Prostate cancer is one of the most prevalent non-skin related cancers. It is the second leading cause of cancer deaths among males in most Western countries. If prostate cancer is diagnosed in its early stages, there is a higher probability that it will be completely cured. Prostatic acid phosphatase (PAP) is a non-specific phosphomonoesterase synthesized in prostate epithelial cells and its level proportionally increases with prostate cancer progression. PAP was the biochemical diagnostic mainstay for prostate cancer until the introduction of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) which improved the detection of early-stage prostate cancer and largely displaced PAP. Recently, however, there is a renewed interest in PAP because of its usefulness in prognosticating intermediate to high-risk prostate cancers and its success in the immunotherapy of prostate cancer. Although PAP is believed to be a key regulator of prostate cell growth, its exact role in normal prostate as well as detailed molecular mechanism of PAP regulation is still unclear. Here, many different aspects of PAP in prostate cancer are revisited and its emerging roles in other environment are discussed. 相似文献

采用酶细胞化学及平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法观察小檗胺(Ber)在升高白细胞的同时,是否对细胞内酶代谢及其同工酶有影响。结果表明:ip Ber的小鼠粒细胞内LDH酶反应明显增强,酶反应的强弱与用药时间长短成正比。LDH同工酶谱分析,所有标本均显示5条区带,LDH_2比例发生变化,对照组及Ber组中出现LDH’_5亚带。提示,Ber在升高白细胞的同时对细胞内酶的代谢有一定影响,同时伴有同工酶谱比例改变。 相似文献

Carbon dioxide (CO2) is generally unavoidable during the production of fuel gases such as hydrogen (H2) from steam reformation and syngas composed of carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrogen (H2). Efficient separation of CO2 from these gases is highly important to improve the energetic utilization efficiency and prevent poisoning during specific applications. Metal–organic frameworks (MOFs), featuring ordered porous frameworks, high surface areas and tunable pore structures, are emerging porous materials utilized as solid adsorbents for efficient CO2 capture and separation. Furthermore, the construction of hierarchical MOFs with micropores and mesopores could further promote the dynamic separation processes, accelerating the diffusion of gas flow and exposing more adsorptive pore surface. Herein, we report a simple, efficient, one-pot template-mediated strategy to fabricate a hierarchically porous CuBTC (CuBTC-Water, BTC = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylate) for CO2 separation, which demonstrates abundant mesopores and the superb dynamic separation ability of CO2/N2. Therefore, CuBTC-Water demonstrated a CO2 uptake of 180.529 cm3 g−1 at 273 K and 1 bar, and 94.147 cm3 g−1 at 298 K and 1 bar, with selectivity for CO2/N2 mixtures as high as 56.547 at 273 K, much higher than microporous CuBTC. 目的 :通过应用HMG -CoA还原酶抑制剂 (普伐他汀 )对x综合浆内征患者的血管内皮功能的影响 ,观察微血管病变引起的心肌缺血的改善作用。方法 :严格筛选 17例临床表现为胸痛并已作冠脉造影正常的患者服用普伐他汀 10mg。每晚睡前服 1次 ,疗程 3个月 ,用药前后进行血浆内皮素 (ET)的检测及活动平板运动试验 ,比较用药前后各项指标的变化情况。结果 :血浆ET水平较治疗前明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,运动出现心绞痛ST段改变的时间明显延长 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;ST段恢复时间显著缩短 (P <0 .0 5 )运动后 4分时相各导联运动诱发的ST段缺血型下降之和 (∑ST)明显减少。结论 :HMG -CoA还原酶抑制剂 (普伐他汀 )可显著改善X综合征患者的血管内皮功能异常 ,减轻心肌缺血 ,对X综合征有治疗作用 相似文献

目的:探讨聚维酮(PVP)在体外加阿霉素(ADM)后诱导EJ细胞发生凋亡的情况以及一些相关机制。方法:应用流式细胞仪(FCM)检测ADM诱导EJ细胞的凋亡率、PVP EJ细胞的凋亡率以及PVP ADM对EJ细胞的诱导凋亡率的情况。结果:PVP对ADM诱导膀胱癌EJ细胞凋亡无影响。结论:PVP在整个诱导过程中并没有协同作用,只起到粘附作用,使得药物停留在EJ细胞表面的作用时间延长,从而达到大量杀伤EJ细胞的作用。 相似文献

Background and AimsThe National Centralized Drug Procurement (NCDP) policy was launched in mainland China in April 2019, with entecavir (ETV) and tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF) being included in the procurement list. We conducted the current study to investigate the impact of the NCDP policy on the utilization and expenditures of antiviral therapy for chronic hepatitis B (CHB) in China.MethodsProcurement records, including monthly purchase volume, expenditure, and price of nucleos(t)ide analogs (NAs), were derived from the National Healthcare Security Administration from April 2018 to March 2021. The changes in volumes and expenditures of the first-line NAs and bid-winning products were calculated. The effects of price, volume, and structure related to drug expenditure were calculated by the Addis and Magrini (AM) Index System Analysis.ResultsThe purchase volume of NAs significantly increased from 134.3 to 318.3 million DDDs, whereas the expenditure sharply decreased from 1,623.41 to 490.43 million renminbi (RMB) or 241.94 to 73.09 million US dollars (USD). The proportions of first-line NAs rose from 72.51% (ETV: 69.00%, TDF: 3.51%) to 94.97% (ETV: 77.42%, TDF: 17.55%). AM analysis showed that the NCDP policy decreased the expenditure of all NAs (S=0.91) but increased that of the first-line NAs in the bid-winning list (S=1.13). Assuming the population size of CHB patients remains stable and a compliance rate of ≥75%, the proportion of CHB patients receiving first-line antiviral therapy would increase from 6.36–8.48% to 11.56–15.41%.ConclusionsThe implementation of the NCDP policy significantly increased the utilization of first-line NAs for CHB patients at a lower expenditure. The findings provided evidence for optimizing antiviral therapy strategy and allocating medical resources in China. 相似文献
