目的观察依达拉奉对脑缺血大鼠脑组织NO含量及NOS阳性神经元数量的影响,为临床上防治慢性脑缺血引发的疾病提供指导。方法 54只Wistar大鼠,分为NO含量组和NOS阳性神经元组,每组再分为模型组、治疗组、假手术组,利用结扎大鼠两侧颈总动脉制作大鼠慢性脑缺血模型,硝酸还原酶法测NO含量,NADPH-d组织化学方法染色NOS阳性神经元,光镜下观察。结果治疗组各时间点NO含量和NOS阳性神经元数量较模型组减少。结论依达拉奉对慢性脑缺血大鼠脑组织具有保护作用。  相似文献

目的 总结不同脊髓节段的椎管内肿瘤的手术治疗方法.方法 回顾性分析351例椎管内肿瘤的临床资料.所有病人均行显微手术治疗,采用后外侧肌间入路2例;半椎板入路243例,其中切除骨复位、椎管重建93例;旁正中侧方入路7例;全椎板入路99例,其中全椎板复位、椎管重建67例,去椎板减压32例.结果 肿瘤全切除333例(94.9%),次全及部分切除18例(5.1%).术后按Frankel标准评定疗效,优良298例,显效47例,差6例.229例随访1~9年,影像学复查均未见椎管狭窄及滑脱,肿瘤复发16例.结论 根据肿瘤不同性质、不同节段及与脊髓相对位置,采用个性化显微手术方法,既能保证肿瘤切除,又能维护脊柱稳定.  相似文献

The present study established a rat model of focal brain ischemia by occlusion of the middle cerebral artery covered with FeCl3, and investigated the protective effect of 3’-methoxy-puerarin. Hippocampal and cortical c-fos gene expression was determined using in situ hybridization. Results showed that 3’-methoxy-puerarin reduced neurological deficit scores, cerebral infarcted zone and water content of brain tissues, dramatically increased the activity of catalase and glutathione peroxidase in the ischemia zone of the hippocampus, increased the activity of catalase in the cortex, decreased lipid peroxide and lactic acid contents in the hippocampus and cerebral cortex, and down-regulated c-fos gene expression in brain ischemic rats. Results demonstrated that 3’-methoxy-puerarin exhibited cerebroprotective effects against focal brain ischemia, which involved c-fos gene expression.  相似文献

In this work, ammonium polyphosphate (APP) was surface-modified by bio-based arginine (Arg) for the first time to enhance its flame retardance for fire-safety epoxy resin (EP). The structure of Arg modified APP (Arg-APP) was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results illustrated that Arg was attached on the surface of APP through a cation exchange reaction. With Arg acting as the efficient carbon source, the char-forming ability of Arg-APP was significantly improved as illustrated by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The flame retardance of EP/APP and EP/Arg-APP composites was evaluated using the limit oxygen index (LOI), vertical burning tests (UL-94), and cone calorimeter tests (CCT). The results showed that at the same weight loading (15 wt%), Arg-APP had better flame retardance and smoke suppression performance compared with pristine APP, which can be attributed to Arg-APP constituting an integrated intumescent flame retardant (IFR) and facilitating formation of char residues with significantly expanded structures and higher carbonization degrees. When the weight loading of Arg-APP reached 25 wt%, the EP/Arg-APP composite could achieve an LOI value as high as 34.7%, pass V-0 requirements in UL-94 tests, and decrease the peak heat release rate and total smoke production by 83.5% and 61.1% compared with neat EP in CCT, respectively, indicating the superior flame retardance performance of Arg-APP. Finally, the effects of the flame retardant additives on the mechanical properties of EP were evaluated by the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) tests and tensile-strain tests. At the same additive weight loading (15 wt%), the EP/Arg-APP composite showed higher glass-transition temperature and better tensile-strain properties compared with EP/APP composite, which can be attributed to the Arg shell structure improving the compatibility between APP and the organic substrate. In conclusion, this work presents a convenient and environmentally friendly method to improve the practical performance of APP.

Nanothermometry could realize stable, efficient, and noninvasive temperature detection at the nanoscale. Unfortunately, most applications of nanothermometers are still limited due to their intricate synthetic process and low-temperature sensitivity. Herein, we reported a kind of novel bismuth-based upconversion nanomaterial with a fast and facile preparation strategy. The bismuth-based upconversion luminophore was synthesized by the co-precipitation method within 1 minute. By optimizing the doping ratio of the sensitizer Yb ion and the activator Er ion and adjusting the synthetic solvent strategy, the crystallinity of the nanomaterials was increased and the upconversion luminescence intensity was improved. Ratiometric upconversion optical measurements of temperature in the range of 278 K to 358 K can be achieved by ratiometric characteristic emission peaks of thermally sensitive Er ion. This method of rapidly constructing nanometer temperature probes provides a feasible strategy for the construction of novel fluorescent temperature probes.

Context: Deep vein thrombosis (DVT), a frequent complication of spinal cord injury, is occasionally caused by neurogenic heterotopic ossification (NHO). In most cases of NHO, the hip joint is affected. Herein, we present a case of paraplegia following radiation-induced myelopathy that presented with left leg swelling due to DVT in the common iliac vein (CIV) caused by venous compression by NHO on the anterior lower lumbar spine.Findings: A 28-year-old man with complete paraplegia due to radiation-induced myelopathy presented with left lower extremity swelling 6 years after the onset of paraplegia. DVT in the left CIV was observed on computed tomography venography. The left CIV was significantly compressed between the NHO at the anterior longitudinal ligament of the lumbar spine and the right common iliac artery, suggestive of May-Thurner syndrome. Slightly distal to that compressed area, the left CIV was significantly compressed by the large NHO at the anterior longitudinal ligament of the lumbar spine.Conclusions: We believe that such compression of the left CIV would have contributed to the development of DVT. This case shows that DVT might be caused by NHO at the anterior aspect of the lumbar vertebral body, and this may help clinicians identify the main cause of DVT in the leg.  相似文献

The objective of the present study was to investigate the in vivo effects of sex steroids (estradiol-17beta, E(2); testosterone, T) and the nonaromatizable androgen 5alpha-dihydrotestosterone (DHT) on the levels of gonadotropin II (GTH II) in plasma and pituitary and on aromatase activity in 2-year-old male black porgy, Acanthopagrus schlegeli, during the prereproductive season. Black porgy GTH II and GTH II beta subunits were purified and anti-GTH II beta serum was induced. A specific radioimmunoassay for black porgy GTH II was developed. cDNA GTH II beta was also cloned from a black porgy pituitary cDNA library for use as a probe for Northern analysis. Male fish were divided into eight groups (n = 64): control; E(2) (3 doses, 2.4 ng, 72 ng, and 2.2 microg/g body weight); T (2 doses, 72 ng and 2.2 microg/g body weight); and DHT (2 doses, 72 ng and 2.2 microg/g body weight). Fish were injected with the respective vehicle or different doses of material on days 0, 8, and 16. Plasma was collected at 4-day intervals from days 4 to 20. Plasma GTH II concentrations were significantly increased (up to 45-fold) in the E(2) group from days 4 to 20 in a dose-dependent manner. In a further experiment during the late reproductive season, plasma GTH II levels increased at 4 h and on days 1 and 2 following a single injection of 1.0 microg E(2)/g body weight (on day 0). Androgens (T or DHT) had little or no effect on plasma GTH II. Pituitary GTH II contents on day 20 were significantly lower in the 72-ng E(2) and 2.2-microg E(2) groups but not in the 2.4-ng E(2) group compared with the control group. Pituitary GTH II beta mRNA levels were significantly stimulated in the 72-ng and 2.2-microg E(2) groups on day 20. Gonadal aromatase activity was not significantly changed in any of the treated or control groups. It is concluded that GTH II secretion in black porgy is regulated by an estrogen-specific effect. Increased plasma GTH II levels or other factors in addition to E(2) might be involved in the regulation of gonadal aromatase activity and sex change in protandrous black porgy.  相似文献

目的:探讨不同水平硒对氟中毒大鼠血清抗氧化酶SOD、GSH-Px活力、丙二醛(MDA)及FT3、FT4、TSH含量的影响。方法96只SD大鼠随机分为4组,3个实验组均饮100mg/L高氟水,其中2组饲加硒饲料,加硒量分别为2、3mg/kg,实验期4个月。结果:单纯高氟组与对照组相比大量血清SOD、GSH-Px活力降低,FT3、FT4含量显升高,加硒加氟组与单纯高氟组相比SOD、GSH-Px活力显升高,、FT3、FT4含量显下降,且加硒量较大组上述变化增强,各组MDA、TSH含量无明显区别。结论高氟抑制机体抗氧化酶活力,使甲状腺功能亢进;硒可拮抗氟的这种作用且在一定程度上随硒量增加拮抗作用增强。  相似文献

目的 初步探讨膈股运动诱发电位(DMEP)在肌萎缩侧索硬化(ALS)患者的应用及特点。方法 以表面电极在肋间隙处记录37例ALS患者及31例正常对照者经颅及经项磁刺激时产生的膈肌复合肌肉动作电位潜伏期和波幅,并计算中枢运动传导时间(CMCT)。22例ALS患者同时接受了用力肺活量百分比(%FVC)测定。结果 ALS患者较对照者颈及皮层潜伏期延长,颈及皮层波幅对数降低,CMCT延长,皮层潜伏期、皮层波幅对数、CMCT均与锥体束受累相关;皮层潜伏期和CMCT与临床呼吸困难相关,颈潜伏期与%FVC相关。结论 CMCT、颈及皮层潜伏期是DMEP参数中反映ALS患者呼吸功能障碍的敏感指标。CMCT反映ALS患者与呼吸功能相关的皮质脊髓束功能,CMCT与颈潜伏期结合有助于全面准确地揭示ALS患者呼吸受累的本质。  相似文献
