Measurement of cutaneous thermal thresholds is a valuable technique for detecting small fibre neuropathy. A robust and portable microcomputer controlled system, which separately measures thresholds for warming and cooling, is described. Thresholds at three sites have been measured; the cheek, the dorsum of the hand and the sole of the foot. Regional variability and a correlation with age have been found, indicating the sensitivity of this system. 相似文献

目的探讨骶骨H形骨折可行的治疗方法。方法运用C型臂X线机引导下经皮双侧骶髂拉力螺钉固定治疗骶骨H形骨折15例。结果15例患者均获随访,随访时间7—34个月,骨折临床愈合时间3~5个月,术后均未留下明显行走障碍,下蹲等活动接近正常。结论在C型臂X线机精确引导下,经皮双侧骶髂拉力螺钉固定技术能有效地固定骶骨H形骨折中的垂直骨折,纠正骨盆垂直方向移位,操作简洁安全,疗效可靠。 相似文献

Single neuron activity in the monkey amygdala was investigated during cue signalled conditioned bar press feeding behavior and the effects of electrophoretically applied acetylcholine (ACh) and atropine were analyzed. ACh increased the firing rate of one third of the neurons tested; these excitatory responses were inhibited by the muscarinic receptor antagonist atropine. No characteristic location of ACh-sensitive neurons was found, cells were diffusely distributed throughout the amygdala. Activity of ACh-sensitive neurons did not correlate with any particular event during the bar press feeding task. However, continuous application of ACh at low current intensity during the task significantly enhanced the task-related excitatory firing patterns, or markedly attenuated the inhibitory responses. Continuous application of atropine elicited or enhanced inhibitory response patterns. These results suggest that the cholinergic system of the monkey amygdala facilitates neuronal excitation but attenuates inhibition related to various phases of feeding behavior, such as to cue recognition, food aquisition and rewarding process. 相似文献

1. Alfuzosin is a post-synaptic alpha-adrenoceptor antagonist with antihypertensive and peripheral vasodilator properties. 2. We measured the effect of alfuzosin, 5 mg, on sympathetically-mediated venoconstriction by changes in the venous reflex response (VRR) in a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, crossover study in a group of 10 healthy volunteers. 3. There was a significant inhibition of the VRR after alfuzosin compared with placebo (P less than 0.001) which was present 1 h after the dose and still evident at 6 h. 4. Supine blood pressure was significantly lower (P less than 0.01) and supine heart rate was significantly higher (P less than 0.001) after alfuzosin compared with placebo. 5. The 32-kDa herbicide-binding protein, a component of photosystem II, is synthesized as a membrane-associated 33.5-kDa precursor within the chloroplast. We show that membrane attachment of the precursor and processing to the 32-kDa form occur in the unstacked stromal lamellae. Once processed, the 32-kDa protein translocates, within the thylakoids, to the topologically distinct stacked granal lamellae. Posttranslational palmitoylation of the processed 32-kDa protein is also shown to occur. This modification takes place in a membrane-protected domain and is mainly confined to the protein assembled in the granal lamellae, where functional photosystem II centers are concentrated. 相似文献

Frequency receptive fields (RFs) were determined before and after pairing iontophorectic administration of acetylcholine (ACh) with a repeated single-frequency stimulus in the auditory cortex of barbiturate-anesthesized cats. In 58% of the cells, the paired ACh + tone treatment produced subsequent alterations of frequency RFs. In half of these cases, the RF modifications were highly specific to the frequency that had been paired with ACh. Atropine antagoized the frequency-effects of ACh, suggesting that they were mediated via muscarinic cholinergic receptors. 相似文献
