In this study, the effects of hot-rolled processes at different temperatures (420 °C, 450 °C, and 480 °C) and subsequent solid solution and aging treatments on the microstructure, mechanical properties, and corrosion properties of Al-Mg-Li alloys with trace Sc and Zr addition were investigated. The aging treatment of rolled sheets after solid solution treatment could obtain Al3Li particles and Al3(Sc, Zr)/Al3Li core–shell particles to improve the mechanical properties of Al-Mg-Li alloy products effectively. The results showed that, as the rolling temperatures increased from 420 °C to 480 °C, the alloy’s ultimate tensile strengths and yield strengths increased, while the corrosion resistance decreased. The increase in rolling temperature increased the precipitation-free zone (PFZ) width of the alloy, which undermined the corrosion resistance of the alloy. Moreover, elevating the hot rolling temperature changes the texture strength of the alloy. Particularly in the 480 °C hot-rolled sample, the decrease in the Brass texture strength and the increase in the S texture and Copper texture strength led to an increase in the Taylor factor (M). The increase in rolling temperature also raised the number density of the Al3(Sc, Zr)/Al3Li core–shell particles. The presence of such particles not only inhibits grain growth but also changes the strength mechanism from dislocation cutting to Orowan bypassing. Due to the combination effect of grain morphology, texture evolution, and precipitation behavior, the 480 °C hot-rolled sample had the highest properties. 相似文献

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT在评估食管出血危险性中的应用价值。方法选择肝硬化后食管静脉曲张患者50例,均行多层螺旋CT和胃镜检查,并以胃镜检查结果为标准评价多层螺旋CT在评估食管出血危险性中的应用价值。结果 CT血管成像评分与胃镜静脉曲张程度、胃镜红色征的严重程度均呈显著的正相关(r=0.762、0.687,均P<0.01),CT血管成像评分诊断胃镜红色征的RC 3的敏感性为76.92%,特异性为92.50%。结论多层螺旋CT与胃镜检查结果对食管静脉曲张严重程度的分级呈显著相关性,可以用来预测食管出血的危险性。 相似文献

Objective: Network pharmacology combines drug and disease targets with biological information networks based on the integrity and systematicness of the interactions between drugs and disease targets. This study aims to explore the molecular basis of Hanshi Zufei formula for treatment of COVID-19 based on network pharmacology and molecular docking techniques.
Methods: Using TCMSP, the chemical constituents and molecular targets of Atractylodis Rhizoma, Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, Pogostemonis Herba, Tsaoko Fructus, Ephedrae Herba, Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix, Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, and Arecae Semen were investigated. The predicted targets of novel coronavirus were screened using the NCBI and GeneCards databases. To further screen the drug-disease core targets network, the corresponding target proteins were queried using multiple databases (Biogrid, DIP, and HPRD), a protein interaction network graph was constructed, and the network topology was analyzed. The molecular docking studies were also performed between the network’s top 15 compounds and the coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) 3CL hydrolytic enzyme and angiotensin conversion enzyme II (ACE2).
Results: The herb-active ingredient-target network contained nine drugs, 86 compounds, and 49 drug-disease targets. Gene ontology (GO) enrichment analysis resulted in 1566 GO items (P < 0.05), among which 1438 were biological process items, 35 were cell composition items, and 93 were molecular function items. Fourteen signal pathways were obtained by enrichment screening of the KEGG pathway database (P < 0.05). The molecular docking results showed that the affinity of the core active compounds with the SARS-CoV-2 3CL hydrolase was better than for the other compounds.
Conclusion: Several core compounds can regulate multiple signaling pathways by binding with 3CL hydrolase and ACE2, which might contribute to the treatment of COVID-19. 相似文献

目的研究氯硝柳胺在水体及土壤中的持效时间及其影响因素.方法用浸泡杀螺试验和鱼毒试验,观察氯硝柳胺在水体及土壤中持效时间及其影响因素.结果氯硝柳胺在水体中持效时间短,溶液浓度2 mg/L持效时间为3~5 d;持效时间与溶液浓度、环境温度及水中是否含有泥土有关.溶液浓度高,持效时间长,环境温度高及水体中含有泥土持效时间短;阳光照射对水体中的氯硝柳胺持效时间无影响.氯硝柳胺在土壤中持效时间长,60 d内仍保持原有的药效,阳光照射对土壤中的氯硝柳胺持效时间也无影响.结论氯硝柳胺在水体中持效时间短,在土壤中持效时间长. 相似文献

目的采用环状RNA(circRNA)芯片筛选低氧性肺动脉高压(HPH)小鼠肺组织中差异表达的circRNA,分析circRNA表达谱特征,为HPH发生机制提供研究方法。方法 20只健康雄性C57BL/6小鼠(体质量17~20 g)按数字表法随机分为HPH模型组与常氧组,每组10只。HPH模型组小鼠置于自制常压低氧舱内,舱内氧浓度(10±0.5)%O2。每天连续低氧处理8 h,连续21 d。常氧组小鼠置于常氧环境饲养。通过测定右心室收缩压和右心肥大指数验证HPH小鼠模型复制成功后,处死小鼠,取肺组织,用circRNA芯片检测各组肺组织circRNA表达谱,并进行组间比较与分析,以明确差异表达的circRNAs。结果与常氧组比较,HPH模型组肺组织中表达显著上调的circRNAs共有23个(P<0.01,P<0.05);表达显著下调的circRNAs共有41个(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论 circRNA芯片可用于筛选HPH差异表达的circRNA,circRNA可能参与HPH调控机制。 相似文献
