腰椎峡部裂的CT诊断

目的：回顾性分析腰椎峡部裂的ＣＴ表现并讨论其诊断与鉴别诊断，材料与方法，２３例患先行腰椎侧位扫描定位图像，采用与椎间盘平行的角度，自病变脊椎的上一椎体下缘边续发描至于下椎体上缘，层厚４或５ｍｍ必要时在峡部行２ｍｍ，层厚扫描，结果；２３例中，累及双侧２１例，单侧２例，发生在Ｌ５１６例，Ｌ４７例，ＣＴ表现为同一脊椎关节突间的低密度裂隙，出瑞椎弓根下缘平面，走行不规则，裂隙可宽可窄，表面不光滑。     

Dolastatin 10, a powerful cytostatic peptide derived from a marine animal. Inhibition of tubulin polymerization mediated through the vinca alkaloid binding domain

Dolastatin 10, a cytostatic peptide containing several unique amino acid subunits, was isolated from the marine shell-less mollusk Dolabella auricularia (Pettit GR, Kamano Y, Herald CL, Tuinman AA, Boettner FE, Kizu H, Schmidt JM, Baczynskyj L, Tomer KB and Bontems RJ, J Am Chem Soc 109: 6883-6885, 1987). Since our preliminary studies demonstrated that dolastatin 10 inhibited tubulin polymerization and the binding of radiolabeled vinblastine to tubulin, an initial characterization of the properties of dolastatin 10 included a comparison to other antimitotic drugs interfering with vinca alkaloid binding to tubulin (vinblastine, maytansine, rhizoxin, and phomopsin A). Dolastatin 10 inhibited the growth of L1210 murine leukemia cells in culture, with a concordant rise in the mitotic index, and its IC50 value for cell growth was 0.5 nM. Comparable values for the other drugs were 0.5 nM for maytansine, 1 nM for rhizoxin, 20 nM for vinblastine, and 7 microM for phomopsin A. IC50 values were also obtained for the polymerization of purified tubulin in glutamate: 1.2 microM for dolastatin 10, 1.4 microM for phomopsin A, 1.5 microM for vinblastine, 3.5 microM for maytansine, and 6.8 microM for rhizoxin. Dolastatin 10 and vinblastine were comparable in their effects on microtubule assembly dependent on microtubule-associated proteins. Preliminary studies indicated that dolastatin 10, like vinblastine, causes formation of a cold-stable tubulin aggregate at higher drug concentrations. We confirmed that rhizoxin, phomopsin A, and maytansine also inhibit the binding of radiolabeled vinblastine and vincristine to tubulin. Dolastatin 10 and phomopsin A were the strongest inhibitors of these reactions, and rhizoxin the weakest. Dolastatin 10, phomopsin A, maytansine, vinblastine, and rhizoxin all inhibited tubulin-dependent GTP hydrolysis. The greatest inhibition of hydrolysis was observed with dolastatin 10 and phomopsin A, and the least inhibition with rhizoxin.     

利用CO_2培养箱敞开式不换液羊水细胞培养方法的改进

本文对羊水培养方法进行了改进研究,探讨了培养液 pH 值对羊水细胞生长的影响。结果表明用 CO_2培养箱敞开培养,在 CO_2浓度为5.4%时羊水细胞最容易贴壁生长,一次性加液中间不换液可保持细胞生长的微环境稳定,是羊水细胞培养成功的关键。     

白细胞介素—2胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸水24例临床分析

恶性胸腔积液能严重影响病人的呼吸循环功能,加速病人死亡。本文对24例恶性胸腔积液病人给予白细胞介素—2(IL-2)胸腔灌注治疗,取得了明显效果。其总有效率(完全缓解率 部分缓解率)较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05),该作者认为该疗法治疗效果肯定,副作用轻,具有推广应用价值。     

不同膳食特点地区中老年人血红蛋白及其与膳食营养的关系

测定分析不同膳食特点地区975例年龄45～74岁中老年人的血红蛋白及其与膳食营养素的关系。结果牧民及城市居民贫血率低，北京及新疆托里分别为7.6％和4.6％。男性比女性血红蛋白高，血红蛋白随年龄增加而降低。相关分析结果血红蛋白与膳食热能、蛋白质、动物蛋白质与总蛋白质比值呈显著正相关。结果说明血红蛋白可用于中老年人营养状态监测。

家庭护理的危险因素分析及对策

随着人们法制观念的增强,对自身合法权益的维护越来越重视,对医疗护理质量的需求也越来越高。近年来,人民生活水平的不断提高,患心脑血管疾病、肿瘤等慢性疾病者增多,护理需求量增加,需要护理人员从医院走向社区,走入家庭,为个人、家庭、社会提供直接、连续、全面、方便、快捷、经济、优质的家庭护理服务,以满足社区居民的需求。我院于2002年5月开设了家庭护理,现已开展了12项服务内容,共对27例病人(149例次)实施家庭护理服务,护理服务对象平均年龄为74.8岁,其中脑梗死23例,多伴有偏瘫、失语,合并有高血压、糖尿病等疾病;恶性肿瘤2例;肾衰竭…     

臀上血管深上支的应用解剖

本文观察了52侧(男46,女6)成人尸体臀上动、静脉深上支进入髂嵴情况.臀上动、静脉深上支分为前、中、后支;本文测量了臀上动、静脉深上支的外径及各分支进入髂嵴的距离.臀上动、静脉深上支的分支在髂嵴前部及中部分布较多,前支的分支为3～8支,其中以4～6支者为多见,占78.8±5.5％;中支的分支1～4支,其中以2～3者为多见,占73.1±6.1％.因此,臀上动脉深上支作为游离髂骨移植术取髂嵴的前部和中部较宜.     

IS THE SEVERITY OF OSTEOSCLEROSIS OF FLUOROSIS PROPORTIONAL TO THE DOSE OF FLUORIDE INTAKE?

Histomorphometric study was made on a series of sections of undecalcified epiphyseal femoral specimens from rats with experimental fluorosis. The results revealed osteosclerosis in Group A (5 ppm) being more severe than that in Group B (25 ppm) With the increase of fluoride dose, the parameters fell down instead of increased in parallel. There is seemingly a threshold over which osteosclerosis in fluorosis becomes less severe. In contrast to Bely's conclusion the authors proposed that, fluoride toxi- city, besides decreasing the number of osteoblasts, may also activate the osteoblasts. The number of osteoblasts may be increased with relative lower dose of fluoride also. The net outcome is the in crement in bone volume. When toxic dose of fluoride is higher enough (higher than the proposed threshold), however, the number of osteoblasts and its activity are inhibited. So are the osteocytes. This interpretation may be the cytological basis for osteosclerosis in the experimental fluorosis.     

协同刺激分子CD28在结核杆菌抗原体外激活人外周血γδT细胞中的作用

目的 :为了探讨CD2 8协同刺激分子在结核杆菌 (Mtb)低分子多肽抗原体外激活人外周血γδ T细胞中的作用。方法 :采用激发型抗CD2 8单抗模拟第二信号 ,Mtb低分子多肽抗原作为刺激原 ,对纯化的人外周血T细胞进行体外刺激和培养 ;用流式细胞仪检测γδ T细胞上CD2 8分子的表达、γδ T细胞的增殖效应及活化的γδ T细胞上CD6 9分子的表达。结果 :人外周血γδ T细胞中有 5 0 %左右表达CD2 8分子 ;抗CD2 8单抗协同Mtb抗原可刺激γδ T细胞的活化和增殖 ;但抗CD2 8单抗或Mtb抗原单独刺激则无作用。活化的γδ T细胞表面表达CD6 9分子。结论 :Mtb抗原在选择性活化人外周血γδ T细胞时需要第二信号的参与 ;CD2 8在Mtb抗原激活γδ T细胞时可提供协同刺激信号 ;CD6 9可作为γδ T细胞的早期活化标志。
