Smooth muscle relaxant effect of dehydroindicolactone

Dehydroindicolactone, a novel linear furanocoumarin with an 8-substituted side chain carrying a 5-member ring lactone, showed spasmolytic activity in a number of smooth muscle preparations. The spasmolytic activity seems to lie in its ability to block the dihydropyridine-sensitive calcium channel.     

Horner syndrome

Horner syndrome is an uncommon but important clinical entity, representing interruption of the sympathetic pathway to the eye and face. Horner syndrome is almost always diagnosed clinically, though pharmacological testing can be used to confirm the diagnosis. Imaging modalities such as PET, CT and MRI are important components of work‐up for patients presenting with acquired Horner syndrome. Our patient’s presentation with Horner syndrome unmasked the causative superior sulcus squamous cell carcinoma and a coincidental lower lobe adenocarcinoma. Successful radical treatment of these cancers resulted in complete resolution of the syndrome and disease‐free survival at 18 months. We review the anatomy and pathophysiology underlying this and other causes of Horner syndrome.     

痛力克对癌症疼痛镇痛效果的临床观察

应用印度ＬＵＰＩＮ公司提供的痛力克（酮酷酸氨丁三醇 ）对中重度癌症疼痛３０例进行镇痛效果的临床观察，有效率９３％，平均显效时间９ｍｉｎ，均数缓解时间５．１ｈ，并用哌替啶做了同期交叉自身镇痛对比研究，结果表明：两药的镇痛效果相似（Ｐ＞０．０５），但痛力克的不良反应发生率明显低于哌替啶。     

必须重视中药新药质量标准和制剂稳定性的研究

从审评工作的角度,提出我国要研制出在世界上有竞争力、安全有效的中药新药,必须重视中药新药质量标准和制剂稳定性的研究。同时,应加强新药审批办法的学习,以提高中药新药的申报水平。     

尼莫地平控释片释放度试验研究

本文研究了尼莫地平控释片的释放度试验方法——转篮法，释放介质为含有２２％异丙醇的０．１ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１盐酸液；磷酸盐缓冲液（ｐＨ５．８）和ｐＨ７．２的溶液。含量测定方法：紫外分光光度法，在三种介质中尼莫地平分别在１～３０μｇ·ｍｌ－１，１０～５０μｇ·ｍｌ－１和１０～５０μｇ·ｍｌ－１的范围内，浓度与吸收度有较好的线性关系。回归方程分别为Ａ＝０．６１５Ｃ＋０．０２３（ｒ＝０．９９９９）；Ａ＝０．０６１４Ｃ＋０．０１２（ｒ＝０．９９９５）；Ａ＝０．０６１２Ｃ＋０．００８８（ｒ＝０．９９９９）。平均回收率分别为９９．６３％，９９．９８％及１００．７７％，ＲＳＤ（％）分别为１．３４％，１．５９％及１．４１％。本方法的体外释放百分率与体内吸收分数有较好的相关性（ｒ＝０．９９１）。     

Global exponential stability of generalized recurrent neural networks with discrete and distributed delays.

This paper is concerned with analysis problem for the global exponential stability of a class of recurrent neural networks (RNNs) with mixed discrete and distributed delays. We first prove the existence and uniqueness of the equilibrium point under mild conditions, assuming neither differentiability nor strict monotonicity for the activation function. Then, by employing a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, a linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach is developed to establish sufficient conditions for the RNNs to be globally exponentially stable. Therefore, the global exponential stability of the delayed RNNs can be easily checked by utilizing the numerically efficient Matlab LMI toolbox, and no tuning of parameters is required. A simulation example is exploited to show the usefulness of the derived LMI-based stability conditions.     

HD-91-2型肝病治疗仪治疗脂肪肝24例临床观察

[目的]探讨脂肪肝有效治疗方法。[方法]采用HD-91-2型肝病治疗仪、中药穴位透入、推按运经治疗脂肪肝24例。[结果]总有效率为91.67%。[结论]HD-91-2型肝病治疗仪作为一非药物治疗脂肪肝又一途径,是值得临床推广。     

浅谈网络时代高校大学生思想政治教育工作

当前我们正经历着21世纪跨时空的信息革命，走进了网络信息的时代，网络比以往任何一次技术革命对社会的政治、经济、文化的冲击更强大，它塑造了一种全新的生活和工作状态。正是由于网络信息传播的影响而造成了人类的价值观和思维模式的变化，同时对当今大学生的思想也产生了较大的影响。那么，如何充分运用网络资源和信息技术传播社会主流价值形态和切实加强大学生思想政治教育成为社会关注的问题，也日益成为高校大学生思想政治教育工作者亟待研究和正在解决的重要课题。     

Dynamic observation on thyroid function in severe head injury.

The dynamic changes of thyroid hormone levels in patients with severe head injury were observed. The results showed that the serum thyroid hormone levels changed rapidly within several hours after the injury and the mean levels of serum total T3 and T4 (TT3, TT4) decreased while high reverse triiodothyronine (rT3) increased significantly. Serum TT3, TT4 and rT3 levels returned to normal gradually in 2 to 3 weeks after the injury in the surviving group, whereas serum total T4 gradually declined and rT3 steadily increased in the fatal group. The mean levels of serum TSH remained unchanged in both groups. Therefore, the use of the levels of serum thyroid hormones as adjuvant indices can be helpful in making pertinent judgements of the severity and prognosis of severe head injuries.
