Tea is popular worldwide with multiple health benefits. It may be contaminated by the accidental introduction of toxigenic fungi during production and storage. The present study focuses on potential mycotoxin contamination in tea and the probable dietary exposure assessments associated with consumption. The contamination levels for 16 mycotoxins in 352 Chinese tea samples were determined by ultra-performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry. Average concentrations of almost all mycotoxins in tea samples were below the established regulations, except for ochratoxin A in the dark tea samples. A risk assessment was performed for the worst-case scenarios by point evaluation and Monte Carlo assessment model using the obtained mycotoxin levels and the available green, oolong, black, and dark tea consumption data from cities in China. Additionally, we discuss dietary risk through tea consumption as beverages and dietary supplements. In conclusion, there is no dietary risk of exposure to mycotoxins through tea consumption in the Chinese population. 相似文献

Electrocatalytic conversion of carbon dioxide (CO2) into specific renewable fuels is an attractive way to mitigate the greenhouse effect and solve the energy crisis. AunCu100-n/C alloy nanoparticles (AunCu100−n/C NPs) with tunable compositions, a highly active crystal plane and a strained lattice were synthesized by the thermal solvent co-reduction method. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) results show that AunCu100−n/C catalysts display a subtle lattice strain and dominant (111) crystal plane, which can be adjusted by the alloy composition. Electrochemical results show that AunCu100−n/C alloy catalysts for CO2 reduction display high catalytic activity; in particular, the Faradaic efficiency of Au75Cu25/C is up to 92.6% for CO at −0.7 V (vs. the reversible hydrogen electrode), which is related to lattice shrinkage and the active facet. This research provides a new strategy with which to design strong and active nanoalloy catalysts with lattice mismatch and main active surfaces for CO2 reduction reaction. 相似文献

Bunyaviruses cause diseases in vertebrates, arthropods, and plants. Here, we used high-throughput RNA-seq to identify a bunya-like virus in rice plants showing the dwarfing symptom, which was tentatively named rice dwarf-associated bunya-like virus (RDaBV). The RDaBV genome consists of L, M, and S segments. The L segment has 6562 nt, and encodes an RdRp with a conserved Bunya_RdRp super family domain. The M segment has 1667 nt and encodes a nonstructural protein (NS). The complementary strand of the 1120 nt S segment encodes a nucleocapsid protein (N), while its viral strand encodes a small nonstructural protein (NSs). The amino acid (aa) sequence identities of RdRp, NS, and N between RDaBV and viruses from the family Discoviridae were the highest. Surprisingly, the RDaBV NSs protein did not match any viral proteins. Phylogenetic analysis based on RdRp indicated that RDaBV is evolutionarily close to viruses in the family Discoviridae. The PVX-expressed system indicated that RDaBV N and NS may be symptom determinants of RDaBV. Our movement complementation and callose staining experiment results confirmed that RDaBV NSs is a viral movement protein in plants, while an agro-infiltration experiment found that RDaBV NS is an RNA silencing suppressor. Porous concrete is an energy absorption material, which has been widely used in civil engineering, traffic engineering and disaster reduction engineering. However, the effect of pore structure on the impact behavior of the porous concrete is lacked. In this study, a series of drop-weight impact tests were carried out on three typical types of porous concrete, i.e., concrete hollow brick (CHB), autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) and foamed concrete (FC), to investigate the effect of pore structures on their impact behavior. For comparison, static load tests were also conducted as references. According to the damage to the samples, the developments of impact force, strain, contact stress–strain relationship and absorbed energy during drop-weight during the impact test were measured and analyzed. The results show that the ratio between the peak impact stress and compressive strength of CHB was 0.44, while that of AAC and FC increased to about 0.6, indicating that the small and uniform pore structure in AAC and FC had a higher resistance against impact load than the hollow cavity of CHB. In addition, the elastic recovery strain in AAC increased by about 0.2% and its strain at peak contact stress increased by about 160% for a comparison of CHB, implying that a small open pore structure could enhance ductility. Besides, the peak contact stress of FC was close to that of AAC during impact loading, while the strain at peak contact stress of FC increased by about 36% compared with AAC, revealing that the closed-pore structure could further enhance the deformation potential. Correspondingly, the energy absorption rates of CHB, AAC and FC were 85.9 kJ/s, 54.4 kJ/s and 49.7 kJ/s, respectively, where AAC decreased by about 58% compared with CHB, and FC decreased by about 10% compared with AAC. 相似文献

Infectious laryngotracheitis virus (ILTV) causes severe respiratory disease in chickens and results in huge economic losses in the poultry industry worldwide. To correlate the genomic difference with the replication and pathogenicity, phenotypes of three ILTVs isolated from chickens in China from 2016 to 2018 were sequenced by high-throughput sequencing. Based on the entire genome, the isolates GD2018 and SH2017 shared 99.9% nucleotide homology, while the isolate SH2016 shared 99.7% nucleotide homology with GD2018 and SH2017, respectively. Each virus genome contained 82 ORFs encoding 77 kinds of protein, 31 of which share the same amino acid sequence in the three viruses. GD2018 and SH2017 shared 57 proteins with the same amino acid sequence, while SH2016 shared 42 and 41 proteins with the amino acid sequences of GD2018 and SH2017, respectively. SH2016 propagated efficiently in allantoic fluid and on chorioallantoic membranes (CAMs) of SPF chicken embryo eggs, while GD2018 and SH2017 proliferated well only on CAMs. GD2018 propagated most efficiently on CAMs and LMH cells among three isolates. SH2016 caused serious clinical symptoms, while GD2018 and SH2017 caused mild and moderate clinical symptoms in chickens, although the sero of the chickens infected with those three isolates were all positive for anti-ILTV antibody at 14 and 21 days after challenge. Three ILTVs with high genetic homology showed significant differences in the replication in different culture systems and the pathogenicity of chickens, providing basic materials for studying the key determinants of pathogenicity of ILTV. 相似文献

Brain [3H]diazepam and [3H]L-phenylisopropyladenosine binding sites in caffeine treated (75 mg/kg/day, i.p. 12 days) and caffeine withdrawn (30 days) rats were examined. Treatment with caffeine (75 mg/kg/day) for 12 days increases the Bmax (maximum binding capacity) for [3H]diazepam binding by 30.9% whereas the same treatment increases the Bmax for [3H]L-PIA binding by 165%. The Bmax for [3H]diazepam binding sites returns to slightly below control levels but [3H]L-PIA binding sites remain elevated after 30 days of caffeine withdrawal. These findings suggest that the up-regulation of [3H]diazepam binding sites seen in caffeine treated rats may not be adequately explained by a direct antagonism of caffeine on benzodiazepine receptors. 目的研究麻仁软胶囊对便秘型肠易激综合征(IBS)模型大鼠5-HT含量的影响,探讨麻仁软胶囊治疗便秘型IBS的作用机制。方法将大鼠分为中药组、西药组、模型组、正常组4组,采用冰水灌胃慢性刺激方法将前3组复制为大鼠便秘型IBS模型,观察各组大鼠粪便的数量及性状,于第14天造模成功后中药组灌中药,西药组灌西药,模型组及正常组予以正常饮食。于第28天将各组大鼠进行解剖取其部分结肠,将其做成石蜡切片,在HE染色下和SABC免疫组化染色下镜下观察各组肠组织变化及肠黏膜上5-HT的含量。结果IBS模型大鼠5-HT表达增高,出现IBS临床症状;经麻仁软胶囊干预后,大鼠5-HT表达降低。结论麻仁软胶囊可增高大鼠肠道敏感性,其作用机制与降低大鼠结肠5-HT表达、增高肠道敏感性有关。 相似文献

The therapeutic efficacy of cisplatin has been restricted by drug resistance of cancers. Intracellular glutathione (GSH) detoxification of cisplatin under the catalysis of glutathione S-transferases (GST) plays important roles in the development of cisplatin resistance. Herein, a strategy of “pincer movement” based on simultaneous GSH depletion and GST inhibition is proposed to enhance cisplatin-based chemotherapy. Specifically, a redox-responsive nanomedicine based on disulfide-bridged degradable organosilica hybrid nanoparticles is developed and loaded with cisplatin and ethacrynic acid (EA), a GST inhibitor. Responding to high level of intracellular GSH, the hybrid nanoparticles can be gradually degraded due to the break of disulfide bonds, which further promotes drug release. Meanwhile, the disulfide-mediated GSH depletion and EA-induced GST inhibition cooperatively prevent cellular detoxification of cisplatin and reverse drug resistance. Moreover, the nanomedicine is integrated into microneedles for intralesional drug delivery against cisplatin-resistant melanoma. The in vivo results show that the nanomedicine-loaded microneedles can achieve significant GSH depletion, GST inhibition, and consequent tumor growth suppression.
