东北边境地区吸血蠓的调查研究

1980～1988年在东北边境的漠河、珲春县等10个县区采获吸血蠓2属37种,其中发现4个新种和4个国内新记录。不显库蠓(35.7％)和刺螯库蠓(34.9％)为优势蠓种。不同生境、场所和季节的蠓种组成有所不同。灰黑库蠓、淡角库蠓和端斑库蠓在整个活动季节均只出现一次高峰,而不显库蠓、刺螫库蠓和兴安库蠓在整个活动季节均出现两次高峰。刺螫库蠓的活动季节最长,为11旬,端斑库蠓最短,仅为5旬。刺螫库蠓、不显库蠓、兴安库蠓和灰黑库蠓在昼夜24小时均出现晨、昏两次活动高峰,而边缘库蠓只在凌晨出现一次晨峰。     

应用聚合酶链式反应快速检测嗜肺军团杆菌

嗜肺军团杆菌(LP)所引起的肺炎病死率高,易暴发流行,早期病原诊断困难。本研究应用聚合酶链式反应技术对嗜肺军团杆菌血清1、3、5型中巨噬细胞感染潜能基因(mip基因)的部分编码区域进行特异性扩增,经琼脂糖凝胶电泳、溴乙锭染色检测扩增产物。结果3型LP均出现650bp特异性阳性条带。检测灵敏度为80ng,本研究结果对嗜肺军团杆菌肺炎的早期诊断、及时治疗、降低病死率及控制暴发流行有重要意义。     

果胶酶治疗胃石症的临床研究

目的 探讨胃石症的发病机制。分析和总结果胶酶治疗胃石症的疗效。方法 在体外将山楂，柿子嚼碎后置入新鲜胃液，分为加白酒和不加白酒两组后放入37℃恒温箱内，观察胃石形成的经过及时间，再分别加入果胶酶，观察其解聚过程及时间，对54例胃石症患服用果胶酶治疗并观察疗效。结果 加白酒组形成胃石的速度较快，果胶酶能有效溶解胃石。54例患服用果胶酶6h后吞钡透视见胃石完全消失，症状，体征完全缓解。结论 果胶酶能有效溶解胃石。是治疗胃石症的有效方法。     

Dendritic Cells Coinjected with Tumor Cells Treated with an Anticancer Drug to Induce Tumor Rejection

Purpose: We examined whether bone marrow-derived dendritic cells (DCs) could induce antitumor immunity when a chemotherapeutic drug was added. Methods: CT26 (a murine colon cancer cell line syngeneic with BALB/c) and CT26-bearing mice were treated with mitomycin C (MMC) intraperitoneally (i.p.). Next, mice immunized with a coinjection of DCs and MMC-treated CT26 (i.p.) were given an intradermal inoculation of CT26. Finally, CT26-bearing mice were treated with MMC (i.p.) with or without DCs, given peritumorally. Results: Although the inoculated tumor was not rejected in the control mice, CT26 was rejected in 50% of the mice injected with MMC alone. Apoptosis was observed in the MMC-treated CT26 cells in vitro and in vivo. Immunization with DCs and apoptotic CT26 cells, but not with apoptotic CT26 alone, gave protection against tumor challenge in 7 of 13 mice. A significantly higher level of cytotoxic T-cell activity and interferon-γ production was seen in the protected mice. When MMC (i.p.) treatment was followed by peritumoral DC injection in the CT26-bearing mice, remarkable therapeutic effects were observed. Conclusion: DCs can collaborate with chemotherapy-induced apoptotic tumor cells and elicit improved antitumor immunity, probably through the acquisition of tumor-associated antigens from apoptotic tumor cells. Electrical impedance scanning in breast tumor imaging: correlation with the growth pattern of lesion

Background This study researched the electric impedance properties of breast tissue and demonstrated the differentcharacteristic of electrical impedance scanning (EIS) images.Methods The impedance character of 40 malignant tumors, 34 benign tumors and some normal breast tissue from 69patients undergoing breast surgery was examined by EIS in vivo measurement and mammography screening, with aseries of frequencies set between 100 Hz-100 kHz in the ex vivo spectroscopy measurement.Results Of the 39 patients with 40 malignant tumors, 24 showed bright spots, 11 showed dark areas in EIS and 5showed no specific image. Of the 30 patients with 34 benign tumors there were almost no specific abnormality shown inthe EIS results. Primary ex vivo spectroscopy experiments showed that the resistivity of various breast tissue take thefollowing pattern: adipose tissue＞cancerous tissue＞mammary gland and benign tumor tissue.Conclusions There are significant differences in the electrical impedance properties between cancerous tissue andhealthy tissue. The impedivity of benign tumor is lower, and is at the same level with that of the mammary glandulartissue. The distinct growth pattern of breast lesions determined the different electrical impedance characteristics in theEIS results.     

视盘血管炎——关于混合型的研讨

对６０例（６３眼）视盘血管炎的临床分型进行了探讨，结果表明，除分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ两型外，尚存在混合型，当视盘睫状血管炎性病变波及中央静脉，或两个血管系统同时受炎症侵犯时，即可再现混合型的临床表现，视盘明显水肿，视网膜静脉迂张，散在渗出，出血，动脉狭细。眼底荧光血管造影可见视盘荧光早期充盈明显迟缓，后期渗漏面积〉２．０ＰＤ，视网膜循环时间延长，混合型兼有Ⅰ，Ⅱ两型的临床特征，应作为一个独立类型存在，同时观察     

磁刺激用平面线圈结构的优化研究

文中建立了采用任意形状平面线圈磁刺激仪的RLC模型，给出了模型参数的计算方法。为了优化线圈，将磁刺激仪线圈的性能指标分为反映线圈输出性能的峰值磁能和反映线圈结构的几何变量。在磁刺激激活函数达到阈值条件下，调整平面螺旋线圈的结构并计算出依赖于线圈结构参数的输出性能值，从而，寻找最优的线圈几何参数。优化结果表明：线圈外半径是关键因素，给定阈值条件，选择合适的线圈外半径，可以大大降低线圈峰值磁能；另外，现在使用的圆环线圈并非最优，D形线圈优于圆环线圈。     

Induction of protective immunity to monoclonal-antibody-defined Plasmodium falciparum antigens requires strong adjuvant in Aotus monkeys.

Monoclonal antibodies to the major Plasmodium falciparum merozoite surface coat and rhoptry antigens were produced. A combination of the affinity-purified polypeptides with Freund complete adjuvant which was given three times completely protected an Aotus lemurinus azure (karotype VI) monkey against homologous challenge; however, immunization with the same polypeptides with a muramyl dipeptide derivative [MDP-Lys(L18)] did not protect a second Aotus monkey, even though comparable high antibody titers were induced.
