Inhibition of the ubiquitin-proteasome system: a new avenue for atherosclerosis.

BACKGROUND: The ubiquitin-proteasome system (UPS) is thought to be functionally active in atherosclerosis (AS) lesions. Aspirin was found to be a potent inhibitor of the UPS in some tumour studies; however, its effect on AS remains to be demonstrated in vivo. METHODS: New Zealand rabbits were placed on a normal diet (N) or on a normal diet with aspirin (NI) or on an atherogenic diet without (H) or with aspirin (HI) for 12 weeks. Proteasome activity, concentrations of plasma lipids and levels of peroxidation were determined. Ubiquitin/ubiquitin-conjugates (Ub), IkappaBalpha, phosphorylated IkappaB (pIkappaBalpha) and p65 were investigated by Western blotting or immunochemistry. RESULTS: Concentrations of plasma lipids and peroxidation levels were higher in H or HI vs. N or NI. Histological analysis showed that atheroma was increased in H. Ub and IkappaBalpha were mainly localised in subendothelium and media vascular smooth muscle cells. Western blots revealed that Ub, IkappaBalpha, and pIkappaBalpha were increased, whereas p65 was lower in HI vs. H. The activity of the 20S proteasome was functionally active in H vs. N, NI or HI, while the 26S proteasome was not affected in any of the groups. CONCLUSIONS: Aspirin can attenuate the pathogenesis of atheroma formation, the degradation of IkappaBalpha and pIkappaBalpha, and lower the expression of p65, indicating that its therapeutic effects on AS may be via inhibition of the UPS.     

现代计算机技术在户外广告中的应用

针对目前我国户外广告发展状况,简述了计算机技术在户外广告设计、规划中的应用及其影响。     

腮腺良性和恶性多形性腺瘤的超声研究

目的研究腮腺良性和恶性多形性腺瘤的超声特点,为临床医师诊治提供有效依据。方法选取腮腺良性多形性腺瘤患者79例和恶性多形性腺瘤患者15例,对其肿块的大小、硬度、内部回声、彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)特点结合病理学诊断进行对照研究。结果恶性多形性腺瘤的声像图特点与良性多形性腺瘤相似,但其肿瘤相对较大,质地更硬,内部回声分布更紊乱。不同性质的肿瘤的大小和质地有显著性差异,(P<0.01)。结论多形性腺瘤的超声诊断主要依据二维图像之特点。当多形性腺瘤大于3.0 cm,硬度较硬,内部回声分布不均多提示恶性。     

大脑中动脉支架内血栓形成1例报告

支架内血栓形成是支架置入术后的一种常见并发症。术后血管内皮损伤、胶原组织暴露和作为异物的支架均为引发血栓形成的可能机制。不能及时识别处理则成为再狭窄的重要原因。我们报告1例发生在大脑中动脉（middle cerebral artery，MCA）支架内的血栓形成，探讨其识别处理过程和可能的机制。     

Analysis of the Surface Ozone During Summer and Autumn at a Coastal Site in East China

The levels and temporal variations of surface ozone at a coastal site in East China during summer and autumn were analyzed and the influences of meteorological parameters on ozone were investigated. An inland city was chosen as a comparison site. The main results and conclusions of this study are: (1) ozone pollution, with a maximum 1 h concentration of 150.98 ppbv, was severe during summer and autumn at the coastal site; (2) the ozone level was obviously higher at the coastal site than that at the inland site in September; (3) besides temperature and solar radiation, sea-land breeze circulation is an important factor influencing the ozone level at the coastal site, and sea breeze often induce high ozone levels (the average ozone concentration for sea breeze was about 13 ppbv higher than that for land breeze).     

Correlation between levels of serum immunoglobulin、complement and immunopathology in glomerular disease

目的 探讨肾小球疾病免疫球蛋白、补体水平与免疫病理的相关性.方法 112 例肾小球疾病患者,14 例健康人测定血清免疫球蛋白及补体,112 例肾小球疾病患者,112 例患者行肾活组织病理检查.结果 112 例肾小球疾病患者 IgG 升高 11 例(9.82%),降低 29 例(25.89%),IgA 升高 33 例(29.46%),降低 2 例(1.79%).IgM 升高 7 例(6.25%),降低 3 例(2.68%),三种免疫球蛋白的变化有显著差异(x2=70.587,P=O.000);C3 减低 29 例(25.89%),C4减低 32 例(28.57%),两者比较无显著差异(X2=0.203,P=0.653).免疫荧光阳性率依次为C3(50%)>lgA(49.11%)>IgG(40.18%)>lgM(21.43%)>C4(14.29%)(x2=49.303,P=0.000);免疫荧光 IgA 阳性者血清 lgA 水平较阴性者高(P=0.042),C3、CA阳性者血清 C3、c4 水平较阴性者低(P=0,P=0.007),IgG、IgM 阳性者血清 IgG、lgM 水平与阴性者比较无差异(P=0.136,P=0.383).结论 肾小球疾病存在体液免疫紊乱,测定血清免疫球蛋白、补体及行肾组织免疫病检有助于了解体液免疫状况,估计疾病活动度,判断疗效,但两种检查之间无明显的相关性,可相互补充,不能相互替代.     

1例夜间住院精神分裂症病人的护理

1病例介绍 病人，男，33岁，初中文化，因反复自语、骂人等，不能工作13年。再发1周。于2003年3月11日在亲友帮助下强行送入我院治疗。病人于1990年9月无明显诱因出现精神失常，呈急性起病。主要表现为乱语、骂人、自笑、砸物、夜间不眠等，曾先后15次送我院治疗，诊断为“精神分裂症”，曾用氯丙嗪、氯氮平、甲硫哒嗪等药物治疗后好转出院。由于自行减药，病情复发。病人话少，性格内向，自尊心强，不善交际，酷爱中国象棋，吸烟每日1包，不饮酒。其舅舅、表弟、表妹患有精神病。     

Thirty-two Cases of Acne Treated with Blood-letting Puncture,. Cupping and Chinese-Drug Facemask

To observe the therapeutic effect on acne treated with blood-letting puncture,cupping and Chinese-drugfacemask.Thirty-two patients with acne were treated with above-mentioned therapeutic method.Cure,improvement and ineffectiveness were respectively found in 24,7 and 1 case,with a curative rate of 75.0%and a total effective rate of 96.8%.The combination of blood-letting puncture,cupping and externalapplication of Chinese-drug facemask is effective in treating acne.     

多发性肌炎的动物模型及雷公藤多甙对其疗效的研究

目的　寻找一种多发性肌炎的良好动物模型及其有效的治疗药物。　　方法　给动物注射同种大鼠的肌匀浆 ,观察其活动状态 ;通过肌肉组织染色及ELISA法 ,研究肌肉的病理学变化 ,同时给动物喂服雷公藤多甙观察药物疗效。　　结果　部分动物表现肌无力和肌萎缩 ,大多数肌肉组织学检查示肌纤维炎性变 ;免疫组化检查可见肌膜、肌内膜和肌束膜中有IgG沉积。动物服雷公藤多甙后肌肉病变明显减轻 ,其疗效与强的松相似。　　结论　用同种大鼠肌匀浆免疫动物可诱导出多发性肌炎的动物模型 ;雷公藤多甙能有效地治疗多发性肌炎。
