿童、父母一般情况,父母有关计划免疫知识和健康信念,计划免疫服务评价,儿童计划免疫情况等。对其中的184份有效问卷进行了分析,结果184名儿童“四苗”及时接税率为45.1%,以及时接种者为对照组,延迟接种者为观察组,进行Logistic回归分析。单因素分析结果显示:儿童出生在外地、是暂住户口、在外地居住3个月以上者、亲友中无从事医疗工作者是儿童“四苗”接种延迟的危险因素(P<0.05),父母亲文化程度越低,儿童出现“四苗”接种延迟的可能性越高,父母对有关的知识、信念得分愈高儿童发生“四苗”接种延迟的危险性也就愈小(P<0.05);其余因素对“四苗”接种延迟无显著影响。进一步的多因素Logstic回归分析,儿童出生地、亲戚朋友有无从事医疗工作、户口类型、信念得分四因素依次进入多元logisitic回归方程。 相似文献

The effect of acupuncture on adrenocortical hormone production in adult female albino rabbits of New Zealand strain was investigated. There was significant increase compared to the control cortisol and corticosterone following application of acupuncture at the locus Tsu-San-Li. In the non-locus group, such treatment resulted in only a transient raise followed by a significant fall in cortisol and corticosterone. Acupuncture treatment with electric current for 1 hour proved to be unique in that it gave rise to no biphasic change in the 14C uptake of the steroids. These results indicate that adrenal production of corticosterone and cortisol was enhanced by acupuncture and electroacupuncture at the Tsu-San-Li locus. 相似文献

Existing reports focus on zinc-associated immunity and infection in malnourished children; however, whether zinc also plays an important role in the immune homeostasis of the non-zinc-deficient population remained unknown. This study aimed to investigate the association between zinc status and toll-like receptor (TLR)-related innate immunity and infectious outcome in well-nourished children. A total of 961 blood samples were collected from 1 through 5 years of age. Serum zinc was analyzed, and mononuclear cells isolated to assess TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-10 production by ELISA after stimulation with TLR ligands. Childhood infections were analyzed as binary outcomes with logistic regression. The prevalence of zinc deficiency was 1.4–9.6% throughout the first 5 years. There was significant association between zinc and TLR-stimulated cytokine responses. Higher serum zinc was associated with decreased risk of ever having pneumonia (aOR: 0.94; 95% CI: 0.90, 0.99) at 3 years, and enterocolitis (aOR: 0.96; 95% CI: 0.93, 0.99) at 5 years. Serum zinc was lower in children who have had pneumonia before 3 years of age (72.6 ± 9 vs. 81.9 ± 13 μg/dL), and enterocolitis before 5 years (89.3 ± 12 vs. 95.5 ± 13 μg/dL). Increasing evidence indicates that extracellular vesicles (EVs) play an important role in cancer cell‐to‐cell communication. The Epstein‐Barr virus (EBV)‐encoded latent membrane protein 1 (LMP1), which is closely associated with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) pathogenesis, can trigger multiple cell signaling pathways that affect cell progression. Several reports have shown that LMP1 promotes EV secretion, and LMP1 trafficking by EVs can enhances cancer progression and metastasis. However, the molecular mechanism by which LMP1 promotes EV secretion is not well understood. In the present study, we found that LMP1 promotes EV secretion by upregulated syndecan‐2 (SDC2) and synaptotagmin‐like‐4 (SYTL4) through nuclear factor (NF)‐κB signaling in NPC cells. Further study indicated that SDC2 interacted with syntenin, which promoted the formation of the EVs, and SYTL4 is associated with the release of EVs. Moreover, we found that stimulation of EV secretion by LMP1 can enhance the proliferation and invasion ability of recipient NPC cells and tumor growth in vivo. In summary, we found a new mechanism by which LMP1 upregulates SDC2 and SYTL4 through NF‐κB signaling to promote EV secretion, and further enhance cancer progression of NPC. 相似文献
