电子鼻咽喉镜下声带息肉切除术疗效分析(附128例报告)

目的探讨电子鼻咽喉镜下声带息肉切除术的临床疗效。方法应用Dr．Speech4．0嗓音分析软件，对128例在电子鼻咽喉镜下切除声带息肉患者的嗓音声学参数进行分析比较。结果128例声带息肉患者术后7～15天Jitter、Shimmer、NNE、HNR、SNR恢复正常，与术前相比，差异有非常显著性意义(P＜O．01)；而FD与术前相比，差异无显著,Sk(P＞O．05)。结论电子鼻咽喉镜下声带息肉切除术具有操作简单、安全、费用低、疗效好的优点。     

A PRELIMINARY STUDY OF THE ACTION OF MALE HOR MONE ON HIGH DENSITY LIPOPROTEIN-CHOLESTEROL

Plasma testosterone and estradiol are determined in 72 patients with abnormal high density lipoprotein. cholesterol (HDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol/total cholesterol (H/T) ratio values, and in 72 randomly chosen males with normal HDLC and H/T values. The results showed that plasma testosterone levels in the groups with abnormal HDL-C and H/T were obviously lower than those in the controls. Statistically significant differences were found in all the abnormal groups in comparison with the controls (P0.20). Testosterone levels lowered further with increasing age in the groups with abnormal HDL-C and H/T., the most obvious drops were in the groups around 56 years of age (P<0.005). The data indicate that male hormone deficiency may reduce HDL-C and H.'T and facilitate the process of atherosclero_is. Therefore, it seems rational to treat such patients with male sex hormone preparations or to use the traditional Chinese medicines which strengthen Yang (maleness) in a new attempt to treat and prevent CHD.     

河北省中药混乱品种鉴别研究——6.蕲蛇及其伪品的鉴别

按照中国药典1985年版蕲蛇为蝰科动物五步蛇除去内脏的干燥体。近年在河北省的药村商品中,发现有游蛇科动物滑鼠蛇混入其中,充当蕲蛇。作者应用解剖、组织切片的方法,研究了蕲蛇与滑鼠蛇在形态组织上的鉴别特征。它们的主要区别在于:鳞片、体表花纹、牙齿、鼻骨的形态;椎骨的形态与组织特征。据此可以鉴别蕲蛇与滑鼠蛇的真伪。     

崇文区健身器材卫生状况调查

目的：了解健身场所健身器材的卫生状况,为制定卫生标准提供依据。方法：随机抽取14家健身场所的健身器材为调查对象,选择营业高峰期间对其健身器材进行检测。结果：健身俱乐部的健身器材微生物污染程度高于健身附属场所,大型健身场所微生物污染程度明显高于中型、小型场所,操厅的微生物污染相对于有氧区、力量区严重,健身器材中以扶杆、健身球、形体垫子及力量机的微生物污染最为严重。结论：健身器材的微生物污染严重,从业人员缺乏卫生消毒知识,应尽早将健身场所纳入《公共场所卫生管理条例》管理范畴,并制定相应的国家卫生标准,加强对从业人员的卫生宣教,从而有效改善健身器材卫生状况。     

扩张型心肌病与β1 受体自身抗体关系初探

目的 探讨抗β1受体自身抗体与扩张型心肌病（DCM）之间的关系。方法 以人心脏β1受体细胞外第二环表位肽段作为抗原，应用酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）技术，检测28例DCM患者和32例正常人血清中β1受体的自身抗体。结果 DCM患者血清中有13例（46％）抗β1受体自身抗体阳性，正常人血清中有2例（6％），两组阳性率差异有显著性（P＜0．01）；DCM组自身抗体平均几何滴度为1：92，显著高于正常对照组1：20（P＜0．01）；DCM患者中自身抗体阳性者的抗体滴度在不同心功能间的分布差异有显著性（P＜0．001）。结论 DCM患者存在着β1受体自身抗体且其滴度也明显高于正常对照组。     

Mechanisms of protective action of radix Salviae miltiorrhizae (RSM) against experimental hepatic injury in rats]

The results indicated that RSM could significantly inhibit the lipid peroxidation of normal livers and cultured hepatocytes of rats, induce liver microsomal cytochrome P450 in normal rats, increase nucleic acids, proteins, urea and cerolloplasmin of damaged cultured hepatocytes of rats, relieve ultrastructural damage of cultured hepatocytes induced by CCl4. The pharmacological actions mentioned above should be considered as important mechanisms of RSM against liver injury.     

肠外营养与生长激素联合应用对外科大手术术后患者蛋白代谢的影响

目的观察肠外营养与生长激素联合应用对大手术术后患者蛋白代谢的影响。方法将拟实施外科大手术(四类以上手术)熏APACHE-Ⅱ评分>7分的患者30例,入院后随机分为3组熏A组穴n=10雪押肠外营养治疗与生长激素穴金磊赛增雪联合治疗组(PN+GH)鸦B组穴n=10雪押肠外营养治疗组(PN)鸦C组穴n=10雪押正常补液组。其中A组在术后第2天开始给予生长激素皮下肌注,连续7d。结果术后8d内,B、C组患者均处于负氮平衡状态,血清白蛋白与胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)维持较低水平,A组在术后5d机体开始恢复氮平衡,血清白蛋白与IGF-Ⅰ水平逐渐上升,A组与B、C组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论较大的外科手术打击后,单纯给予常规的肠外营养要素不能被机体有效的利用,GH能够提高机体对肠外营养要素的利用率,促进机体蛋白合成。     

血清TPS浓度在消化道肿瘤中价值的研究

共选择３０例消化道肿瘤病人，其中食管癌，胃癌，大肠癌各１０例，设健康献血者３０例，对两组血清特异型组织多肽抗原浓度进行了检测，结果肿瘤组血清ＴＰＳ浓度明显高于健康人。消化道肿瘤阳性检出经达７０％，其中食管癌８０％，胃癌６０％，大肠癌７０％。消化道肿瘤合并淋巴转移阳性检出率达７６．９％，其中食管癌１００％，胃癌６６．７％，大肠癌７０．０％。随着病程发展，血清ＴＰＳ浓度呈现升高趋势。     

PREVIOUS INTRAVENOUS CHEMOTHERAPY DOES NOT ALTER RESPONSE RATE OR SURVIVAL TIME OF PATIENTS WITH HEPATIC METASTASES FROM COLORECTAL CANCER TREATED BY HEPATIC ARTERY CHEMOTHERAPY

Background : The present paper addressed the issue of whether pretreatment with intravenous (IV) chemotherapy affects response rate or survival in patients receiving hepatic artery chemotherapy (HAC). Methods : Case note reviews of 164 patients treated in a teaching hospital from June 1990 to July 1996 were carried out. Results : The response rate and carcino-embryonic antigen (CEA) fall in the two groups was almost identical. There was a nonsignificant survival advantage in the non-pretreatment group. Conclusions : Previous administration of IV chemotherapy did not affect the CEA response of patients receiving HAC.
