目的开发复用医疗器械灭菌信息记录系统,提高信息记录质量与可追溯性。方法在供应室管理系统基础上,按C/S结构应用Power Builder语言建立复用医疗器械灭菌信息记录系统,包括器械回收、清洗与包装、灭菌、发放、使用登记、跟踪查询模块。结果应用复用医疗器械灭菌信息记录系统后,灭菌物品记录时间、漏记录数及灭菌包可追溯率显著优于手工记录(均P0.01)。结论复用医疗器械灭菌信息记录系统可明显提高器械灭菌信息记录质量与可追溯性,进一步确保医疗安全。  相似文献

Objective: This study attempted to examine the methylation status of SH3GL2 gene in different types of human vulvar lesions and its correlation with clinicopathological parameters. Methods: Immunohistochemical analysis was used to identify the expression status of SH3GL2 in vulvar squamous cell carcinoma (VSCC), vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia (VIN) and benign vulvar squamous epithelium tissues. Bisulfite genomic sequencing method was used to detect methylation status of the SH3GL2 gene. Clinicopathological correlation of the alterations was analysed by the chi-square tests. Results: Immunohistochemical analysis showed expression of SH3GL2 in VSCC was significantly downregulated than that in VIN and normal vulvar tissues. In accordance with higher frequency of methylation status in SH3GL2, statistical analysis showed methylation status of SH3GL2 was closely related to tumor TNM stage (P=0.003), but not related to age, tumor volume, tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis and VIN grade. High-methylation status of SH3GL2 showed significant association with HPV infection status. Conclusions: Our results indicated that the methylation status of SH3GL2 gene was associated with the TNM staging and HPV infection status of VSCC, suggesting that it might play a synergistic role in the development of VSCC.  相似文献

Porphyromonas gingivalis, an important periodontal pathogen, has been proved to actively invade cells, induce endothelial cell activation, and promote development of atherosclerosis. Innate immune surveillance, which includes the activity of nucleotide‐binding oligomerization domain (NOD)‐like receptors (NLRs) and Toll‐like receptors (TLRs), are essential for the control of microbial infections; however, the roles of receptor families in P. gingivalis infections remain unclear. Here, we examined the roles of NLRs and TLRs in endothelial cell activation caused by P. gingivalis. Live P. gingivalis and whole cell sonicates were used to stimulate endothelial cells, and both showed upregulation of E‐selectin as well as NOD1, NOD2, and TLR2. In addition, silencing of these genes in endothelial cells infected with P. gingivalis led to a reduction in E‐selectin expression. Porphyromonas gingivalis also induced nuclear factor‐κB (NF‐κB) and P38 mitogen‐activated protein kinase (MAPK) activity in endothelial cells, whereas small interfering RNA targeting NOD1 significantly reduced these signals. Moreover, inhibition of either NOD2 or TLR2 inhibited NF‐κB significantly, but had only a weak inhibitory effect on P38 MAPK signaling. Direct inhibition of NF‐κB and P38 MAPK significantly attenuated E‐selectin expression induced by P. gingivalis in endothelial cells. Taken together, these findings suggest that NOD1, NOD2, and TLR2 play important, non‐redundant roles in endothelial cell activation following P. gingivalis infection.  相似文献

Background: Pulmonary mucoepidermoid carcinoma (PMEC) is a rare malignant neoplasm with remarkable resemblance to mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the salivary glands. It constitutes a unique set of patient population. In this study we briefly discussed the current state of knowledge of PMEC and described the clinical presentation and management of 27 PMEC cases. This study aimed to discuss the utility of surgical treatment in the patients with pulmonary mucoepidermoid carcinoma. Methods: We retrospectively studied 27 cases with the diagnosis of PMEC, divided into low grade and high grade based on histopathological characteristics. The clinical symptoms, radiological manifestations, pathological characteristics, treatment strategy and prognosis were systemically analyzed. Results: The tumor could occur in any lobe of the lungs. The treatment included surgical intervention and/or adjuvant therapies. While the sex-age distribution and initial staging was not different between low- and high- grade PMEC, the disease control rate (95%) and 5 year survival (95%) were much higher in low-grade PMEC than the high-grade cases (57.1% and 42.9%, respectively). Conclusion: The clinical, radiographical and pathological features of PMECs were systemically analyzed and summarized, and the utility of pathological grading system as the independent prognostic factor in addition to clinical staging was confirmed.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE

Chronically high nonesterified fatty acids (NEFAs) are a marker of metabolic dysfunction and likely increase risk of type 2 diabetes. By comparison, n-3 fatty acids (FAs) have been shown to have various health benefits and may protect against disease development. In 5,697 participants of the Multi-Ethnic Study of Atherosclerosis (MESA), we examined whether serum levels of NEFAs relate to risk of incident type 2 diabetes and further tested whether plasma n-3 FA levels may interact with this relation.

RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHODS

NEFAs were measured in fasting serum using an enzymatic colorimetric assay and phospholipid n-3 FAs eicosapentaenoic and docosahexaenoic acids were determined in plasma through gas chromatography-flame ionization detection in 5,697 MESA participants. Cox proportional hazards regression evaluated the association between NEFA levels and incident type 2 diabetes and whether plasma n-3 FAs modified this association adjusting for age, sex, race, education, field center, smoking, and alcohol use.

RESULTS

Over a mean 11.4 years of the study period, higher diabetes incidence was found across successive NEFA quartiles (Q) (hazard ratio [95% CI]): Q1, 1.0; Q2, 1.35 (1.07, 1.71); Q3, 1.58 (1.24, 2.00); and Q4, 1.86 (1.45, 2.38) (Ptrend < 0.001). A significant interaction of n-3 FAs on the relation between NEFAs and type 2 diabetes was also observed (Pinteraction = 0.03). For individuals with lower n-3 levels (<75th percentile), a higher risk of type 2 diabetes was observed across quartiles of NEFAs: Q1, 1.0; Q2, 1.41 (1.07, 1.84); Q3, 1.77 (1.35, 2.31); and Q4, 2.18 (1.65, 2.88) (Ptrend < 0.001). No significant associations were observed in those with n-3 FAs ≥75th percentile (Ptrend = 0.54).

CONCLUSIONS

NEFAs are a marker of type 2 diabetes and may have clinical utility for detecting risk of its development. The modifying influence of n-3 FAs suggests a protective effect against disease and/or metabolic dysfunction related to NEFAs and requires further study.  相似文献
