From 1882 to 1982, a century of psychotherapy passed. Its inception was marked by the rehabilitation of hypnosis in the work of Charcot at the Salepêtrière, and in the Nancy School (Liébeault and Bernheim). The young Freud became acquainted with this work in the course of his visits to France at this same period. It was thus that he was put on the track leading to the discovery of psychoanalysis. With the concept of transference, Freud thought he was reabsorbing suggestion and placing affect under the control of cognition. But today it is realized that suggestion (direct and indirect) is ever-present in psychoanalysis, as in other psychotherapies, which indeed do not cease to proliferate. This common element might be an important constituent of the curative process. Under these circumstances, it seems highly desirable that suggestion and hypnosis, those "crossroad" concepts which still remain so mysterious, become the subject of basic research, notwithstanding the prejudices that are still very much alive. The results of such research would prove beneficial to psychotherapy, as well as to the other human sciences. 相似文献

Reactivity of arterial vessels in the small intestine mesentery to irradiation with a helium-neon laser before and after NO
synthase blockade was studied by means of biomicroscopy. Blood flow velocity and vascular diameter increased under conditions
of laser irradiation. During irradiation, arterial vasodilation was inversely related to the initial diameter. After treatment
with NO synthase inhibitor, the dilatory response of vessels to laser irradiation was completely abolished (arteries, diameter
>80 μ) or decreased by 2 times (arterioles, diameter <50 μ).

Light and electron histochemical methods were used to study the structure and distribution of neurons containing NADPH diaphorase and their processes in the parietal area of the cortex in rats. Most neurons were found to be characterized by tight associations with intracerebral vessels. The smallest distances between the axon plasmalemma and the smooth myocytes of intracerebral arteries in the cerebral cortex were at least 0.3–0.5 μm. Neuron bodies were located at functionally important locations of vessels (sites at which subsidiary vessels branched off, the origins of arterioles), and their processes accompanied vessels, densely entwining the vessels with their branches. Neurons whose dendrites contacted the bodies or process of above- or below-lying neurons often sent nerve conductors to arteries, veins, or capillaries. Thus, nitroxidergic neurons or groups of these neurons may monitor the state of the circulation at different points in the vascular bed, functioning as local nerve centers. 相似文献
