目的:评价CT仿真支气管镜(CTVB)在中心型肺癌诊断中的价值。方法:10例中心型肺癌均经纤维支气管镜(FOB)检查并经病理证实,对同一患者的CTVB和CT横断面图像进行观察分析。结果:CTVB发现支气管腔内肿物4例,支气管腔狭窄6例,与CT横断面图像的诊断结果相同。结论:CTVB能如实显示支气管腔内肿物及狭窄,整体感强,但必须与CT横断面图像相结合才能进行全面诊断。 相似文献

目的:探讨鼠神经生长因子(NGF)治疗前部缺血性视神经病变(AION)的临床疗效。方法:AION的患者68例(70眼),随机分为对照组及NGF组。2组均给予AION基础治疗,NGF组在此基础上予以鼠NGF肌肉注射治疗,疗程4周。观察并比较2组临床疗效,视力、视野及视觉诱发电位P100波潜伏期改善情况,及对视乳头周围神经纤维厚度的影响。结果:治疗后,NGF组临床疗效显著优于对照组(P0.05)。2组视野平均偏差均较治疗前显著降低(P0.05),NGF组视力提高行数显著高于对照组(P0.05)。NGF组P100波潜伏期较治疗前明显缩短,且显著短于对照组(P0.05)。治疗前2组神经纤维平均厚度均增加,高于正常值(98.25±8.49)μm(P0.05);治疗后,2组均较治疗前厚度减小,NGF组高于对照组,且对照组低于正常值(98.25±8.49)μm(均P0.05)。结论:鼠NGF治疗AION有效,对视力、视野的改善,视觉诱发电位的恢复及减轻视乳头周围神经纤维的萎缩具有良好的作用。 相似文献

目的探讨皮质下缺血性血管病(SIVD)患者的额叶的白质病变(WML)累及的认知功能域。方法将50例SIVD患者,根据额叶WML评分的严重程度,分为严重WML组(视觉评分3分)27例和轻度WML组(视觉评分≤3分)23例。另以7例无SIVD的人群作为对照。对所有受试者进行全套的认知心理学测查并对结果进行对比分析。结果 3组间一般资料的差异无统计学意义。与轻度WML组和对照组相比,严重WML组的非额叶白质评分、额叶腔隙灶数目明显增多(均P=0.000);与轻度WML组相比,严重WML组的蒙特利尔认知评估量表评分明显降低(P=0.047);且执行功能相关的认知评分明显降低(P=0.006),在调整了额叶的腔隙灶数量后,该差异仍有统计学意义(P=0.038)。多元回归分析发现,对注意执行Z分显著影响的因素为额叶WML评分(P=0.000)。结论在SIVD患者中,额叶的WML主要累及执行功能。 相似文献

??OBJECTIVE To study the endophytic fungi in the seeds of Gardenia from different regions, identy the strains carried by the seed surface and interior, and compare the treatment effects of different fungicides, to provide reference for the antibacterial treatment before gardenia seed sowing and fungal disease control. METHODS Plate method was used for the surface and internal detection of Gardenia seeds from 15 countries in China, method of seed dressing was used for seed treatment and disinfection effects of 6 kinds of fungicides is done. RESULTS Main flora in surface of the seed are genus Fusarium, Mucor, Penicillium, Aspergillus and Rhizopus, Penicillium and Aspergillus are the dominant species. There is no significant difference in this 5 species of the seeds from different places, but significant difference in isolation frequency. Load capacity of the spore range from (6.7 ?? 11.5) to (1 333.3 ?? 230.1) per seed .There is significant difference in spore load from different places. Endophytic fungi inside the seeds are mainly Aspergillus, Penicillium, Mucor, Rhizopus and etc. There is significant difference in seeds of these fungi, it ranges from (1.7??2.9)% to (58.3??17.6)%. Carrier rate and species of fungal among different habitats are significantly different, discrete frequency of Aspergillus is the highest. CONCLUSION The six antiseptics provided all have kill and inhibition to Gardenia seed fungus in some extent. Bactericidal effects of carbendazim fernasan and carbendazim are the poorest, and fernasan ziram and oxadixyl mancozeb and evil frost are the best, which can achieve above 95.0%. Suggestion is made to choose fernasan ziram and oxadixyl mancozeb as inhibiting fungus agents of Gardenia seed disinfection treatment. 相似文献

??OBJECTIVE To study the effects of anti-inflammatory active fraction (AF) from the tuber of Scirpus yagaraohwi in mice with intracerebral haemorrhage(ICH). METHODS A 25 ??L volume of autologous nonanticoagulated blood was collected from the tail artery of the mouse and then injected into the striatum using a syringe pump. Neurological deficits of the mouse was assessed 1, 3 and 5 days after ICH using a 28-point neurological deficit scale, and brain water content of the mouse cerebral tissues after ICH was measured at third day. The concentrations of pro-inflammatory cytokines in perihematoma tissues, including interleukin-6, interleukin-1?? and tumor necrosis factor-??, were measured by ELISA assay. RESULTS The results show that AF significantly reduced the neurological deficit scores and the brain water content after ICH. AF also markedly inhibited the levels of IL-6, IL-1?? and TNF-?? at first day and third day after ICH. CONCLUSION Anti-inflammatory active fraction of Scirpus yagaraohwi can improve the brain injury in mouse induced by ICH. The mechanism may involve decreased expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines of mouse after ICH. 相似文献

??OBJECTIVE To evaluate the safety and tolerability of baicalein chewable tablets and establish the maximum tolerated dose in healthy volunteers. METHODS A randomized, double-blind, dose-escalating, single-center, phase I clinical trial was conducted in 70 healthy male and female subjects. Each subject received oral baicalein only once. Adverse events were identified either by subject self-reporting or evaluation based upon vital signs, physical examination and laboratory parameters. The study was conducted from low to high dose, and the dose escalation was performed only after the safety and tolerability were confirmed favorable. RESULTS Baicalein chewable tablets were well tolerated and had an acceptable safety profile up to the highest dose of 2 800 mg. The vital signs of all subjects were stable, and no QTc interval prolongation was observed during the trial. A total of 11 mild adverse events were reported in 8 subjects. There were no severe adverse events in the study, and none of the adverse events led to withdrawal. CONCLUSION This study suggests that the innovative drug baicalein chewable tablets are well tolerated in healthy Chinese volunteers within the dose range of 100 to 2 800 mg.

目的:观察加味阳和汤对早期膝骨关节炎兔关节软骨的影响。方法:将30只6月龄普通级健康新西兰大白兔随机分为空白组、模型组和实验组,每组10只。除空白组外,其余2组动物均按照改良Hulth法对右侧膝关节进行早期膝骨关节炎造模。造模成功后,实验组动物以加味阳和汤灌胃,模型组动物以等量生理盐水灌胃,连续4周。药物干预结束后,对膝关节进行X线检查和解剖学大体观察,并于胫骨平台内侧取关节软骨制作HE染色切片,光镜下观察软骨改变,按照Mankin评分标准进行评分。结果:1X线观察。空白组兔膝关节关节间隙对称,关节面光滑平整,无明显增生;模型组可见膝关节内侧间隙基本消失,呈内翻畸形,股骨内侧髁变大,胫骨内侧平台不平整,股骨内髁及胫骨内侧平台可见大量增生骨赘;实验组可见膝关节间隙不平整,内侧间隙变窄,程度较模型组轻,股骨内髁、胫骨内侧平台有少量骨赘形成,但较模型组变化小。2大体观察。按软骨形态退化程度由轻至重分级,空白组Ⅰ级9只、Ⅱ级1只,模型组Ⅱ级3只、Ⅲ级7只,实验组Ⅱ级5只、Ⅲ级5只。3组兔膝关节关节软骨形态比较,空白组最好、实验组次之、模型组最差(R空白组=5.90,R模型组=21.35,R实验组=19.25;χ2=20.524,P=0.000)。3镜下观察。3组兔关节软骨Mankin评分分别为(0.550±0.675)分、(7.950±1.535)分、(4.300±1.337)分,组间比较差异有统计学意义(F=89.233,P=0.000);空白组评分低于模型组和实验组(P=0.000,P=0.000),模型组高于实验组(P=0.000)。结论:加味阳和汤可抑制早期膝骨关节炎兔关节软骨的退变,这可能是其治疗早期膝骨关节炎的作用机制之一。 相似文献
