目的:探讨颈部淋巴结细针穿刺的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析我院2002年3月1日~2005年4月1日931例颈部淋巴结细针穿刺涂片细胞学检查与术后病理切片结果对比的临床资料。结果:931例颈部肿大淋巴结的细针穿刺诊断敏感度(总符合率)为82.5%。细针抽吸诊断良性病变350例(37,6%),恶性痛变491例(52.8%),可疑恶性20例(2.1%),诊断不明70例(7.5%)。本组细针穿刺良性病变诊断敏感度85.3%,总准确率为91.4%;恶性病变诊断敏感度94.4%,总准确率为96.0%;恶性淋巴瘤诊断敏感度为64%,总准确率为94.7%;转移癌诊断敏感度为92.6%,总准确率95.7%。结论:针吸细胞学检查是一种可靠的、准确率较高的颈部淋巴结病理诊断检查方法,值得临床推广使用。  相似文献

目的大黄素对人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVECs)表面血管内皮细胞粘附分子-1(VCAM-1)表达的影响.方法选取HUVECs为研究对象,应用10mg/L、20mg/L、30mg/L、40mg/L大黄素单独或混合5ng/mL TNF-d进行培养,以酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测其表面VCAM-1的表达水平.结果10mg/L、20mg/L组单纯大黄素使HUVECs表面VCAM-1表达升高; 30mg/L、40mg/L组单纯大黄素对HUVECs表面VCAM-1表达尢影响;10mg/L、20mg/L、30mg/L、40mg/L大黄素和5ng/mL TNF-α进行混合培养时,HUVECs表面VCAM-1的表达明显低于单独应用TNF-α组,且对大黄素有一定的剂量依赖性,最佳作用浓度可因个体不同而有一定差异.结论大黄素对人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVECs)表面VCAM-1表达具有双向调节作用.  相似文献

目的:建立银翘解毒丸(金银花,连翘,甘草,薄荷等)中金银花药材的鉴别和绿原酸含量测定的方法.方法:采用YWG C18色谱柱;甲醇-10%的磷酸氢二钠(冰醋酸调pH值为2.7)为流动相进行梯度洗脱;检测波长为326nm;流速为1.0mL·min-1;柱温为室温.结果:HPLC-UV法定性鉴别制剂中金银花药材;绿原酸在5.0~60μg·mL-1的范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.71%(RSD=1.57%).结论:本法操作简单,准确,重现性好,可用于银翘解毒丸的质量控制.  相似文献

【Abstract】?Objective?To review the data of patients with ovarian cancer, analyze the related factors of pelvic lymph node metastasis (PLNM) and para-aortic lymph node metastasis (PALNM), and establish a predictive model, so as to provide suggestions for clinical practice. Methods?The clinicopathological data of 559 patients with ovarian cancer treated in Chinese PLA General Hospital from January 2014 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. The risk factors affecting PLNM and PALNM were analyzed by univariate and logistic regression, and the prediction model was established. Results?Among 559 ovarian cancer patients, pelvic lymph node metastasis was found in 205 cases (36.67%) and abdominal para-aortic lymph node metastasis in 117 cases (20.93%). The independent risk factors affecting PLNM were bilateral lesions (OR=2.278, 95%CI: 1.433~3.621), pelvic metastases (OR=1.801, 95%CI: 1.154~2.810), and abdominal metastases (OR=4.177, 95%CI: 2.597~6.717) and appendiceal metastasis (OR=2.332, 95%CI: 1.389~3.915); The independent risk factors affecting PALNM were appendiceal metastasis (OR=2.324, 95%CI: 1.383~3.906) and PLNM (OR=7.629, 95%CI: 4.615~12.610). Age (≥55 years) (OR=0.566, 95%CI: 0.350~0.915) was the protective factor. The ROC curve AUC of PLNM and PALNM was 0.803 (95%CI: 0.767~0.840) and 0.793 (95%CI: 0.745~0.841), respectively. Conclusion?Bilateral lesions, pelvic metastases, intraperitoneal metastases and appendiceal metastases were independent risk factors for PLNM in ovarian cancer patients. Appendiceal metastasis and PLNM were independent risk factors for PALNM, and age (≥55 years) was the protective factor.  相似文献

目的研究血脂代谢相关基因与瘦素受体基因联合突变导致小鼠血脂代谢紊乱的发生机制和动脉粥样硬化早期病变的特点及两者间的关系。方法应用生物化学及组织形态学手段对三基因突变(apoE-/-/LDLR-/-/Leprdb/db)与双基因突变(apoE-/-/LDLR-/-)小鼠和单基因突变(Leprdb/db)小鼠之间血脂及动脉粥样硬化早期病变的差异进行了比较研究。结果三基因突变小鼠3周龄时血浆总胆固醇、甘油三酯和血糖浓度分别为(1988±190)、(293±029)和(727±088)mmol/L,均高于双基因和单基因突变小鼠,同时出现轻微的主动脉内膜损伤,血脂及动脉粥样硬化程度随年龄增长而加重。11周龄三基因突变小鼠血浆总胆固醇、甘油三酯和血糖水平分别高出双基因突变小鼠166、141和24倍,且动脉内膜病变较双基因和单基因突变小鼠明显,其严重程度与血脂紊乱正相关。结论三个脂代谢相关基因联合突变在导致小鼠血脂代谢紊乱及主动脉粥样硬化病变的发生发展中起重要作用。  相似文献

摘 要 目的: 探讨棉酚与人血清白蛋白(HSA)的相互作用。方法: 采用荧光光谱方法研究在生理条件下,棉酚与人血清白蛋白(HSA)的相互作用,并采用分子对接软件模拟棉酚与人血清白蛋相互作用。结果:棉酚与HSA的结合常数为2.390 6×105 L·mol-1 (293K) 和3.576 8×103 L·mol-1(303K), 具有一个结合位点,结合反应的主要作用力为氢键和范德华力,结合位置更接近于人血清白蛋白的酪氨酸残基,分子模拟分析也证实此结果。结论: 棉酚对人血清白蛋白的荧光猝灭机制属于静态荧光猝灭。  相似文献

LDLT is a well‐established treatment for most terminal liver diseases in children. Survival rates have improved, yet few studies have considered HRQoL or sleep problems in LDLT recipients. In this cross‐sectional study, we enrolled 51 children who had undergone LDLT in Renji Hospital. PedsQL? 4.0 Generic Core Scales, PedsQL? 3.0 Transplant Module, and Pediatric Sleep Questionnaire were used to assess outcomes. Of all participants, 11.8% (6/51) reported low total HRQoL scores. Participants’ scores on most HRQoL subscales were comparable to the scores of healthy children. However, compared with solid organ transplant recipients, LDLT recipients scored significantly lower in About My Medicines II (= 3.092, p = 0.002) and Worry (= 2.760, p = 0.006). Sleep problems (41.2%) were common among participants. Hierarchical regression analyses showed that SRBD accounted for significant variance in HRQoL on total generic HRQoL (R2 = 0.446, p < 0.001), psychosocial health (R2 = 0.372, p = 0.001), physical health (R2 = 0.345, p = 0.003), total transplant‐specific HRQoL (R2 = 0.514, p < 0.001), About My Medicines I (R2 = 0.365, p = 0.013), My Transplant and Others (R2 = 0.334, p = 0.005), Pain and Hurt (R2 = 0.544, p < 0.001), Worry (R2 = 0.401, p = 0.001), Treatment Anxiety (R2 = 0.526, p < 0.001), How I Look (R2 = 0.221, p = 0.040), and Communication (R2 = 0.343, p = 0.012). In conclusion, sleep problems are non‐negligible in children after LDLT and predicted significant variance on HRQoL.  相似文献

Carbon nanofibers (CNFs) with excellent electrochemical performance represent a novel class of carbon nanostructures for boosting electrochemical applications, especially sustainable electrochemical energy conversion and storage applications. This work builds on an earlier study where the CNFs were prepared from a waste biomass (walnut shells) using a relatively simple procedure of liquefying the biomass, and electrospinning and carbonizing the fibrils. We further improved the mass ratio of the liquefying process and investigated the effects of the high temperature carbonization process at 1000, 1500 and 2000 °C, and comprehensively characterized the morphology, structural properties, and specific surface area of walnut shell-derived CNFs; and their electrochemical performance was also investigated as electrode materials in Li-ion batteries. Results demonstrated that the CNF anode obtained at 1000 °C exhibits a high specific capacity up to 271.7 mA h g−1 at 30 mA g−1, good rate capacity (131.3 and 102.2 mA h g−1 at 1 A g−1 and 2 A g−1, respectively), and excellent cycling performance (above 200 mA h g−1 specific capacity without any capacity decay after 200 cycles at 100 mA g−1). The present work demonstrates the great potential for converting low-cost biomass to high-value carbon materials for applications in energy storage.
