A new antisense oligonucleotide delivery system based on self-assembled ODN-PEG hybrid conjugate micelles.

The conjugate of antisense c-raf oligonucleotide (ODN) and poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) was synthesized for intracellular ODN delivery. When combined with polyethylenimine (PEI), the ODN-PEG conjugate self-associated to form polyelectrolyte complex micelles in aqueous solution. The effective hydrodynamic diameter of the micelles was ca. 70 nm with a narrow size distribution. Flow cytometry analysis indicated that the cellular uptake of the micelles by A2780 cells was much higher than that of ODN alone. The micelles also showed a superior antiproliferative activity against ovarian cancer cells in vitro and in vivo.     

须恙螨作为肾综合征出血热宿主的初步调查及实验研究

通过本次流行病学调查和实验研究，发现须恙螨主要分布于肾综合征出血热流行区，其地理分布与疫区的病例分布基本一致。主要传染源黑线姬鼠鼠体带螨指数为２５．１；从鼠肺抗原阳性鼠体所采集的须恙螨幼虫和小黑板采集经叮刺吸食已感染本病病毒的小白鼠乳鼠体液后的游离螨幼虫，分别分离到１株病毒，证明须恙螨具备传播媒介的先决条件。

分子力学、量子化学和分子图形学是研究有机药物分子电子特性、空间性质及其与受体相互作用的有力工具。现扼要介绍国内外较常用的量子化学和分子力学及分子图形学有关计算机程序的应用特性。     

粤西地区气候与妇科三大常见感染相关性探

目的探讨粤西沿海地区季节气候与妇科门诊常见感染(细菌性、念珠菌性、滴虫)疾病的相关性.方法以妇科白带涂片多项检查快速染色技术(CTB)对妇科门诊就诊的7 042例患者做阴道分泌物常规检查,分春、夏、秋、冬季4组统计分析.结果春夏秋冬四季妇科门诊患者阴道分泌物的念珠菌检出率比较,差异有高度显著性(P＜0.01);细菌检出率无季节性差异(P＞0.05);滴虫检出率比较,亦无差异(P＞0.05).结论粤西地区妇科门诊病例念珠菌检出率受气候差异影响,夏秋季节明显高于冬春季节;而细菌和滴虫检出率则不受气候差异影响.     

Cavernous sinus thrombosis following odontogenic and cervicofacial infection

Summary Cavernous sinus thrombosis (CST) is rarely seen clinically as a complication of infectious processes since the discovery of penicillin. At the present time, dental abscess is an uncommon cause of CST. We now report our experiences with a 60-year-old diabetic male, who developed CST 38 days after extraction of an infected upper third molar tooth. The importance of eradicating regional cervicofacial foci of infection is stressed.     

Mid-trimester abortion using prostaglandin E2 gel.

Nineteen cases of mid-trimester pregnancy were terminated using prostaglandin E2 gel applied intracervically. In this prospective study, 42% were primipara with gestational age at the time of abortion between 16 and 28 weeks. The induction to abortion time was 19.65 +/- 10.37 h with a success rate of 89%. The average number of applications was 1.8 times (range 1-3 times) and the average dosage of prostaglandin required was 5.5 mg (range 3-9 mg). The complications were minimal except retained placenta in 42% of cases. Prostaglandin E2 in form of gel applied intracervically is an effective alternative to the commonly used hypertonic saline or, more recently, to prostaglandin analogues for termination of pregnancy in the second trimester.     

基于DSP的远程监护终端系统的研究

阐述一种基于DSP的远程家庭监护终端的程序设计。包括心电的采集，用小波变换完成QRS波的检测，最后将心电波形数据和检测结果通过互联网传输到医院的心电服务器上。     

光动力学疗法与局部化疗联合治疗进展期食管贲门癌

作应用光动力学疗法（ＰＤＴ）对进展期食管贲门癌５５例进行治疗，并对其中１５例联合应用内镜下局部注射抗癌药物。对每一患均先静脉滴注血卟啉衍生物（ＨＰＤ）５ｍｇ／ｋｇ，于用药后２４，４８和７２ｈ分别用波长６３０ｎｍ的铜蒸汽激光照射肿瘤部位。联合治疗组除ＰＤＴ治疗外，于每次光照前肿瘤局部注射５－Ｆｕ２５０～５００ｍｇ。结果：联合治疗组的近期显效率高于单纯ＰＤＴ组（Ｐ〈０．０５）。病例随访６～１６月，     

A primary gastric Burkitt's lymphoma in a child]

We report a case of a primary gastric Burkitt's lymphoma in a 8-year-old child, which first symptoms were abdominal pain, dysphagia, melena and a constitutional syndrome. The differential characteristics of this case are its peculiar gastric infiltration and the existence of oesophageal extension, which is very infrequent among this kind of tumors.     

系统性红斑狼疮患者血清中4种胶原成分变化的临床意义

目的：探讨活动性系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清中4种胶原成分的变化及临床意义。方法：采用放射免疫分析法对41例活动期SLE患者及其中伴有沸间质改变、肾脏改变、雷诺征或三者共存者血清Ⅲ型前胶原(PC—Ⅲ)、Ⅳ型肢原(Ⅳ—C)、透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)进行到定。结果：4种胶原成分均明显高于对照组(P＜0．01或P＜0.05)。结论：4种胶原成分的变化在SLE的诊断、治疗、病情判定、评估预后中，特别是肝、肾、肺病变的监测中具有重要作用。
