Delphinidin is an anthocyanidin monomer, commonly found in vegetables and fruits, and has demonstrated antitumor effects in the HER-2-positive MDA-MB-453 breast cancer cell line, with low cytotoxicity on normal breast cells. However, the direct functional mechanisms underlying the effect of delphinidin on HER-2-positive breast cancer cells has not been fully characterized. In the present study, it was found that delphinidin could induce G2/M phase cell cycle arrest by inhibiting the protein expression level of cyclin B1 and Cdk1 in HER-2-positive breast cancer cell lines. In addition, delphinidin promoted the mitochondrial apoptosis pathway by inhibiting the ERK and NF-κB signaling pathway and activating the JNK signaling pathway. Therefore, delphinidin markedly suppressed the viability of the HER-2-positive breast cancer cell lines by modulating the cell cycle and inducing apoptosis. Overall, the findings from the present study demonstrated that delphinidin treatment could induce the mitochondrial apoptosis pathway in human HER-2-positive breast cancer cell lines, providing an experimental basis for the prevention and treatment of HER-2-positive breast cancer by flavonoids. 相似文献

This study examined the protective effect of two natural antioxidants, ginsenoside Rb-1 and quercetin, on acute nephrosis induced by puromycin aminonucleoside (PA). The protective action of Rb-1 and quercetin were evidenced by their ability to suppress the formation of phosphatidylcholine hydroperoxide in the plasma, liver and kidney. Another beneficial effect noted from these natural antioxidants was increased glutathione peroxidase activity in the blood. Our results suggest that the severity of PA-induced acute nephrosis can be ameliorated by the antioxidative action of these two flavonoids. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

目的评价早期应用BiPAP呼吸机无创正压通气(NIPPV)对神经肌肉疾病出现急性呼吸衰竭的治疗效果。方法在常规治疗的基础上早期采用BiPAP呼吸机NIPPV治疗神经肌肉疾病出现的呼吸衰竭患者25例,并比较NIPPV治疗前后动脉血气、呼吸频率、心率的变化及转归。结果用BiiPAP呼吸机NIPPV治疗1h后,患者动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)和动脉血氧分压(PaO2)上升,心率(HR)减漫(P<0·05);48h及72h后PaO2,SaO2,HR,呼吸频率(RR)持续好转(P<0·05)。21例治疗有效,4例治疗失败需有创通气,总有效率84%(21/25)。采用NIPPV治疗出现并发症8例。结论用BiPAP呼吸机NIPPV治疗神经肌肉疾病早期的呼吸衰竭疗效明显,减少了气管插管给患者带来的痛苦。 相似文献

Ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) materials have been prevalent joint replacement materials for more than 45 years because of their excellent biocompatibility and wear resistance. In this study, functionalized activated nanocarbon (FANC) was prepared by grafting maleic anhydride polyethylene onto acid-treated activated nanocarbon. A novel porous UHMWPE composite was prepared by incorporating the appropriate amount of FANC and pore-forming agents during the hot-pressing process for medical UHMWPE powder. The experimental results showed that the best prepared porous UHMWPE/FANC exhibited appropriate tensile strength, porosity, and excellent hydrophilicity, with a contact angle of 65.9°. In vitro experiments showed that the porous UHMWPE/FANC had excellent biocompatibility, which is due to its porous structure and hydrophilicity caused by FANC. This study demonstrates the potential viability for our porous UHMWPE/FANC to be used as cartilage replacement material for biomedical applications. 相似文献

目的观察自拟益肾化瘀方配合来氟米特治疗慢性进展性IgA肾病的临床疗效。方法将确诊为IgA肾病的患者45例随机分为中药组、西药组和中西医结合组各15例,中药组予以自拟益肾化瘀方治疗,西药组予以来氟米特治疗,中西医结合组在来氟米特治疗基础上联合自拟益肾化瘀方治疗,观察3组疗效。结果治疗6个月后总有效率中药组80%,西药组71%,中西医结合组93%。各组治疗后24 h尿蛋白均显著改善(P0.01或0.05),中西医结合组更明显(P0.05)。结论自拟益肾化瘀方配合来氟米特治疗IgA肾病,近期降尿蛋白疗效显著,具有较好的耐受性及安全性。 相似文献

Research using medical imaging instruments such as computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging has led to the proposal that the fascial network distributed over the human body is the anatomical basis for the acupoints and meridians of traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, we put forward a new theory of anatomy called fascial anatomy. In fascial anatomy, a human body is divided into two major systems. One is the supporting-storing system of unspecialized connective tissues. The other is a functional system. An undifferentiated non-specific connective tissue network, with the participation of the nervous and the immune systems, constitutes the supporting-storing system of the human body. The various differentiated functional cells in the body that are supported and surrounded by the supporting-storing system constitute the functional system. The discipline that studies the supporting-storing system and the mutual relationship between this system and the functional system in a living human body is called fasciaology. The establishment of fascial anatomy and fasciaology opens a new research field in anatomy; consequently, fasciaology will play a significant role in biological medicine and traditional Chinese medical research, as well as future clinical practice. 相似文献

目的:探讨老年慢性心衰(CHF)患者N-末端脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)与体重指数(BMI)之间的关系及临床意义.方法:119例CHF患者按美国心脏病协会(NYHA)分级方法分为心功能Ⅱ级组(n=38)、Ⅲ级组(n=42)及心功能Ⅳ级组(n=38).以不同BMI值把每组再分为三亚组:体型正常(BMI〈24 kg/m^2)、超重(24 kg/m^2≤BMI<28kg/m^2)及肥胖亚1组(BMI≥28kg/m^2).ELISA法测定血浆Nt-proBNP浓度.比较不同心功能组Nt-proBNP浓度差异及同一组不同亚组间Nt-proBNP浓度差异,并在组内进行NT-proBNP与BMI相关性分析.结果:NT-proBNP随心功能分级程度升高而显著增加(P〈0.01).在同一心功能组中,正常、超重及肥胖亚组血浆NT-proBNP浓度逐渐下降,BMI与NT-proBNP之间存在负相关关系( P〈0.001).结论: 老年慢性心衰患者中血浆NT-proBNP浓度随BMI增加而降低.在应用NT-proBNP进行心功能评估时应考虑肥胖因素对其产生的影响. 相似文献
