目的 :初步评价FDG双探头符合成像与X线断层图像同机融合在胸腹部肿瘤病变诊断中的价值。材料和方法 :回顾性分析 2 2例疑为胸腹部肿瘤或肿瘤术后复发而行18F -FDG双探头符合成像与X线断层联合扫描同机图像融合患者的资料。结果 :14例肿瘤或肿瘤术后复发的患者FDG显像 ,在 34个病灶中共检出 33个病灶 ( 97.1% )。融合影像可更加直观清晰地显示占位性病变或肿大淋巴结的代谢活性。其中 4例 ( 4 /14 )患者位于邻近膈肌上下及胸椎体、前列腺的 6个病灶 ( 6 /34)必须借助融合图像才能精确定位。结论 :FDG双探头符合成像与X线断层图像同机融合可明显提高符合显像定位诊断的准确性。 相似文献

Intractable neuropathic pain often results from nerve injury. One immediate event in damaged nerve is a sustained increase in spontaneous afferent activity, which has a well-established role in ongoing pain. Using two rat models of neuropathic pain, the CCI and SNI models, we show that local, temporary nerve blockade of this afferent activity permanently inhibits the subsequent development of both thermal hyperalgesia and mechanical allodynia. Timing is critical-the nerve blockade must last at least 3-5 days and is effective if started immediately after nerve injury, but not if started at 10 days after injury when neuropathic pain is already established. Effective nerve blockade also prevents subsequent development of spontaneous afferent activity measured electrophysiologically. Similar results were obtained in both pain models, and with two blockade methods (200mg of a depot form bupivacaine at the injury site, or perfusion of the injured nerve just proximal to the injury site with TTX). These results indicate that early spontaneous afferent fiber activity is the key trigger for the development of pain behaviors, and suggest that spontaneous activity may be required for many of the later changes in the sensory neurons, spinal cord, and brain observed in neuropathic pain models. Many pre-clinical and clinical studies of pre-emptive analgesia have used much shorter duration of blockade, or have not started immediately after the injury. 目的 探索基于国际功能、残疾和健康分类(ICF)理念下的家庭式手工训练对痉挛型偏瘫脑瘫患儿功能独立性的影响。方法 选取2021年3月至9月广州市社会福利院康复医院康复科收治的50例6~12岁存在手运动功能障碍的痉挛型偏瘫脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组与对照组,每组各25例。试验组男15例、女10例,年龄(8.2±1.0)岁;对照组男14例、女11例,年龄(8.6±0.6)岁。使用《国际功能、残疾和健康分类(儿童和青少年版)》(ICF-CY)核心分类组合简明通用版对两组患儿进行初评,与护理员(监护人角色)共同制定针对性的综合康复方案,并根据康复方案对护理员进行相应培训。试验组护理员对患儿每天进行40 min手工训练+常规康复治疗,对照组护理员对患儿每天进行常规康复治疗,持续干预3个月。比较两组患儿治疗前后的功能独立性。采用χ2检验、t检验。结果 两组患儿治疗前儿童功能独立性评定量表(WeeFIM)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,试验组WeeFIM评分明显高于对照组[(75.76±5.07)分比(61.24±3.06)分],且两组患儿治疗后WeeFIM评分均明显高于治疗前[(75.76±5.07)分比(49.84±3.95)分、(61.24±3.06)分比(49.84±3.46)分],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);试验组治疗前后差值[(25.92±3.39)分]与对照组[(11.40±2.78)分]比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 手工训练对痉挛型偏瘫脑瘫患儿功能独立性有较好改善,可适当将手工训练引入居家及社区康复治疗中。 相似文献

We discuss here the potential mechanisms of action associated with hypertrophic (HCM) or dilated (DCM) cardiomyopathy causing mutations in the myosin regulatory (RLC) and essential (ELC) light chains. Specifically, we focus on four HCM mutations: RLC-A13T, RLC-K104E, ELC-A57G and ELC-M173V, and one DCM RLC-D94A mutation shown by population studies to cause different cardiomyopathy phenotypes in humans. Our studies indicate that RLC and ELC mutations lead to heart disease through different mechanisms with RLC mutations triggering alterations of the secondary structure of the RLC which further affect the structure and function of the lever arm domain and impose changes in the cross bridge cycling rates and myosin force generation ability. The ELC mutations exert their detrimental effects through changes in the interaction of the N-terminus of ELC with actin altering the cross talk between the thick and thin filaments and ultimately resulting in an altered force-pCa relationship. We also discuss the effect of mutations on myosin light chain phosphorylation. Exogenous myosin light chain phosphorylation and/or pseudo-phosphorylation were explored as potential rescue tools to treat hypertrophy-related cardiac phenotypes. 相似文献

In this work, we explored a facile, scalable and effective method for substantially enhancing photocurrent and incident-photon-to-current efficiency of WO3 thin-film photoanodes by a mild reduction treatment under low oxygen pressure. Experimental data from photoelectrochemical and electrochemical impedance spectroscopies have shown that such treatment can increase the charge carrier density on WO3 photoanode surfaces resulting in improvements in hole collection efficiency and reduction in charge recombination. Despite a much thinner layer of WO3 (about 500 nm) compared to those in other published studies, the electrodes exhibited an ultra-high photocurrent density of 1.81 mA cm−2 at 1.23 V vs. RHE. This current density is one of the highest ones among WO3-based photoanodes described in literature.
