颈部食管的异位胃黏膜：是否参与了后壁喉炎患咽喉部反流的发病机制；结肠直肠癌手术联合放疗与单纯手术治疗后的大便失禁患，在盆底运动／生物反馈训练的短期和远期疗效方面的比较：一项临床、功能性及内镜／超声内镜检查的前瞻性对照研究。     

庆大霉素对豚鼠前庭上皮IGF-1及其受体表达的影响

目的：研究庆大霉素对豚鼠前庭上皮胰岛素样生长因子-1（insulin-like growth factor-1，IGF-1）及其受体（insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor，EGF-1R）表达的影响，并探讨其生物学特性。方法：采用免疫组织细胞化学方法，以抗IGF-1及IGF-1R抗体为标记物，检测庆大霉素损伤后豚鼠前庭上皮自发修复期IGF-1及IGF-1R的表达变化和分布特点；采用Brdu体内标记和抗Brdu抗体免疫组化染色，检测庆大霉素损伤后豚鼠前庭上皮增殖的变化。结果：IGF-1及IGF-1R在正常成年豚鼠前庭上皮细胞中有低水平表达，庆大霉素损伤后，其表达增多。在1d组IGF-1及IGF-1R表达最强，其后逐渐减少。在正常对照组中无Brdu阳性细胞。各实验组均观察到Brdu阳性细胞，7d组最多。结论：庆大霉素损伤后，豚鼠前庭上皮IGF-1及IGF-1R表达增强，其时程变化与细胞增殖活动密切相关。IGF-1在豚鼠前庭上皮损伤后的细胞增殖中可能起重要信号转导作用。     

43例口腔癌平阳霉素术前化疗效果相关因素分析

目的 :通过对平阳霉素术前化疗效果的相关因素分析 ,早期判断平阳霉素对口腔鳞癌的效果 ,为确定进一步治疗方案提供指导。方法 :对本院近 3年来接受平阳霉素 (总量为 80mg)化疗的 4 3例口腔癌患者进行直线相关和回归分析 ,观察化疗期间体温改变、发热持续时间、胃肠道反应时间及WBC改变与疗效的关系。结果 :①接受平阳霉素化疗有效的患者多在第 3～ 6天出现局部反应 ;②发热的程度及胃肠道反应与化疗效果密切相关 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :化疗早期出现的发热、胃肠道症状及局部反应可以作为早期判断预期疗效的方法。     

Bombesin improves survival from methotrexate-induced enterocolitis.

OBJECTIVE: The authors determined whether bombesin could improve survival from methotrexate (MTX)-induced enterocolitis. SUMMARY BACKGROUND DATA: Bombesin prevents gut mucosal atrophy, which is produced by feeding rats an elemental diet. Administration of MTX produces a lethal enterocolitis in rats fed an elemental diet. METHODS: On treatment day 0, 60 rats were divided randomly into three groups and fed an elemental diet (Vivonex TEN, Sandoz, Minneapolis, MN) as the only source of nutrition. Groups were subdivided further to receive either saline or bombesin (10 micrograms/kg, subcutaneously, three times a day) beginning either on day 0 or day 14. Methotrexate (20 mg/kg, intraperitoneally) was given to all rats 14 days after the start of an elemental diet. RESULTS: Bombesin prevented the mucosal atrophy in the ileum produced by the elemental diet and significantly decreased mortality in rats given MTX (whether given as a pretreatment or at the time of MTX administration). CONCLUSION: Bombesin significantly improved survival in a lethal model of MTX-induced enterocolitis, possibly by maintaining gut mucosal structure. Administration of bombesin to patients receiving chemotherapy may be clinically useful in preventing the severe enterocolitis induced by various chemotherapeutic agents.

应用HACCP的原理和方法,对超市连锁店熟食卤味销售进行了危害因素分析,找出了关键控制点(CCP),提出了控制措施,并建议超市连锁店销售非包装熟食卤味时使用密封低温冷藏展示柜。     

The in vitro pharmacological profile of KR31080, a nonpeptide AT1 receptor antagonist

Summary— KR31080 (2-butyl-5-methyl-6-(1-oxopyridin-2-yl)-3-[[2'-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl) biphenyl-4-yl]methyl]-3H-imidazo[4,5-b] pyridine) is a potent inhibitor of angiotensin type 1 (AT₁) receptors in rabbit aorta and human recombinant AT₁ receptors. In the isolated rabbit thoracic aorta, KR31080 caused a nonparallel shift to the right of the concentration-response curves to angiotensin II (All) with decreased maximal response (pD'₂ = 10.1 ± 0.1), but had no effect on the contractile response induced by norepinephrine. KR31080 inhibited specific [¹²⁵I]AII binding to rabbit aortic membranes (AT, receptors) and [¹²⁵I][Sar¹, Ile⁸]AII binding to human recombinant AT₁ receptors in a concentration-dependent manner with IC₅₀ values of 0.84 ± 0.08 nM and 1.92 ± 0.15 nM, respectively, but did not inhibit specific [¹²⁵I)AII binding to bovine cerebellum membranes (ÀT₂ receptors). In the Scatchard analysis, KR31080 interacted with rabbit aortic AT₁ receptors in a competitive manner, similar to losartan. These results demonstrate that KR31080 is a potent and AT₁ selective angiotensin receptor antagonist which exerts a competitive antagonism in the [¹²⁵I]AII binding assay and insurmountable AT₁ receptor antagonism in the functional study.     

银汞充填体悬突的去除及效果的临床观察

本文选择34颗有银汞充填体悬突的患牙,采用金刚砂钻和银汞磨光钻去除悬突,并观察去除悬突前后部分牙周组织的变化、结果表明银汞充填体悬突危害牙周组织的健康.去除悬突并协同口腔卫生宣教、可促进牙周组织的恢复.     

复合树脂充填物与酸蚀牙齿间密合度的扫描电镜观察

用SEM观察6种复合树脂充填物与酸蚀牙齿间密合度。结果表明6种复合树脂充填物与牙齿间均有微缝隙,其宽度多数在5μm内,最宽为10～15μm。1月后再观察,清晰见到从酸蚀牙本质小管曳出的树脂突,其曳出方向与缝隙形成可能有关。     

洁净手术部对建筑设计的需求

功能先进的洁净手术部已成为现代综合医院的重要标志,近年来得到政府、医疗界、工程技术界的重视.2002年12月GB50333-2002"医院洁净手术部建筑技术规范"的国家标准(简称国标)正式颁布.其中对洁净手术部用房规定了主要技术指标,在实施指南中对设备管理做出了要求.随着医疗市场的需求,全国各地投资改造、新建洁净手术部已成为潮流.我院7500平方米洁净手术部(设备层3000平方米,手术区3000平方米,附属区1500平方米)运营近3年的时间接待来访医院百余家.现就使用后对建筑方面的一些建议供大家讨论借鉴:     

48例易性癖患者围手术期的心理护理

目的：探讨易性癖患变性手术的心理状态。方法：对48例易性癖患行变性手术前后实施有针对性的心理护理。结果：有效的心理护理能进一步改善变性手术患的心理状态，促进易性癖患心理康复。结论：针对易性癖这一特殊群体，开展积极有效的心理护理，对不良心理的康复至关重要。
