5名电离辐射事故患者外周血T细胞T细胞抗原受体、T细胞分化抗原决定簇－3效应的研究

文中报道了５名事故性急性骨髓型放射病患者照后２．５和３．５年外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞Ｔ细胞受体（ＴＣＲ）基因，ＴＣＲ、Ｔ细胞分化抗原决定簇－３（ＣＤ_３）表达与ＴＣＲ／ＣＤ_３复合物功能的辐射效应．发现５名患者于照后２．５年，２名（５．２Ｇｙ和２．４Ｇｙ，５５岁）于照后３．５年外周血Ｔ细胞应答抗ＣＤ３单抗刺激而增殖的能力尚未完全恢复；经同时用ＩＬ－２和抗ＣＤ_３单抗刺激，增殖能力比单用抗ＣＤ_３单抗刺激有所增强；后２名的外周血ＴＣＲ、ＣＤ_３阳性细胞百分率一直低于正常对照和其他患者；并见一患者出现ＤＮＡ重排杂交带型．本文并从ＴＣＲ／ＣＤ_３在介导Ｔ细胞抗原刺激反应中的作用，电离辐射对ＴＣＲ／ＣＤ_３复合物的影响，后果和意义等方面进行了讨论．     

Targeted gene duplication and disruption for analyzing quantitative genetic traits in mice.

Experimental analysis of complex quantitative genetic traits, such as essential hypertension, should be greatly facilitated by being able to manipulate the expression of a gene in living animals without altering the nucleotide sequence, chromosomal location, or regulatory elements of the gene. To explore this possibility, we have used targeted gene disruption and duplication to generate mice that are genetically identical [(129 x C57BL6)F1] except for having one, two, or three functional copies of the gene coding for angiotensinogen. The two-copy animals have two normal copies of the angiotensinogen gene; the one-copy and three-copy animals have one normal copy with the other either disrupted or duplicated by gene targeting. The duplicated pair of genes was generated by a special form of gap-repair gene targeting that tandemly duplicates the whole of a gene together with 5' and 3' flanking regions. We find progressively and significantly higher levels of the gene product in the animals having increasing numbers of gene copies: the one-copy animals have steady-state plasma angiotensinogen levels approximately 35% of normal (P < 0.0001), and the three-copy animals have levels approximately 124% of normal (P < 0.004). Detailed information about regulatory sequences is not required for this type of experiment; nor is it necessary to have DNA clones or targeting constructs that cover the whole of the target gene. Varying gene copy numbers by targeting consequently offers a promising approach to quantitative genetics.     

维生素E对小鼠胸腺和脾脏T淋巴细胞转化及MΦ诱导IL－1的影响

ＶＥ缺乏组、１／３需要量组、需要量组、３倍需要量组、２０倍需要量组的初断奶小鼠喂养８周后观察Ｔ淋巴细胞转化及Ｍ中诱导ＩＬ－１反应。结果表明，ＶＥ增强半合适、合适剂量ＣｏｎＡ诱导的胸腺、脾脏Ｔ淋巴细胞转化，且半合适剂量诱导的反应高于合适剂量，ＶＥ增强合适剂量ＰＨＡ诱导的脾Ｔ细胞反应，但不影响其诱导胸腺Ｔ细胞反应。ＶＥ还提高ＭΦ诱导ＩＬ－１生成。上述实验以缺乏组反应最弱，３倍量组反应最强，而２０倍量组反有下降趋势。     

新生儿血糖监测（附32例临床分析）

应用英国产“ＨＹＰＯＣＯＵＮＴＧＡ”微量血糖测定仪（氧化酶光电比色法）对同期住院新生儿不分病种连续３天进行空腹血糖监测。结果在原发疾病情况下表现出低血糖发生频率高，而低血糖症状又被原发疾病所掩盖。在３２例中足月儿２３例，足月小样儿４例，早产儿５例，在３２例９６次监测中发现低血糖１４例，其中足月儿９例，早产儿５例．发病率为４３．７％；高血糖３例。无一例死亡。提示：新生儿患病情况下，易发生低血糖，其发生与疾病、孕周有关而与体重无关。因此，在新生儿期必须注意及时喂养与补充葡萄糖，防止低血糖时间过长对脑部造成损伤。     

活性金属单环165的临床研究

不锈钢环型节育器(金单环)在中国广为应用。为提高金单环的避孕效果,进行了金单环支撑力与脱落关系的研究,对200,165,135g不同支撑力进行比较性研究筛选出较为合理的支撑力为165g,其外形和金单环相似,分大、中、小三种型号,大号外径22mm,中号21mm,小号为20mm。外层为不锈钢丝螺旋簧,在螺旋环内相间置入纯铜丝(200mm2)和消炎痛硅橡胶各二段(消炎痛总含量5mg左右,现已改为10mg)。于1988年10月～1989年6月全国南北方7省市11所医院共放置1000例,经3年定期随访,12,24,36个月继续存放率各为92.5,88.99及85.94/100妇女年,36月累积带器妊娠率仅1.61/100妇女,脱落率比原金单环明显降低近40％,因症取出率为3.12。于放置前后进行月经血量测量24例,放置后3、6月各增加24.4％和27.4％。行子宫内膜“含铜含药组”和“有铜无药”组对照检查各11例,含药组炎症细胞略少。作宫颈粘液中铜离子含量测定,以6月内含量较高,6月后趋向平稳。消炎痛释放测定,1月内释放较快,一年后残留20％左右。经1249例临床观察,活性金单环165是一种不需特殊培训易于推广的、安全、经济并能长期放置的IUD。     

藓生马先蒿的化学成分研究

从四川省马边彝族自治县治疗蛇伤有效秘方主要组分之一的藓生马先蒿全草中分离得到4个成分。经理化常数和光谱分析鉴定为马先蒿甙、D-甘露醇、花生酸和三十一碳烷。     

冷冻后人胚卵巢细胞团对hMG作用的内分泌与形态学反应

妊娠２０～２４周人胚胎卵巢经改进的超速冷冻仍具有内分泌功能。这种冷冻后的胚胎卵巢细胞团体外培养时，培养无数与细胞团的Ｅ２分泌能力呈负相关，形态学检查与此结果相吻合。冷冻后人胚胎卵巢的细胞团体外培养时培养位中人绝经期促性腺激素（ｈＭＧ）最适浓度为５０ＩＵ／Ｌ，培养的最适天数为１～３ｄ。这对人胚胎卵巢细胞团同种异体移植时受体促性腺激素水平内及培养时间的选择与设定有重要指导意义。

Prognosis of fracture of the talus in children: 21 (7-34)-year follow-up of 14 cases

14 children suffering from a fracture of the talar neck or body were examined after 21 (7-34) years. The talar neck was fractured in 10 children and the talar body in 4. 3 fractures were displaced and primarily treated with reduction and immobilization. Nondisplaced fractures were treated conservatively. All fractures healed. All patients with displaced fractures had exercise-induced pain at follow-up. Of 11 patients with nondisplaced fractures only 1 had minor complaints.

CT and conventional radiographs showed arthrosis in the talocrural joint and normal subtalar joints in those with displaced fractures. The radio- graphic findings were normal after nondisplaced fractures.
