目的观察CT导向下125I粒子植入治疗肺转移癌的临床疗效。方法15例肺转移癌患者,男8例,女7例,15例病灶数为58个,平均每人3.9个病灶,病灶平均直径为2.5cm。在CT导向下将125I粒子植入肺转移瘤灶内,采用治疗计划系统计算布源;对残留厚度≤1.0cm的肿瘤选择平面植入方法,采用18.5~29.6MBq活度的125I粒子相隔1.0~1.5cm平面播植。结果15例58个病灶,完全缓解31个;部分缓解14个;无变化8个;进展5个。总有效率77.6%。结论放射性粒子植入治疗肺部转移癌临床疗效好,创伤小,并发症发生率低。  相似文献

目的:通过测定开胸患者术前及术毕血清皮质醇(Cortisol)和血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AT-Ⅱ)的水平,探讨应激前后开胸患者体内血清Cortisol和血浆AT-Ⅱ的变化。方法:无严重高血压、心脏病、垂体瘤及其它相关影响体内Cortisol、AT-Ⅱ水平疾病且具有手术指征的开胸患者35例(男18,女17),平均年龄(58.1±10.6)岁,分别在术前及术毕时采血,应用放射免疫分析测定血清Cortisol和血浆AT-Ⅱ的水平。结果:经配对t检验,结果显示开胸患者术毕血清Cortisol和血浆AT-Ⅱ与术前相比明显增高,存在显著性差异(t=-3.686~-3.575,P≤0.01);收缩压及心率,存在显著性差异(t=-2.35~4.72,P=0~0.025<0.05)。控制性别与年龄后,经部分相关分析,术毕心率与AT-Ⅱ呈显著正相关(r=0.41,P=0.035<0.05);与术毕Cortisol呈正相关(r=0.42,P=0.019<0.05)。结论:开胸患者术毕血清Cortisol、血浆AT-Ⅱ和心率明显增高。术后应密切监测开胸患者血清Cortisol及AT-Ⅱ的水平,作好相应的护理,以减少其它并发症的发生几率。  相似文献

This study examined the impact of perceived stress on responses to messages that encouraged the performance of health promotion and disease detection behaviors. It was hypothesized that increases in perceived stress would be associated with decreased processing of messages encouraging disease detection behaviors, and that increases in perceived stress would not effect the processing of messages encouraging health promotion behaviors. To test these hypotheses participants completed a perceived stress measure and then read a message that encouraged the performance of either a health promotion or a disease detection behavior. Then the participants were asked to indicate their agreement with the message and to attempt to recall the message. The results indicated that participants experiencing higher levels of perceived stress spent less time reading and recalled less of the messages about detection behaviors than of the messages about promotion behaviors. When participants were experiencing lower levels of perceived stress these differences disappeared.

目的 :通过对肾移植患者血浆可溶性血栓调节蛋白 (solublethrombomdulin ,sTM)、可溶性血管内皮细胞蛋白C受体 (endothelialproteinCreceptor ,sEPCR)、血管性血友病因子 (vonWillebrandfactor,vWF)含量水平的动态检测分析 ,探讨其在肾移植及移植排斥反应中的应用价值。方法 :采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测 4 2例肾移植患者手术前后、排斥反应治疗过程中的sTM、sEPCR、vWF含量。结果 :肾移植术后sTM、sEPCR、vWF含量水平较术前明显增高 (P <0 0 5 )、与正常对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ;发生移植排斥反应者较无排斥者有明显差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;肾移植术前、排斥反应有效治疗后与正常对照组比较无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;肾移植患者sTM、sEPCR、vWF各指标间呈正相关 (r =0 5 95 ,P <0 0 1,r =0 5 81,P <0 0 1,r =0 6 0 6 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 :sTM、sEPCR、vWF均可作为肾移植患者血管内皮的免疫损伤标志物 ,联合动态监测sTM、sEPCR、vWF的含量在观察肾移植手术创伤程度、排斥反应的早期诊断和治疗效果的监测等方面均有重要的临床应用价值。  相似文献

Rice (Oryza sativa) has become an important model plant species in numerous research projects involving genome, molecular and evolutionary biology. In this review we describe the reasons why rice provides an excellent model system for centromere and heterochromatin research. In most multicellular eukaryotes, centromeres and heterochromatic domains contain long arrays of repetitive DNA elements that are recalcitrant to DNA sequencing. In contrast, three rice centromeres and the majority of the cytologically defined heterochromatin in the rice genome have been sequenced to high quality, providing an unparalleled resource compared to other model multicellular eukaryotes. Most importantly, active genes have been discovered in the functional domains of several rice centromeres. The centromeric genes and sequence resources provide an unprecedented opportunity to study function and evolution of centromeres and centromere-associated genes.  相似文献

多孔聚磷酸钙(Calcium polyphosphate,CPP)生物陶瓷是一种新型的骨组织工程支架材料,国外有研究表明聚磷酸钙作为骨组织工程支架材料具有良好的生物相容性及可降解性。通过对原料煅烧过程的研究,探索了聚合度的计算方法,制备出不同聚合度的材料。通过对材料烧结温度的试验,制得了不同晶型的聚磷酸钙多孔材料。在Tris—HCl缓冲液中进行的体外降解实验表明,CPP多孔支架材料是可控降解的,不同聚合度和晶型的支架材料力学强度和降解性能不同。随着聚合度的增加,材料的力学强度增大,降解速率变小;非晶态的CPP17d就可以完全降解,7晶型的CPP25d可完全降解,β和α晶型的CPP降解缓慢,30d分别降解了大约12%和5%。因此聚磷酸钙是一种很有前途的骨组织工程支架材料,凭借其独特的无机聚合物结构及降解性能,有望实现可控速率的降解。  相似文献

Prolonged anoxia can cause permanent damage to synaptic transmission in the mammalian CNS. We tested the hypothesis that lack of glucose is the major cause of irreversible anoxic transmission damage, and that anoxic synaptic transmission damage could be prevented by glycolysis in rat hippocampal slices. The evoked population spike (PS) was extracellularly recorded in the CA1 pyramidal cell layer after stimulation of the Schaffer collaterals. When the slice was superfused with artificial cerebrospinal fluid (ACSF) containing 4 mM glucose, following 10 min anoxia, the evoked PS did not recover at all after 60 min reoxygenation. When superfusion ACSF contained 10 mM glucose with or without 0.5 mM alpha-cyano-4-hydroxycinnate (4-CIN), after 60 min reoxygenation the evoked PS completely recovered following 10 min anoxia. When superfusion ACSF contained 20 mM glucose with or without 1 mM sodium cyanide (NaCN), after 60 min reoxygenation the evoked PS completely recovered even following 120 min anoxia. In contrast, when superfusion ACSF contained 4 mM glucose, following 10 min 1 mM NaCN chemical anoxia alone, without anoxic anoxia, the evoked PS displayed no recovery after 60 min reoxygenation. Moreover, when 16 mM mannitol and 16 sodium L-lactate were added into 4 mM glucose ACSF, following 10 min anoxia the evoked PS failed to recover at all after 60 min reoxygenation. The results indicate that elevated glucose concentration powerfully protected the synaptic transmission against anoxic damage, and the powerful protection is due to anaerobic metabolism of glucose and not a result of the higher osmolality in higher glucose ACSF. We conclude that lack of glucose is the major cause of anoxia-induced synaptic transmission damage, and that if sufficient glucose is supplied, glycolysis could prevent this damage in vitro.  相似文献

Graded porous titanium coatings have been deposited on titanium substrates for dental implants by plasma spraying in an argon atmosphere. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), surface roughness measurement, and tensile strength tests were performed on graded porous coatings. The results showed that Ti(3)O(5) was formed in the outermost surface of the porous coatings due to oxidation. The graded porous coatings consisted of three layers. The outer layer was full of macropores with a surface roughness of approximately 100 microm. The diameter of many macropores reached and even surpassed 150 microm, which could be beneficial for tissue to grow into the coating. The middle layer consisted of a mixture of micropores and macropores. The inner layer was a very dense and tight interface layer that included mechanical, physical, and metallurgical bonding. In tensile strength tests, testing bars peeled off the coatings, because the adhesive agent fractured, but the coatings remained intact.  相似文献

In this paper Steringotrema microacetabularis (Suriano et Martorelli, 1983) is redescribed and transferred to Bacciger Nicoll, 1924 in the Faustulidae Poche, 1926 based on newly collected material from the type-host, Paralichthys orbignyanus Valenciennes, 1839 and the type-locality, Mar Chiquita coastal lagoon, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. A careful re-examination of the new specimens shows that some anatomical characteristics were ignored or incompletely described by the previous authors and they are included herein. The species is tentatively transferred to Bacciger with which it appears to have closest affinity. Despite the anatomical differences detailed in this paper, confirmation of this proposal must await further work, including molecular studies.  相似文献

Falcaustra papuensis sp. nov. (Ascaridida, Kathlaniidae) from the large intestine of Sphenomorphus simus (Squamata, Sciencidae) is described and illustrated. Falcaustra papuensis represents the 4th Australo-Papuan species assigned to this genus and is distinguished from other Australo-Papuan species by the distribution pattern of caudal papillae (6 precloacal, 6 adcloacal, 8 postcloacal, and 1 median), length of spicules (561–714 μm) and presence of a pseudosucker. Sphenomorphus simus was found to harbor 2 additional species of nematodes, Meteterakis crombiei and Oswaldocruzia bakeri. Sphenomorphus simus represents a new host record for each of these nematode species.  相似文献
