应用激光多普勒血流仪测量比较津白Ⅱ号小鼠三个部位皮肤的血流,观察HDZ对血流的影响,评价了HDZ的体内热增敏作用。结果发现,同一小鼠不同部位的血流是不同的,同一部位的连续6天结果无何区别。但同部位小鼠间的血流差别可达1倍以上。提示了预测放、化、热疗的疗效时,监测个体血流的前后变化有重要意义。2.5mg/kg以上的HDZ可以明显降低血流75%左右。HDZ与高温联合应用时对肿瘤显示了热增敏效应。 相似文献

应用抗猪囊虫抗原的单克隆抗体反向间接血凝试验(IHAT),对临床确诊的囊虫病患者进行了血清循环抗原(CAg)的检测,阳性率为51.14%(67/131)。对19例脑型囊虫病患者同时测定了血清和脑脊液中的CAg,阳性率分别为47.36%和78.94%,总阳性率为84.21%。对治疗0.53后的19例患者检测时,血清和脑脊液中CAg均呈阴性反应,而检测抗体仍呈阳性反应。50例正常人、49例其它寄生虫病及5例其它脑部疾病患者脑脊液的CAg均呈阴性反应。结果提示:测定CAg对囊虫病活动性感染的诊断及疗效判定均具有一定的实用价值。 相似文献

Forty cases of severe pancreatitis confirmed and treated by surgery were studied. In order to have a retrospective observation, we compared the clinical and laboratory data of 28 severe cases with that of 72 mild cases treated conservatively and found that in some cases neither Ranson nor Bank criteria were reliable in predicting the severity. We also found that frank peritonitis and bloody ascites with elevated amylase level were very good indication of pancreatic necrosis and hemorrhage. It was the author's opinion to explore early within 48 hrs after onset, using both drainage and open lesser sac lavage in most severe cases of pancreatitis. 相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of eucalyptus globulus oil on the activity of nuclear factor-kappaB(NF-kappaB) in THP-1 cell line. METHODS: THP-1 cells were cultured with or without eucalyptus globulus oil at different concentrations (1, 10, 100 mg x L(-1), 30 min) before being stimulated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS, 1 mg x L(-1), 30 min). The location of NF-kappaB p65 subunit (NF-kappaB/p65) in THP-1 cells was detected by indirect immunofluorescence and laser scanning confocal microscope. The expression of NF-kappaB/p65 in nuclei was measured by Western-blot analysis. RESULT: The FITC-label NF-kappaB/p65 was mainly located in the nuclei after THP-1 cells were stimulated with LPS. Whereas, no fluorescence were seen in the nuclei of cells pretreated with eucalyptus globulus oil. This effect on NF-kappaB/p65 nuclear translocation was in a concentration dependent manner. CONCLUSION: Eucalyptus globulus oil inhibits the nuclear translocation of NF-kappaB induced by LPS in THP-1 cells. 相似文献

目的:将二维超声测量右室射血分数(RVEF)的方法应用于临床。方法:用心尖四腔观单平面面积-长度法测量43例高原正常婴幼儿RVEF,并与40例患右室扩张肥厚型心肌病(RVDCHM)婴幼儿进行了比较。结果:健康组RVEF均值为58.20%,标准差为7.24%;患儿组均值为36.10%,标准差为7.01%,两组测量的RVEF有非常显著差异(P<0.001)。结论:心尖四腔观单平面面积-长度法测量RVEF可作为估测右室收缩功能的简单可靠的方法。 相似文献

Remotely-controlled approach for stereotactic neurobiopsy. 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The objective of this study was to develop, demonstrate, and validate a remotely controlled operation scheme coupled with prospective magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)-based stereotaxy for in vivo neurosurgical applications. The novel concept of the prospective guidance scheme is to employ tomographical imaging feedback, such as MRI or CT, to facilitate prospectively the targeting process of a biopsy needle at near-real-time speed (1 image/s). Because the orientation of a biopsy needle pivoted at an entry point on the patient's skull has 2 degrees of freedom, the alignment of its trajectory to a target point can be guided by two-dimensional (2D) images whose plane is placed perpendicular to the desired trajectory. Using near-real-time 2D visual feedback during the adjustment of the alignment guide, the required trajectory alignment can be translated into a simple targeting task on a computer monitor employing a suitable graphic presentation. Also, both adjustments for the alignment and introduction of the biopsy needle were accomplished remotely with image-based feedback. The use of the method in actual MR-guided brain lesion biopsy procedures at 1.5 T showed an improved tissue yield due to the improved targeting accuracy even in the presence of brain shift. Furthermore, the postalignment trajectory can be validated immediately using near-real-time MRI scans in two orthogonal views before needle insertion. Because the final needle position is always visualized and confirmed, the consequent tissue sampling is performed with greater certainty, even in the case of a negative diagnosis. The actual targeting error was 1.53 +/- 0.17 mm from an intended target location, with the maximum distance error of 1.72 mm at a depth of 85 mm. This remotely controlled surgical approach with intraoperative MRI guidance is feasible at 1.5 T, and has allowed neurosurgeons to perform neurobiopsies comfortably and efficiently in a routine clinical MR scanner. This scheme provides a unique alternative stereotactic procedure that can take full advantage of the prospective guidance potential offered by various modern tomographic imaging systems. 相似文献
