人载脂蛋白E基因型测定方法的建立

目的：建立一种准确、简便和经济的适用于大范围测定载脂蛋白Ｅ基因型的方法。方法：自中血中采用ＴＫＭ法提取人基因组ＤＮＡ,ＰＣＲ－ＲＦＬＰ确定载脂蛋白Ｅ的基因型,硝酸银染色聚丙烯酰胺凝胶,若银染效果不佳可用硝酸脱色后重染。结果：ＴＫＭ法获得ＤＮＡ在产量和质量上均能满足ＰＣＲ需求;电泳凝胶经银染可得清晰的ＤＮＡ特异带,据此能准确确定样品载脂蛋白Ｅ的基因基因型;用硝酸溶液脱色后的凝胶经重染仍可得到清晰的图     

急性扩容性血液稀释对渗透压和电解质的影响

目的 对比观察了乳酸钠林格液和佳乐施在术前急性扩容性血液稀释前后渗透压和电解质的变化。方法 ２０例病人随机分为佳乐施组（组１）和乳酸钠林格液组（组２）,病人入室开辟静脉后分别给予两组液体（１０ｍｌ／ｋｇ,３０ｍｉｎ输注守毕,分别于输液前后抽血查血常规（ＲＴ）电解质和渗透压。结果 两组扩容前后ＭＡＰ,ＨＲ和渗透压（ＯＳＭ）无明显变化。血Ｋ＾＋稀释性降低,分别下降１３．１％和１１．９％。组１扩容后ＨＣ     

多系统萎缩11例临床分析

目的 探讨多系统萎缩的临床和发病特点。方法 结合文献复习,分析了１１例多系数萎缩的临床表现,包括橄槛桥小脑萎缩８例;纹状体黑质变性２例;特发性体位性低血压１例。．结果 本组资料显示：三种疾病均为中年发病,大多为慢必起病进行加重,平均病程在４年左右。结论 随着现代化诊断仪器的普及,对本病的诊断水平有所提高,但尚缺乏的治疗手段。     

参芪冠心片治疗胸痹100例

１００例气虚血瘀型冠心病患者服用参芪冠心片后胸闷、胸痛、心悸、气短、乏力等症状大多得到改善或消失,该药并有降血压,降血脂的作用。疗效明显优于复方丹参片。     

《千金要方·食治》与《食疗本草》

孙思邈《千金要方·食治》作为现存最早的食疗专篇,把食物疗法提高到前所未有的高度。其弟子孟说的《食疗本草》无论在食药收录范围方面,还是在学术内容方面,都是对《千金要方·食治》的继承、补充和发展,并载有大量食疗验方,实用性更强。孙、孟二人可谓集唐以前食物疗法之大成,对后世食疗的发展产生了深远的影响。     

GNAS gene mutations affecting XLαs and bone health: A long neglected relationship

The GNAS locus is an imprinted site. The α-subunit of the stimulatory G protein (Gsα) and extralarge variant (XLαs) are the two important products of the GNAS locus. The abnormal expression of Gsα is associated with pseudohypoparathyroidism (PHP) and related disorders, including Albright hereditary osteodystrophy (AHO), pseudopseudohypoparathyroidism (PPHP), and progressive osseous heteroplasia (POH). XLαs protein can mimic the catalytic intracellular synthesis of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) by Gsα in response to parathyroid hormone (PTH) stimulation, which may be involved in the pathogenesis of PPHP and POH in patients with paternal GNAS defects. A paternally inherited nonsense variant in the first exon of XLαs in an adult patient may be associated with fractures and osteopetrosis. The relationship between the XLαs product of the GNAS locus and bone remodeling may have been overlooked. Here, we summarize the phenotypes of genetic mouse models and clinical cases of XLαs variations and suggest that the abnormal paternal expression of XLαs may be associated with the development of POH and affect osteoblast and osteoclast differentiation.     

Early warning signals for Omicron outbreaks in China: A retrospective study

The Omicron variant has become the dominant COVID-19 variant worldwide due to its rapid and cryptic spread. Therefore, successful early warning is of great importance to be able to control epidemics in their early phase, before developing into large outbreaks. COVID-19-related Baidu search index, which reflects human behavior to a certain degree, was used to retrospectively detect the warning signs for Omicron variant outbreaks in China in 2022. The characteristics and effects of warning signs were analyzed in detail. We detected the presence of early warning signs (both high and low thresholds) and found that these occurred 4–7 days earlier than traditional epidemiological surveillance and >20 days earlier than the implementation of the local “lockdown” policy. Compared with the “high threshold” warning, the early warning effect of the “low threshold” is also vital because it indicates a negligence about epidemic prevention and control. However, there is obvious heterogeneity in the optimal threshold for detecting early warning signs and their distribution in different cities. Multi-source and multi-point early warning systems should be established via combining internet-based big data in the future to conduct effective and early real-time warning. This would create precious time for the early control of COVID-19 outbreaks.     

子宫内膜异位症癌抗原(CA125)检测及其临床意义

目的：探讨子宫内膜异位症与ＣＡ１２５有无相关性、提高临床子宫内膜异位症诊断雍诊断最佳途径。方法：用放射免疫测定法（ＲＩＡ）检测７９例子宫内膜异位症、７０例子宫肌瘤、６４例子宫颈癌、８０名正常育龄女性为对照。结果：子宫内膜异位症、子宫肌瘤、子宫颈癌、正常对照组阳性率分别是７９．７５％、８．５７％、１７．１９％、０．００％。前者显著高于后三者（Ｐ〈０．０１）。结论：ＣＡ１２５检测为临床诊断子宫内膜异位     

人乳头瘤病毒16型(湖北株)E7基因在体内和体外的表达

构建人乳头瘤病毒１６型（ＨＰＶ１６）Ｅ７湖北株（ＨＢ）基因真核表达质粒,探讨其在哺乳动物体外,体内表达状况,为本地区ＨＰＶ相关肿瘤的基因治疗提供依据。方法采用分子克隆技术,构建ＨＰＶ１６Ｅ７－ＨＢ重组表达质粒,磷酸钙－ＤＮＡ沉淀技术及基因免疫技术将外源目的基因（ＨＰＶ１６Ｅ７－ＨＢ）导入ＮＩＨ３Ｔ３细胞及大、小鼠体内ＰＣＲ,ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ,免疫荧光染色技术对外源目的基因及其产物（ｍＲ－ＮＡ,蛋白质。     

含CpG寡聚脱氧核苷酸对肿瘤抗原肽P815AB的免疫佐剂效应研究

目的 以肿瘤抗原Ｐ８１５ＡＢ抗原肽为模式抗原,研究ＣｐＧ寡聚脱氧核苷酸（ＣｐＧ ＯＤＮ）对该肿瘤抗原表位肽的免疫佐剂效应。方法 用［＾３Ｈ］－ＴｄＲ掺入法研究ＣｐＧ ＯＤＮ体外刺激小鼠脾细胞增殖效应,用ＥＬＩＳＰＯＴ和［＾３Ｈ］－ＴｄＲ释放法检测不同构成形式的疫苗在体诱发特异性ＣＴＬ应答的效应。结果 ＯＤＮ１８２６在体外可刺激小鼠脾细胞显著增殖,经４次免疫,在“肽＋ＯＤＮ１８２６＋ＩＦＡ”组中,４
